Incredible staff that works very hard to provide great forever homes to some great animals. The community keeps them rolling strong with donations of all types. Supplies or taking the dogs for walks is very helpful.

Caswell County Animal Shelter is a small animal shelter that takes pride in trying to provide for strays or homeless animals. The staff works hard to try and keep their animals happy, healthy and clean as well as the shelter itself. Donations are welcomed!

Wonderful organization and beautiful loving pets available for adoption! We adopted our sweet kitty girl and absolutely love her affection towards people. The staff were kind during the adoption process and kept our little kitty on hold for us until we were able to come.

The most caring group of volunteers and staff that are genuinely trying to make a difference. They cover a lot of ground with limited resources.

Animal shelter run by the sweetest people. Often overlooked, so there are many dogs and kitties needing homes. Worth the drive if you are coming from a more populated area, as Yanceyville is very rural.

Kind of hectic and disorganized upfront. Friendly staff and great animals available. We were looking for a young cat but not necessarily a kitten and were not given much attention by the staff. Seemed they were busy with a dog adoption and mostly just encouraged us to come back in a month because they expect to have a lot more kittens.

They are good they help as much as they can I do believe they should post pics of the animals brought in on website so that if its someone is missing there's they can reclaim it instead of waiting till they post the animal saying it's ready for adoption. But that's just my opinion but other than that they are great and willing to help.

We adopted a tree walker coon hound, anolder dog. She is so much more than the women at the center knew. The women were so helpful and so so sweet to us. We are a older couple. So you think nooo not a hound dog. So wrong. Daisy has found her forever home. She just has 1 problem, and that would be (she has velcro parents). And she loves ever minute of the attention. She goes every where with us. She has the best manners of any dog I have ever seen. She is so laid back and gentle, I have arthritis our Dasiy will see me struggling to get up and will come to me to help, she has a soul of angles. Loves to run and play but then goes to work with us and is even more mannered than most humans. One NO works for her and one NO works for her velcro parents. God sent friend! !!!!!

I called to see if they could take animals in and they hung up the phone on me when I was only trying to find home for some cats that I didn’t want to get hurt

The Casswell County NC ASPA does an incredible job of finding foster and adoptive parents to care for their charges! We adopted a wonderful yellow lab thru a friend that fosters dogs. The ASPA was fantastic! They took care of her puppy vaccinations and also spaying as part of the adoption fee. My regular vet wanted over $300 for the same service. At the ASPA, it is about finding great home for their animals and not about how much money they can charge. Open your home and heart to a rescue. You are guaranteed to get lots of loving in return!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place. Was alerted about a senior dog in their care last year, ride up and got her and fell in love with the shelter. Still stay in touch with them

Animal Control really needs the public to step up and donate animal supplies. Can foods for kittens, puppies. Dry food also. Blankets, leashes, toys and money. I purchased some throw at Goodwill to donate to Caswell County Animal Protection Service. Also donating two leashes, and some cat food, I live on a limited amount of money but I can spare a little bit to help the animals in my county. If everybody got together and donated five or ten dollars a month, that's a start to help the animals find new homes. So come on, please help!
