On Tuesday 11/21/23 around the time 10 to 11 I and a friend was shopping for thanksgiving. We’re in the store for 15 minutes before we were approached by two unprofessional workers and they Accused us of stealing without proof and told us while screaming that they saw us steal and put something in our pockets and didn’t even check ours pockets at the end and one of the workers was out of uniform and I was going to let it go but they are spreading rumors around about it and it messing up my reputation

This is one of the most underwhelming grocery stores EVER! I’ve lived in this area for a year now and it’s been consistently under stocked. Tonight was it. This will be my last visit I’ll go to Walmart, drive to Knightdale or Clayton. I’d rather use the gas if it means one trip to get everything I need.

I just needed to use the facilities and rest in the parking lot for a few minutes before heading home, as I was not feeling well. I appreciated that no one bothered me or asked me to leave.

Young lady at self check out was great, from there it went down hill. We acknowledged an older black lady that was putting the hand held shopping baskets away and she got in my face and said " what you looking at devil". My husband said excuse me and she repeated it to him, as she got closer. It was then that we smelled the alcohol coming from her breath. She kept coming closer and we were afraid of what she was going to do so we left the store and tried to call to report the incident when we got to our car but never could reach anyone. Definitely will not return!

Store has good produce. Overall grocery selection is not as wide as some more upscale stores, but all the basics are there and prices are good (relatively speaking in this day and age).

Nice Food Lion and easy access location. Went there around 10pm and there were some shady characters around, but overall okay. The gentleman at the self checkout was very friendly and helpful.

This place is always crowded but the employees do the best they can making sure to get their customers in and out in a timely manner. They run of of items fairly quickly but other than that, it's a good store.

I love this food lion! The staff is always so nice and they always have people at their registers. They're normally pretty stocked on all products and when they aren't I know I can go in the next day and they'll have it. The bathroom is always clean and the store is as well.

If I could rate this experience a 0 I would. 9/7 at at 6:35 I entered food lion and was hopeful going to customer service was going to be a good experience. But again that wasn’t the case. I waited fifteen minutes while the manager (Allison) was trying to cash a check for one of the employees. I was already standing there about five minutes before anyone walked over. Allison did not once acknowledge me standing there and was also going back and forth consulting with another manager. This store I try to personally stay out of. And no I wasn’t buying lottery tickets and if I was they now have a sign up that you can only purchase tickets that are system generated. What ever you do stay out of this store.

Went here when we were going on our trip. This is a large and open Food Lion compared to most of them I went to. The location has a few self checkouts and a great layout with the Deli & Bakery, Produce and restrooms beside each other, etc.

I went to food Lion on July 29th 2023 and I purchased 6 cases of Pepsi every last one of them was flat so everybody if you buying Pepsi be careful because they're selling bad product especially by Pepsi

It's acceptable. Some of the employees are nice, some aren't. They carry a decent selection of goods. I do appreciate that they are all wearing masks any time I go in, and that they diligently sanitize their carts and checkout areas.

Always nice and clean! Great selection as well! Has better sales than Walmart especially on drinks! This food lion is always well staffed and has lines open to expedite check out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to hwy and convenient for most residents in zebulon to stop in on their way home from work.

Great store and friendly staff. The aisles are pretty small and it's always so busy and check out is so slow I don't shop there regularly.
