She was very kind and knowledgeable about different vapes, tanks, juices etc. She gave us a first customer discount so we ended up getting a new mod, juice, and battery so my fiancée could quit smoking cigarettes. The staff has been wonderful to work with and if you have an issue, they will do everything in their power to help you. Today I was helped by Mary and she was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Her customer service skills are exceptional and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.Will continue to go here

Logan is a very nice,helpful person. He is more helpful then any vape store I have gone to. Just started using vapes for the past three weeks this is #one store I recommend to anyone. Logan was the good to me. Very thoughtful. And nicer than other vape people that work in vape stores.

Best Vape shop ever, the employees are very very very respectable and they have always been able to answer any questions that I have and then share their best to fix any problems that come about, this Vape shop is the only Vape shop I’ve ever been to to where I can get every coil or every pod I may need they never don’t have something that I need! owner I have seen him there couple times and he is very professional and respectable and knows his stuff he owns an awesome Vape shop and can’t remember her name but the girl with the blond hair she always helps me and she went above and beyond to help me fix something even though it didn’t get fixed she went above and beyond for me so great shop great staff great owner!

This place is great. They have a good selection of juice and are very knowledgable. I was having issues with my mod, and they let me borrow a tank for a few days to determine whether my box or my tank was causing the problem. They also have a rewards program through the Clover app.

The owner sold me 2 bad phones within 3 weeks and kept lying about fixing them he said he had to diagnose the problem by looking at the phone and his warranty on anything is a lie. The receipt said 7 days I came back the next day about the first phone and he said that the 7 days didn't matter. The owner himself said I have warranty whenever there is a problem so I was a little skeptical about that. I asked to switch to another phone that was 20$ more that I was willing to pay for because I didn't want to wait 5 days for another shipment of phones because I stay 4 hours away. So he gave me another phone that was 20$ more than what I bought mine for at no charge well that was expected because the first phone screen kept blanking out. When I was given that phone it was dead and I was told it needed charging. It charged for 3hours and then It started quickly going dead so I went back to the store but he was closed . I been calling reaching employees who lied about the times the store manager would be available. I finally called back and told them I have no choice but to file a police report to get my money back or phone fixed and that's when the owner contacted me. Today which is 6/11/17. I had my sister take the phone back to him because we had talked and I was told I could get the battery replaced now its a problem because he feel as if his test which consist of watching the phone playing videos on YouTube didn't fail all day its nothing wrong with the phone but I had video footage and screenshots of the battery descending rapidly he didn't want to see that . At this point I'm just fed up and I have purchased a new phone from another store. I lost Money and I was sold 2 bad phones. I DONT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE !!! He didn't Inform me on the no return policy upon purchase until I swiped my card and it was on the receipt. !!!!.. I work to hard for my money to be losing it like this its sad !!!

This place is awesome due to the large variety of items for vaping! The staff are always great, friendly and knowledgeable about all its products! This store also offers great rewards on your purchases thru the 🍀 Clover app..They also sell cell products and a variety of human and pet cbd products. There was a great selection to choose from out of the realm of my preferred choices, my husband is a straight menthol type. We were passing through as we just made a delivery 0.8 miles away in Zebulon and needed to go to Walmart we thought great let's go there # 1 stop shopping, people in NC are usually nice the representative there was nice the first few seconds of me asking to describe the flavors, as I went down the line I felt pressured and rushed needless to say we were rushed out he kept saying can " swipe it yet " " we good to go" so rude never again not to mention we spent 3/4 of 100 bucks in there

The staff is amazing, friendly and always know how to solve the problem! If I ever move away from Zebulon, I'll make the trip back out here for my vape needs before I go anywhere else because I know the service is exceptional! Also, as a consumer, it feels nice to know I'm getting the best deals, while at the same time enjoying the company of the staff! If you have any Cell Phone or Vape needs, check then out! You don't regret it!Update: Still exceptional service and has solved a fee of my problems. The owner is awesome and these guys are truly the best!

Great place! Prices are a little high, but was looking for something that was not in stock so they offered to order it for me am told me it would be there in a few days, it took me over a month to go back in to pick it up and to my surprise they still had what I had asked for set aside for me, and asked me If I thought I'd want more and agreed to order more for next time.
