So glad Family Dollar came to our little community. Great place to pick up things without having to drive into town. The manager Bobbi is always so helpful and kind. They are super helpful in donating to the community food distribution. They do a great job keeping the shelves stocked. Covid has been taxing but they have stayed in the game. They are conveniently located with plenty of parking. They also sell ice and lp gas. Highly recommend!

Rude associate LIES to me about the customer restroom being out of order because her geriatric behind is too lazy to clean them! Funny that the EMPLOYEE ONLY restroom worked just fine BUT were EMPLOYEE ONLY. TALK ABOUT A NASTY HATEFUL WITCH!

I like this Family Dollar pretty well, it's a little out of my way, but they have a lot more to choose from than the little one I usually go to, and the people are usually pretty friendly, I recommend it!

I love this family dollar but there's always this one employee that's not as friendly as the rest. She never greets some people or me ever!!! She never smiles and acts as if she has a attitude. That's the only issue I have with this one woman. The manager and older lady are very friendly and make me enjoy coming there. Never had a bad vibe off of them. Other than my 1 complaint,I love the store.

Since new management took over this family dollar has become a great place. Still fairly new but the grand opening was not a good one. Rude lazy employees ruined it. T new manager Bobbi has taken over and the new employees are super friendly. You're greeted everytime you walk in the door and when you leave. Awesome place to shop around or for a quick run in. 5 stars for sure.

My husband & i have been going to this store since they opened. Everyone is so nice & helpful, especially the manager Bobbi. They have good prices & the store is clean. I would recommend the Pilot community Family Dollar!

Was looking for witch hazel and the manager walked by and I asked her Mam. Is this where the witch hazel is or do u have any. She turned and replied. If u dont see it. Then it means we dont have it. So rude. No offer of help or looking to see if I was in the right a r ea nothing. My friend spent over 100 bet that wont happen again. Her name is Bobbie and she is a mgr. Wow. The checkout girl was very kind and sympathetic. Her name was brianna i believe. Just needed to vent.

Great convenience for the people back here. Prices are a bit high, but better than going all the way to Zebulon. The evening staff are the best, I wasn't crazy about the morning/lunch shift and their attitude.

I live in Bunn and I've been going to the store since it opened the people there are very friendly and helpful with a nice diverse crew mixed ages and mix race the way I like to see it a very good selection of both foods and items that you may need around your home at reasonable prices
