Went there to do a return on a clearance item I had purchased from them less than two weeks before. She called the manager over and had immediately just walked up and said all prices are final. Meanwhile on tractor supply returns policy online mentions nothing that states their claim of clearance item sales being final... if that were the case, they wouldn't give a receipt with the purchase. They were lazy and told me to drive almost 40 minutes away to Washington NC LOCATION to try there. They lost me and my family as a customer from dog food/pet treats all the way to the tractor supplies which they never actually have in stock anyways. They should rather be called the chicken feed store rather than anything close to a tractor supply company. Almost a joke shopping in there for the over priced items with horrible customer service skills. Lower paid employees at Walmart and McDonald's run better services. I will only return if needed in an emergency propane refill.

Great place to go. One of the few places that I always feel I get more from them in value than they get from me in terms of money. Terrific people working there. Always pleasant and helpful. And the couple of times I had to call Customer Service to change a delivery date because I unexpectedly had to leave for NzJ, it felt like they had already done it before we ended our conversation. Products sold is not what makes a business. A b u dinesd is made by the people working there. These people are great.

I enjoy shopping at TSC. The price at the register is always a mystery. The dog food has a plackard stating one price and it rings up a different price. The price difference is only a few dollars but this happens more often than the correct pricing. The response at the register is that a customer must have moved the sign. Either get it right or honor the price. Again, it is only a few dollars and I like the store but frustrating that I can't trust the signage and haw to go through the rigamarole of going to get the sign for the cashier to shrug it off to bad customers.

TSC is easy in and out. Staff will help you load items. Prices are competitive. Staff will lead you directly to the items you are looking for. Staff are friendly and helpful. Business can be seen easily from the main road.

Just wanted to share how wonderful and helpful David was at the Winterville, NC store. I came in looking for a specific type of dog food and was sad to find out that this location did not have it. Not only did he help us find a new food but my pup loves it! David was very accommodating and made sure to answer any and every question that I had. He made a sure customer out of me just from him being so friendly and helpful. Also, Dennis was very sweet to us at checkout!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Always go here because they are the only place that carries Diamond brand dog food. Have purchased a few other pet related items here because they don't do crazy a mark up on the same items that the big pet stores would charge at least twice as much.

Called to get a price on a propane tank refill, it took me 4 times to get someone to pick up. Then all I heard was laughing and talking but no response to my phone call. Terrible customer service. This was around 7 pm on Wednesday 9/28/22, at the Winterville, N.C. location for anyone who might want to know..

I went in to get the bordetella vaccine for my two yorkies before boarding them. The gentleman near the door was very friendly and welcoming. The woman who got the vaccine out was very unfriendly, she did not speak or say anything to me when she walked to the refrigerator, where I was standing and waiting, for her to get the medicine out. She got the medicine and walked off. I then walked to check out to pay for it because I figured she was getting it for me. She never acknowledged that I was standing there waitng for it. Very rude and unwelcoming.

Tractor Supply is a great place to pick up most of your agriculture needs. Make sure you join their rewards program. If they don't have it in the store they can ship it to your house in a few days. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Store is smaller than the Washington store.I use it mainly for dog food, lots of choices for better grade fog food.Three years later April 2022, as stated I hardly use store. Today I went there for dog food was second person at checkout. That went down hill real fast it literally took 5 minutes for the customer to complete purchase for a small item????? This is not the first time at this store some delay with purchases.Worst part suddenly another employee and manager open second register leaving myself and others who have been waiting and take customers at end of line ?????Gets old real fast. Might have a few more folks who will hardly use store.Next day Tractor Supply response; call customer service??? Did you read my review or just slap the copy/paste response?

This was a quick visit to pick up dog food, which tractor supply has the best selection of. The clerk was very efficient and friendly, and was able to handle big purchases ahead of me with no problems. The only reason they did not receive a 5 star from me is price.There are cheaper places. But you get what you pay for.

I needed a lock for my uhaul truck and forgot to look at the latch before leaving the house so I wasn't exactly sure the size I needed. I didn't catch his name, but a really nice employee helped me pick one out and gave me recommendations based on feedback from other customers. Great service!

Inventories online rarely match store availability. Today...no $8.99 deer corn even though availability indicates pick up today. Very frustrating. Love the place but this is a consistent failure.

