Store #416 in Zebulon NC was disgusting. Trash overflowing from cans at pumps, restrooms filthy, entire establishment was not up to Sheetz typical standards. Very disappointing.

I love sheetz, but this is the dirtiest Sheetz I have ever been in.The parking lot is full of litter from the front to back. Beware look down wherever you’re walking! Went here twice earlier traveling back and forth and the 1st trip I almost stepped on something dead (that’s been there for so long that all that’s left is a glob of hair and a tail) and the 2nd Trip I almost stepped on a dirty diaper in the front parking space. There’s SO much trash and empty mini alcohol bottles. This place needs some major love and care on the outside!On a positive note: This is the only gas station I have seen in NC that also offers another liquor choice other than fireball (mini 99 bananas bottles) however they also have fireball as an option as well. If you’re lucky you might ONLY find fireball as the only liquor option in nc gas stations.

This is the most dirty, un-kept Sheetz I have ever been in. Broken equipment, no toilet paper, no napkins in containers. Had to walk over nasty tiles, with old trash and cigarette butt's to enter the building. Not much better inside. Poorly managed!

They are not equipped to be serving folks food the staff clothing is nasty . They was talking as well as leaning all Over the food her shirt was on my sub as she was leaning . So unpleasant !! The vist was very upsetting would I recommend sending family or friends No . Not til they get new staff with proper hygiene going on.

I normally never have an issue with door dashing from here since it’s the closest food/convenience near me, but tonight was terrible. I ordered 7 items from this store through door dash and they only delivered TWO out of the seven. I know it’s not the drivers fault because the bag was already labeled with a receipt, showing the things i ordered. I got a refund of credits, only half the amount of what I paid. Not satisfied at ALL. Check y’all 3rd shift people.

went into the store and saw nobody at the kiosks or in line for the registers so I ordered some food and ended up waiting 23 minutes for my order. there was two ladies by the registers talking the whole time instead of going into the kitchen to help the other two guys that were hella behind on orders and struggling to catch up as more people came in and placed their orders. why hire such lazy and incompetent people. both ladies deserve paycuts if they’re just going to chat their whole shift. hire better ppl bruh

Literally the worst Sheetz I’ve been to. I stop by at this Sheetz multiple times a week because it’s convenient for my commute to work, but every time I go something goes wrong. The coffee/hot water (for tea) machine is down more frequently than it works, they’re usually out of tea bags to use with the hot water when it’s working, and the food you order is either made poorly or is cold by the time you get it. This most recent time coffee/hot water machine was down and I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The pic says enough for how poor the food is made. Please tell me where the cream cheese is. I will no longer be going to this Sheetz.

Waited 40 mins for my order … slowest workers I’ve ever seen .. only did one order at a time and only started the next order when they finished the one before … and then forgot my mozzarella sticks after having me wait so long … there were only 4 other people the whole time who ordered food … just get food somewhere else tbh

This Sheetz has become my travel stop. Not only are the bathrooms usually clean, but the grab travel snacks of grapes & cheese are fresh and inexpensive.It does have a fast food order part, but I haven't ordered.I usually fill up on gas at this location as well, it usually has some if the best prices on my travels.

Food took forever to get. After twenty minutes of standing in line with multiple people, order was wrong.Drink machines had zero cups. All slushee machines were empty. Full trash bags were throughout everywhere in the store, even a pile of them at the back door by the bathrooms.Bathrooms themselves were disgusting and unmanaged.Ordered tacos, chickens wings, fries, and a foundation drink. Tacos were soggy. Chicken Parmesan wings were undercooked. Fries not even received after order. Went inside for refund for those.Sticky counter tops = not wiped = not clean.0/10. Do better and hire staff who know how to handle multiple tasks, which include multiple orders/ multiple people during busy hours. K thanks.

Getting fed up with this place. Mobile orders are always held behind the counter, and they still mess it up. You have to dissect the whole order to make sure nothing is missing.

We stop at this Sheetz often to and from the coast due to location convenience and I can honestly say that the place has declined to deplorable conditions over the last 6 months. This should be a prime stop as it's always busy from travellers and this is a poor representation of a small town in our beautiful state. Corporate needs to come in and do an overhaul!

MTO is awful. My order is always incorrect or thrown together. I stopped in today for wings and when I opened my box 6 wings were fresh and 6 were dark brown like they just reheated them in the fryer. Go else where of you want decent food and not garbage.

Bathrooms looked like they have never been cleaned. Puddles in the bathrooms with wet floor signs over them and wet toilet paper everywhere. Items in the refrigerators were covered in some disgusting substanceUpdate: my wife got some canned coffee from the store and when we opened it, it appears it wasn't refrigerated and the milk in it was curdled

I would say that this place needs an upgrade. Pumps are filthy and they don’t have the 88, which is the one I usually buy, I’m a loyal customer and I travel all over the state, and this is one of the worst by far

Absolutely filthy inside and out. Trash and broken glass outside the front door. Napkins, straws etc on floor in the store. Floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Bathrooms had trash on floors, no paper towels and the room itself was dirty. Worst sheetz I’ve ever been to. Never again!

I make it a point when I travel to stop at sheetz. Clean restrooms, decent food, great coffee and soft drink selection. The upkeeping of the store needs attention lately. I usually brag about Sheets, that it has the best, cleanest restroom and facilities. Not lately. I will still be coming to Sheetz regarding this review because I know management and employees care.Thanks

I have been in this store dozens of times in the ladies bathroom is always filthy. I have never been in this bathroom when there wasn’t paper towels everywhere on the floors and water everywhere. It’s disgusting. And my husband says the men’s is the same.

This store could use some care. The bathrooms were not clean, the outside sitting area and parking area was full of trash, the inside of the store was chaotic and staff where to busy playing around to tend to the customers. The line was very long. I don’t for see me stopping there again. Usually sheetz are really good stops but that one needs some work. Pumps were hit or miss on working too.

I love Sheetz but this specific one is absolutely disgusting. When was the last time the floors were swept and mopped? Or the counters wiped down? Or the bathrooms cleaned. This was the most unclean and unsanitary Sheetz I have ever been to and something definitely needs to be done about it.

Store was nice but wow does the parking lot need reconfigured and additional pumps need added. This place is a total zoo around lunchtime. Definitely needs to be evaluated because it needs some majors adjustments.

I have NEVER come to a sheetz that completely shut down the kitchen. This was one of the few places available for food on my trip home from work.UPDATE: Came back to this sheets again on my route from work. Bathrooms were absolutely abhorrent for both men and women (fiancée was with me). We stopped for food, but after seeing the condition of the restrooms and the piles of garbage at the entrance to the food prep area, we decided to continue down the road. Management must need some type of revamping, because I would be absolutely ashamed to have my name attached to this location.

I stopped here yesterday after a Dr's visit.I got a cup of coffee and some snacks before heading home. That cup of coffee was really surprisingly good! #oasisinzebulon
