We had to return a defective TV and pick up a new one during the same visit. Both experiences went much better than expected. It helped that we initiated the return online, but the people at customer service were very nice and didn't give us any trouble. The pickup person was very careful not to rest our new TV box on the wet pavement while she scanned the barcode.

Pick up orders are on point! I’ve been doing grocery pick up for 4 months now. I haven’t actually been inside the store so I can’t comment on that, but the employees who do pick up orders are top notch. I’ve never had anything missing or damaged. They’re always pleasant. We will continue to use this location for all our weekly grocery orders. Thanks all!

Great store, pretty big as it’s a super center. I didn’t have an issue parking although a lot of the spaces up front are taken. I went to look at mountain bikes and while there were a variety I unfortunately was not able to find one that I was looking for. It’s still pretty cold out so maybe that’s why there weren’t that many set out to choose from. Still a good place to shop.

They are great, whether I get curbside or shop in store. Sumia the pharmacy tech is awesome and the Head pharmacist ( she's Indian I believe)She's always understanding and very helpful.Although I've stopped using them for my pharmacy needs,only because I think due to that whole opioid crisis and pandemic ( folks getting that autoimmune meds, although they didn't have it but thought thats a way to treat COVID?) and Walmart being sued, they've changed things that have caused delays in receiving medication that simply shouldn't be stopped abruptly. However they will say " It's nothing they can do" and that even includes me being willing to pay for my.medication out of pocket 😓. So that just maybe a Walmart thing and nothing really with the workers per say. I honestly do like most of the staff at my Walmart,from pharmacy to the cash registers to the bathroom cleaners to curbside pickup; feels like a family/ well run SUPER STORE.

I frequent this Walmart often but they really need to stock up better.Also, I do not understand why they never ever use the self-checkout at the other end of the store.The grocery carts are horrible. They really need front and rear end alignments. You can barely push the carts. I am sure this is an issue for senior citizens. I think recently they may have obtained a few but it is horrible.It takes forever to have service in the jewelry department.I still shop there convenience. Walmart-Zebulon store really need a redo,like the one in Smithfield, NC. Now they really have the store looking outstanding. Check it out. Good job Smithfield, NC. No complaints at all. Please help Zebulon.

This location has really good pizza. I ordered a simple cheese pizza.. was really tasty, crust was perfecto... The staff is also very courteous. I choose this spot because of the other reviews and was not at all disappointed.. will be back to try other things on the menu.

This store typically has a lot of traffic but not enough cashiers. Otherwise, non-grocery items are typically stocked most of the time. Groceries stocks can be a hit and miss at this store. Popular items may or may not be stocked on the shelves.

Customer service "trash" heads up, "Don't get any item that may need insurance" most likely the quality of the item won't be what you expect it to be, and Wal Mart won't back the product even thoe they sale it like it's there own products....I was told, we just sale it we can't help you with any problems you may have with it and the insurance you purchased won't kick in until a year later from your purchase date. So you're stuck with it until then. If it's an item of more than $100... please, pay a little more somewhere else for better quality.

I went to Walmart to get some items for an angel tree donation. The original cashier was very rude, did not speak, threw the items in the bag and was talking to her friends about their drama. One of the items was incorrectly priced, and I went back into the store 2 minutes later to correct the situation. Long story short, I was given a gift card. Why? The funds came out of my bank account, put it back, you have the merchandise. I asked for a manager, but everyone miraculously "just went home".Well the Better Business Bureau has received my formal complaint as have the agency that fines stores for incorrect pricing at stores.$30 will cost them hundreds in fines.😂