I have been a customer for years at this company and spent so much money in this place starting in the year of 2011 and the fact that different manager change has been a minus with quality in produces and please do not mention customer services it is really bad these last three years. I have purchase a Cadet self propelled mover and in least than a years it has problems with the carburetor even after it was just fixed. In 2011 to 2015 the company team has had better products and services. I am looking for a better store or another company all together. It is very funny the prices are not going down but the product and service has gone down terribly period.

This place gets worse all the time they had a very good helper there named John well he's left I go there quite often to get my mom corn went this morning 3 men in place did any of them offer to load it in my truck no one of them busy walking around with food hanging out his mouth I'm 55 years old and look every bit of it but the problem is I have all kinds of problems with my back got mad picked it up myself best I could and threw it in my truck now I'll pay for that for the next week I dont know who management is but they not doing there job I understand why there's never the same people here John lasted longer than anybody I've seen there and was always so helpful

After searching several different places,we decided to get our dog kennel from tractor supply! One of the workers by the name of Don was AMAZING! So friendly and helped us load it into the truck in the summer heat! Thanks for making our experience at tractor supply so great Don!!:)

I visited several businesses for a riding mower and found one at Tractor Supply. There were a couple of reasons why I went with Tractor Supply. The main reason was the sales person Anthony George. He was polite, knowledgable and pleasant. The other reason was the price and the service provided. Thank you for this experience.

I'm editing my review because the people at Tractor Supply in Greenville are top notch. I've been there tons of times over the years. But just recently they've went above and beyond to help me find parts for my old mower and to help me with the purchase of a new Cub cadet riding mower. They are professional and friendly. Even after I purchased the mower, they still come up and ask me if there is anything they can help me with anything else. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

First time ever at a TSC that I had to carry a 35lb bag of Dog Food to my car. 3 associates standing at customer service where I picked up my order and not one offer. No one smiled or even said thanks. I'll do my shopping at another TSC from now on. The cashier at front of store was awesome. Thus 2 stars

I went here f ou r the Seresto for my dog that is on sale for 52.00. Great deal. They had none on the shelf. The young man went in the back and had exactly what I wanted. They go ot off their way to help customers.

I’ve been going here for awhile. But customer service has been a little worse than normal every time I’ve been in here. Went today seeing that the ramps I wanted were only $69 instead of $89. I get to the register and it rings up for $89. I show the cashier the website showing its $69 next to the curbside pickup and states it’s not valid for delivery and etc. but nothing about buying in store. So the manager declined even after reading the fine print. If the curbside pickup doesn’t include buying in store then it needs to state that on the website. The manager didn’t want to entertain giving me the price shown on the TSC website.

Im a black navy veteran. I served 20yrs in the military and recently purchased a home after seeing What Tractor supply had to offer I was eager to get as many supplies that I needed to start landscaping. When I approached the store I noticed the plants were outside and the carts were inside. So instead of taking items I planned to purchase out of the store before I paid for them I decided to take the empty cart out first and put the plants I wanted in the cart and return into to the store and proceed with shopping. As I walked out with the empty cart. The clerk signaled for one of the workers to follow me out which they did not do the same for the older white couple standing outside the store before me. After I got my plants he followed me back inside. I was so disturbed by this I only purchased 3 items and did not feel comfortable to shop anymore. I asked the clerk about a military discount not really wanting a discount but wanted to reveal I was in military and Im a honorable person that not only can afford every item in the store but has no reason to steal. After I asked about the discount the clerk proceeded to tell me " Everyone knows the military only works I day out of the week and is in no real danger. So therefore dont deserve a discount. I explained to her I served in hostile areas in my 20yr career under enemy threat to protect my country. If she would of said sorry ma'am no discount and left it at that. It would of been perfectly fine, but to belittle a former service member in front of other customers is unprofessional and distasteful . On top of that no customers should be followed around when cameras should be displayed around the store for sercurity that is what the monitors are for !!

Staff friendly and professional. I buy the large bag (50lb) of Pedigree dog food. The price is about $25.00. They practice safety measures- wearing masks, plexiglass deviders at cash register. Plenty of stock on other Tractor Supply items. If I had a gripe w/tractor supply it would be they need a bigger parking lot! Will definitely continue shopping here!
