Very easy to work with in estimates to have before so you have an idea. Incredible with my dogs. Only ones to be able to cut one of their nails without 6ppl holding her. Lol. They take her back and less than 5 min back and a happy dog. #1 recommend vet nearby

We just love Harmony Heights Animal Hospital! We have been taking our small dog there for care since 2016. The vets and staff are wonderful and compassionate. We board our furry baby there, too. Never have had a problem. We can count on them to care for our baby! Dr. Arnold has recently retired and sold his practice to Dr. Sechrist, who is extremely nice. We will continue to be faithful patrons of Harmony Heights because they are caring, compassionate people. They are knowledgeable in their field of Vetinary Medicine.

I have pondered for about two weeks on making this post or not but I felt the need to share with other pet parents on how new staff and level of respect and kindness have suddenly changed..My family and I have been taking our pets to Harmony Heights for at least 15 years. All staff had always been respectful and thoughtful throughout the years. I recently moved about an hour away but still brought my dogs to this facility. During my dogs last appointment, I learned that Dr. Arnold retired and there would be new faces around the practice. That was fine, we went into an exam room. A younger lady came in to see what all my dog needed, if any concerns, the normal stuff and walked out. While waiting, someone in another exam room clearly had gotten some bad news about their fur baby, you could hear the on and off cries and sniffling throughout the practice. She eventually checked out, while still upset, and left. Immediately after the cries stopped, I could hear two females laughing right outside the exam door I was in, making comments of "overreacting," "so loud" and "we are terrible for this." It was clear they were gossiping about the person that had just left. I have worked several years in the veterinary field and I have never, ever felt the need or heard anyone in the field ever make fun of someone that is upset about their pets. I was disgusted. It made me feel terrible that those ladies could have been one or both working with my baby. Additionally, the new, younger Dr. Sechrist came in, done the exam, vaccines, etc. I was generally speaking with him about an estimate on a dental. I stated that I had previously worked at another vet facility and my dog would get one free dental a year so I was unaware of the average costs. I glanced back while talking, no sooner than I said "another vet facility," he immediately looked down at the floor with raised eyebrows like 'wow.. really..' as if to make it seem like I was a know it all, or that's how it made me feel. I got my estimate, thank yous and checked out. The ladies at the front desk were very nice as usual. I recognized only one person from over the years. Because of this experience with their new, insensitive staff, I will not be making another appointment with Harmony Heights.

Our second visit with our Golden Retriever Tucker and puppy, Harmony is the only place that they've been to since birth. Staff is wonderful and they loved on on them so much. We'll refer other pet owners here for sure, under new veterinarian ownership, Cory Sechrist, DVM, we'll only bring Tucker and Beau here!

This is a mixed review. So apparently when we called to set up an appointment and quoted a price it was under the old vet. That just retired and sold the place. So our new appt was with the new guy. Completely fine until check out. We were hit with a bill that was well OVER double what we was quoted.The reason was oh that was the old vets prices. (Understandable). But in such events you should be told, called any kind of warning before being hit with that. What happens when someone on a fixed income or something budgeted for a said price, come in and have work done, then boom, you cant afford it.Honestly bad business

This vet is great. They have been very caring and compassionate with my moms animals. When I went there it wasn’t under good circumstances but when I left they made everything better to handle. Thank you all for being so compassionate. It made my visit a lot easier to handle. I highly recommend them to anyone.

After my girl was attacked by another dog, they were very nice and worked her in that day even though fully booked. Everyone was so friendly and put my huge case of anxiety to rest. Prices were very very reasonable too. From now on all my babies will be going there!

Dr. Arnold has been my Vet for over twenty years. I would not trust anyone else with my babies. He is very thorough and always explains everything. He is the BEST!He also has a WONDERFUL staff that is there for you and your baby. They are like family to me. I highly recommend Harmony Heights Animal Hospital.

Never have I ever left a bad review before and I hate to be one of those however, I called to get an appointment for shots for my Yorkie and the receptionist was one of the rudest individual I’ve spoken to in a while. I don’t expect to be babied when I call, but to be spoke with by respect yes. I know people have bad days, but my soul. If she doesn’t like her job, than she really needs to consider switching her job position. Her entire career perhaps. Woman sounded miserable and was very short. Just hateful as ever. Her carelessness has nothing to do with the vets work I know, but if I’m not welcomed in the front door than I’m not going. Our plan was to get his remaining shots so we could board him there while we travel. Not going to happen now unfortunately do to lack of respect and care of the employee. Just lost a potential regular and honest customer due to very first awful impression.

Best vetenarian I ever had the pleasure to take my babies(chihuahuas) to. The staff is informative, caring and very understanding. The prices are more than fair. Dr. Arnold is a one in million and cares tremendously about the animals he takes care of.

Great doctors and staff. Dr's care about your pet as if he/she were their own. Prognosis is thoroughly explained and all available treatment options, so don't be afraid to ask questions until you fully understand what is needed to get your furry child back to 100%.

Harmony Heights was there for us when my regular vet wouldn't even call me back. My cat Luci had an URI and after taking her to the ER vet, they were able to get her in the next day without ever having seen her before. If she wouldn't have been treated, I'm positive she wouldn't be with us today.

Dr. Arnold is by far the BEST vet I have ever known. We have used him since 1996. We have experienced other vets due to moves or emergencies and there is no comparison. An example. We have a friend that used a vet that pretty much wrote her dog off and began preparing her to euthanize her dog. We recommended her to Harmony Heights and her dog is recovering now. On the flip side, he will let you know if the time has come to make that decision so your pet will not suffer.

Harmony Heights has always been my choice for veterinarian services, even when they were at Harmony Heights. Dr. Arnold and Fran, Dr. Long, Debbie, Tammy and all the staff are caring and compassionate. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The husband & wife veterinary team LOVES animals and it CLEARLY shows. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and the staff is very supportive even when overworked lol. I have 12 dogs and they provide the care... have used all the other local vets and Harmony Heights is HEAD AND SHOULDERS over the Holt and Grandview vets (esp. Holt - that clinic is a MESS and should be avoided at all costs. They killed one of my dogs, and didn't bother to tell me he was dying all alone in their kennel. And they still send me reminders to vaccinate him every year since they killed him...)

I am so thankful for Dr. Arnold and the team that has taken care of our furbabies over the last 2 years. We found a newborn kitten and bottlefed him for several weeks. He started having seizures and we took him a couple different places for care and finally took him to Harmony Heights to have him euthanized. We were devastated and Dr. Arnold was gentle and patient with us. We followed his guidance to try one last medication and 2 years later, our kitty is still with us and hasn't had a seizure since. He is no longer on seizure medication either. We are so gracious for his kindness, compassion, knowledge, and the professionalism he showed us and our fur baby.
