I have been a customer here for years so I have seen a constant turnover of employees. If you use the automated system to refill or check the status of your prescriptions you may not get the service that is required. When you finally get someone on the phone you could be given the wrong info. Then when you get to the drive through to pick up your medicine you get completely different info! It's so frustrating! And it is only getting worse. Some technicians know what they're doing but most don't!

My doctor called, and I called to guarantee they would have my sick dog's meds ready today. We were both told, two separate times, the meds would be ready today. When I showed up to get them, they let me know they couldn't fill it today and were out of stock. So did they not bother checking when we asked or did they just not care? Now I have a sick dog that has to wait even longer to start treatment. Horrible service and an uncaring attitude. I would NOT recommend.

My regular pharmacy was closed so I checked to see if this Walgreens could supply me with enough medication to get through Christmas. Crystal was compassionate, understanding, and efficient as she quickly took care of me. This store always seems to be understaffed, but everyone there is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Pharmacy is so unorganized , constantly telling you the wrong info. My friend called them 4 times and then telling him 4 different reasons why they did t fill it . Even tho they say it would be ready after 2pm so he called again more excuses why they didn’t fill it.No holds I come this morning it’s not filled why , they said u have to call it in to say to fill it ,so I said we did yesterday. The run around it insane. U want to know what customers service is very poor. Prices r a third higher than last month as well. They say it’s the insurance make the prices.

I do understand the amount of school that is required in order to be a pharmacist, but that doesn’t make me feel better about the incompetency of the people that work here. The simple fact that I do everything except physically fill the prescription when I have anything sent in there is astounding to me. The entire pharmacy team is a joke.

I no longer use Walgreens at all. I had to go 3 months without my weekly insulin shot. 9 out of 10 phones calls I made I couldn't talk to anyone. I was told they were unable to get my insulin from their supplier. I said go to another one. They said they couldn't because they were under contract. If they can't supply you, I would say they broke the contract. I know help is hard to find and medicine too.

Came here yesterday my meds were not ready. Came back when they've just opened up, still not ready. I gave them my number so they can text me when it was ready, meanwhile 7 hours later, I called and it's ready but they didn't even text me. Been having a migraine for 3 days waiting on them to give me my meds. I wish Zebulon had a better pharmacy.

On August 25th 2023 my pain medicine was called in at Walgreens I was told it would be ready at 12:00 in the afternoon and it was not. I call four times concerning my pain medicine and they kept giving me different times that it would be ready and it never was. It's after 7:00 in the evening and then I was told my pain medicine was not in stock. Then I was told that the medicine would not be in until Monday. I tried calling another drugstore which they told me I would have to contact my doctor, I go to the pain clinic. So the whole weekend I have no pain medicine this is just a shame they knew from the jump that medicine was not in stock.And they should have said so then I could have contact the pain clinic earlier to deal with another drugstore. This is not the first time that they have messed up my medicine but this time I am making a complaint against the poor service that Walgreens give their customers. The service is slow and as far as I am concerned they lied to me about my pain medicine. They going to wait until everything is closed to tell me it's not in stock who helps me now that makes me have to wait until Monday. Shame on you Walgreens shame on you.

First foremost I understand if my insurance has changed. So I contacted another pharmacy that takes my insurance and to have everything transferred to them. Tell me why zebulon walgreens hasn't done anything about it. There are people out here who are really sick or just need their regular prescription filled. It shouldn't take this long to do anything. This by far is one of the worse and only pharmacy zebulon has and its the worse ever. They use to be good but I don't know what happened. If you have to go here don't get your medicine from them just by your products in store if you can help it. I know everyone situation is different. This just isn't the pharmacy for me . Lesson learned

This is the third time I've edited my review... Things were terrible, things were good, then things went back to terrible starting about 6 months ago. I have now switched pharmacies, as of about 4 months ago. Too many lost prescriptions. Conflicting information. Slow service . And other issues. The pharmacy techs seemed absolutely great, and friendly, but were often kept in the dark by the pharmacist I think.___________Many things have changed in the last year! For the better. Very prompt service, text notifications when prescriptions are ready, the line moves quickly. And if you hit it at non-rush hour times there is no line and you can walk in or drive through easy. Attendents are courteous for the most part and very helpful. Take time answer my questions.--------------Here's my review from a year ago, which is no longer a factor. No longer relevant.I understand being busy, I understand being short-staffed and overwhelmed. I'm okay with that because we're doing what we can under covid. But we waited in line for over a half hour for the drive-thru, then when we pulled up to the window the tech said they were closing the drive-thru and we would have to come in and wait behind the line of people inside. We lost our place in line. She could have at least integrated us into that line instead of putting us behind it. She could have put roadblock out and served last people and the drive-thru line. So no excuse for that customer experience. I'll find a new pharmacy.

Pharmacy is rude..hung up on me twice. Just needed to know what is going on with my prescription, I guess it was inconvenient so she hung up like she was annoyed...after waiting on hold for 30 minutes! They suck.

