Half and half with the service. Typical dollar general with only two employees To seen and a store filled with more unopened boxes and then stocked merch. I needed help finding two different things (because of course nothing can be easily found in a DG ever) and the first employee I asked was really friendly and helpful, when I needed help a second time I couldn’t find him so went I ask cashier for help, an older lady this time. I only needed to be pointed to the right aisle/end cap and waited to ask where what I needed was when there was a pause in the conversation between her and a customer at the register. Instead of just telling me where to go, which took all of five seconds, she gave me a nasty attitude about being with another customer and to wait until she was done. Then she apologized to the OTHER customer despite their interaction being done anyways except for handing off a receipt - instead of apologizing to me for being extremely rude when I hadn’t been anything but polite she. Speaking to her even after the way she spoke to me. I even apologized twice despite having nothing to say sorry for. I get it, understaffed and overworked but don’t take that out on the customers - especially the ones being polite.

At this particular DG is very convient bc I live 3 mins away. Organization and store kept good. Staff there needs a class where they train you with manners and etiquette. Other than that. DG is awesome‼️

First let me say my thanksgiving was awesome and my Christmas will be even better I’m in a great mood which is the only reason why I did not come across the counter today. The store is organized but the experience at the register is terrible.The cashier has red curly hair with a nose ring and when I asked her what her name was she said it fast in her accent. I will probably never return to this location again because of the horrible customer service I received today. Reading past reviews it Seems like this location needs to invest in more training in customer service. The employees seem to not wear mask here. I spend my money where I’m treated well. customers that have bad experiences will always remember you for the service you provided. Being friendly goes along way, it doesn’t pay to huff, puff, roll eyes and have a snappy attitude when your face already has a rough aged look. Be nice to people with your tone and how you respond.

Very friendly and courteous staff here. They always try to greet you when you walk in and they pay attention to you when you approach the check out lane. They always put down what they are doing and assist the customer . The employees are also helpful to one another which is always nice to see.Update: this particular store is still recovering from the pandemic. All new staff and there is always stocking being done so it's almost impossible to get down some isles.

The employees are always extremely helpful and nice but the store is a little hard to get through with a cart. They have stuff in the middle of the aisle that make it hard to manuever through the aisles which are already tiny to begin with. That is my only complaint. No fault of the employees. They are great!!!

Dollar General is a great store to buy many food products that you can find in popular larger stores, but for less money. You can even find some name brand products for less.

This is the best Dollar General that I have ever been to. They had more product and more grocery items than other dollar generals. The management is very polite and helpful and they keep their stores pretty clean and organized.

Forgot the Philly cream cheese and didn't wanna go back with the huge grocery store crowd...took a chance and low-and-behold look who had it... pricey but worth it. Nice little section of foods at this location. Score DG.

The associates aren't the friendliest, plus none of the staff were wearing masks. This used to be one of my favorite locations in the area, but it has really gone downhill in the last few months.

Get everything you need without long wait. The staff's WONDERFUL EVERY VISIT. You feel welcome and you can run in & out or take a look around. I live 9 miles away pass 2 other dollar generals for this one!

They left out two items which I paid for. When I got home I called and at first the girl gave me a hard time. It was too small items for two bucks. I told him I wasn't trying to rip them off for two whole dollars. I spent almost $70 in there and they think I'm trying to rip them off for $2. This place is our go to - corner store. Its clean, very friendly staff and they have really good sales and coupons on their app. You can find everything under the sun...except my Wi-Fi never works inside of the store.

A great place to pop in for almost any kind of groceries usually well stocked