EDIT: We reached out to corporate with our story and they guaranteed that the general manager would reach out within 3 business days. She never bothered. When I emailed corporate with this, they never bothered responding again. So, not only is Walmart unsafe, employees can yell at you and refuse to serve you. I will never spend a penny at any Walmart again.We’ve shopped at Walmart in Zebulon since its opening. I literally remember when it was a vacant lot. I’ve NEVER experienced such poor unacceptable service today that could have led to someone getting hurt.My mother and I went in to pick up photos. We arrived at the electronics section to pick up the photos and we saw that the employee was helping someone else. There was no line. We stayed by the photo section and when we saw that she was free, we politely asked if she could get us our photos. She let us know she was still helping the other person but then she would be with us. Meanwhile, a long line starts to form. We assume she would honor her statement and help us after the other person was finished. That didn’t happen. She starts checking out the line. At this point, my mother goes and asks the attendant if she can please help her, as we’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. She rudely tells her that she needs to get the line down and then we will be helped. I then stepped in. Not my finest moment but it’s extremely frustrating to get ignored when we’ve done nothing except be respectful and wait for our turn.When I asked for her to call a manager so that we could speak with them, she tells me to go find the manager myself.At this point, she’s raising her voice, we are raising our voices, and then the loud bystanders start getting involved. 3 women and a baby decide to park their grocery cart in the electronics aisle, despite not having ANYTHING to do with this situation and they begin yelling at us. One starts begging me to hit her (LIKE WHY?).The employee just stands there watching the entire incident go down. Honestly, I think she wanted us to be assaulted. Security was finally then called by another employee and I had to beg the manager on duty to let us explain why the situation escalated.To recap-What should have been a simple… the person in front of us gets helped, then we get helped, then we go about our day turned ino:A. An employee telling me to go find a manager myselfB. A group of women literally yelling in my face and making me wonder if I’m about to be physically assaultedC. me wondering if there is any decency left at all or customer service.I have low expectations of Walmart in general. But I’ve never genuinely wondered if I’m going to get hurt, yelled at, or ignored.Filed a complaint with corporate as well.

Avoid if you can. Product selection is average at best, if you can find what you’re looking for. You’ll occasionally find expired product in places. The place is constantly dirty, like they never have enough maintenance associates working to handle the traffic flowing through.

Scan and go is an epic fail. Have tried using it and they are not prepared to handle this, They need to take a lesson from Sam’s Club. Associate wiped out all my scan and go items, so I had to re-do the whole order, failed acceptance of credit cards, long lines to get to a Q code, associates that no nothing about how it works, scales that do not work. No one checks you out correctly either. Makes me want to leave WalMart entirely.

What can I say, it’s Walmart. Everything is always in the same place no matter what store you go to. One great thing about this one was that, even though it was peak time and very crowded, there were a lot of registers open and I checked out right away. It took me longer to find a parking space than to get through the store.

Busy and always short of help. People need to get a discount at the register for self checkout. Watch you prices, they change sometimes at the register, it’s not an accident.

Easy parking, has self checkout. I prefer to have a cashier check me out. But your choice is to do it yourself or wait in line for 30 minutes while your cold food gets warm or melts in line. They need more cashier lines opened. The shopping carts at this location are awful. It's hard to find one that rolls smooth. I have injured shoulders & back. Fighting with a cart that wants to go left or right all the time, or doesn't want to go where you're trying to drive it makes my shoulders hurt. I usually have to go to the doctor after fighting with those carts. Trash them and get some new carts.

It seems like these employees who are on the floor, especially on the grocery side, are really rude. I am handicap in a wheel chair. The employees at least three pushing the call in carts have hit me and never apologized. So I stay in Mt vehicle when we need to shop groceries. I never complain about employees because they are there to earn their paycheck . I just hope something could be done for handicap customers.

It's always understaffed. I stood over by the Flea & Tick section for almost half an hour. I asked two different people to help me spend over $70 dollars in dog products. Finally, some nice fellow came to help me and open the case. This really has to get better. Walmart makes enough money to have people on staff.

I never frequent this Walmart anymore, I only go there as little as possible! I used to spend hundreds of dollars there every month buying my groceries and everything else I needed for my household. I always do self checkout I prefer to package my own groceries, well I noticed there are three people with little hand scanners one on every side of me, watching every move I make, the whole time I'm checking out, okay cool.. I get it you got a job to do but really three of you, I finally get done checking out, bagging everything up, and get ready to leave and the woman running the self-checkout, some little young girl stops me (very loudly)and makes it very obvious that they think I'm stealing and her and the manager talking out loud while they hold me there and looking over my receipts and going through stuff and then they finally tell me "you're okay, you can go" they don't apologize, nothing, I'm 48 years old and shopped there several times a month, most of them had seen me over and over, lived here 7 years and had shopped at that Walmart always, got my prescriptions at that Walmart, and I'll never go back again! They knew I was humiliated and I felt like they just didn't care!