No way this pharmacy sucks they say will be ready but is not they make me wait 48 hours for my baby’s medicine then just say sorry we don’t have it in stock find it on other pharmacy !!! No way tomorrow morning I will talk with my attorney to make something about I will keep posting

WORST PHARMACY AROUND. theu tell you what time to come to get your meds, you wait until after that time to go then wait at the store for 30 minutes and it still isn't ready. Absolutely unacceptable

I went to pick up my daughter's precription and they told me the order was closed because they don't have the medication. They did not even contact me to notify me about the issue.They don't know when they are going to have the mediciation available either. At this point I can't request to the doctor to transfer the prescription to another Walgreens because they are already closed. My daughter is in pain and need the medication. I don't know if the person at Walgreens is new or what but she was not able to answer or explain any question we had.

PLEASE RESTAFF THIS SITE!!!! No one here is competent or puts patients care first.. prescriptions they don't have on hand from the doctor visits and they refuse to call to let patients know ahead of time. Make you wait in line to find out. Then send the authorization for other medications to the wrong doctor.. then blame the patient and put them through the hassle of having to get a new prescription for their error?!?!?! In what world does that make sense from a patient first or customer service perspective? This store needs to be shut down. It'd serve the community better that way.

Read the other reviews, they are 100% accurate. I tried filling one prescription here just to test it after we moved, and I had to switch back to my old pharmacy already after a long wait, and then being lied to about medicine being ready. They waited days of me checking on the status of the medication to then tell me it was on backorder and they werent going to be able to get it. Apparently that was always the case, and they just neglected to let me know and let my child's prescription just sit there unfilled. Good lord, I can't imagine if you needed that medicine for some life altering condition. There's a local pharmacy literally right next to this place. Try there before coming here.Too bad, because the staff here has been nice outside of my experience trying to get a prescription filled. There's obviously some other problems here with management or ownership.

Absolutely horrendous service from the pharmacy. Unreal that these people are in charge of filling our prescriptions...Additionally, the head pharmacist won't take accountability for their lack of customer service - she just has her subordinates do her dirty work. For everyone with the same complaint, you all should go ahead and call corporate to file a formal complaint. They don't look at these reviews, but they certainly look at formal complaints.

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PHARMACY. GO AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. BUT I GO BEFORE LUNCH ONLY HAD A PROBLEM ONCE WITH THE PHARMACY HELP. WELL THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE. AFTER I WAS SHORTED 100 TABLETS OF PAIN PILLS AND THE PERSON FILLING IT WAS SEE WITH 2 BOTTLES ONE HAD 100 IN IT THE OTHER ONLY HAD 35 AND THATS THE ONE I GOT.. BUT OF COURSE EVEN WITH ZPD SEEN THE FILM THE MANAGER CLAIMED SHE DIDNT SEE ANY WRONG DOING. SMH.

This was one of the most terrible experiences ever. I just got into the place and the only woman working infront had a terrible attitude. I went to the pharmacy ready to get my vaccines and a nice lady but without knowledge about took my appointment. After a long time just looking for the vaccines, they told me I had to pay almost 400 dollars for them. Of course I couldn’t got them. I didn’t know I had to pay for them, it wasn’t mentioned in their page at all. Also, I got an email saying explicitly that nobody could charge for it. End of the story, I left very frustrated and feeling ridiculous for expecting getting important vaccines for free because that’s what the company-page og walgreens said.Sadly I really don’t recommend visiting this place. Now I understand why they have one start of reviews.

Shopped Saturday picking up curbside for last minute Christmas gifts getting 2 of pks of McDonald's & Starbucks gift cards along with a few other items. Each Gift card pack had 4 $10 gift cards. ($40each)I found out this morning the gift cards weren't activated when I tried one before wrapping. Was told by the Walgreens manager that they couldn't activate or refund and to contact vendor. Vendor referred me back to Walgreens. In the mean time Im out $80.

Very rude pharmacy tech I encountered. I made appt. online for flu shot for my mother. Arrived 15 mins early & waited in line only to be told that they no longer have shots for people over 65. I asked why did the system allow me to make an appt. if there is no vaccine. She told me that the systems must not communicate and that we should go to another Walgreens. No apology offered...just a blank stare.

The pharmacy here is a failure. I've yet to have a smooth experience getting a prescription in 3+ years.The only saving grace is that I rarely need to visit a pharmacy.Today was the deal breaker though. 45 minute wait for a script that I'd been told was filled the previous afternoon. When I finally did get it, they only have me one of the two items I was there to pick up.I understand being backed up and understaffed, these are difficult times. Just don't tell me my prescriptions are ready when they're not so I don't waste an hour.I'm calling my provider as soon as I post this and moving all my future prescriptions.

The pharmacy deserves less than one star. Who makes an 84 year old wait 45 minutes to receive a vaccine? Please honor your appointment times. We were here 15 minutes before the appointment time as suggested on their website. I hope corporate is listening.

One of the worst experiences I've had. I to make 2 trips. Waiting in line. And they didn't have any one prescription right or ready. They couldn't even find my prescription even after I called before left home, the second trip. I waited at least 40 mins.All people working there seemed like they had no clue. Please do better.I will never go there again.
