Sam’s club has some really great food selection and prices. They had this saveechay (spelling) which was fresh and tasted authentic, they also have other meals you can get (sushi, Mexican dishes, rotisserie chicken, pot pie that’s like 20”) check them out!

Great selections. It's a big Box Store set up a bit like Costco. You have to have a member card to check out. They have everything a grocery store would have and then some. Like furniture, appliances etc. You can often save money because you are buying it in bulk. They also have an app where you can use your phone to ring up your items in your cart as you shop and pay, which then enables you to skip the register lines at the end.👍That's pretty good, when you're in a hurry.😉Side note: The here are the 💣!!! They were moist, creamy and delicious.🤤🤤🤤🤤

Michael Richardson legit saved me and my car today! I had just got off work and went to start my car but battery was dead, a helpful coworker gave me a jump and I headed straight to Sam’s automotive. Micheal helped me get the correct battery and even installed it!! By far the most knowledgeable and nicest guy ever!!

This store is very inconsistent with its door practices. As a brand, most locations do not harass members to show a card upon entering anymore. Yesterday, there was a line to ENTER the store because an associate wanted to police this like TSA and people had to take the time to locate the cards or open the app. Why can’t there be ONE consistent practice?Bad enough that there is always a line to leave because customers are checked due to the significant theft of the employees of Sam’s. This store is just a damn hassle!

I've had a Sam's club membership since 2001, and in 2004 we moved to less than a mile away from our local Sam's club in Winterville.Over these last 23 years we've wrestled with items that are no longer carried, higher gas prices than local gas stations, and now the Everlong battle of do we show membership at the door or don't we? A couple years ago my complaint made it all the way to somebody with the last name of maybe Walton and the reply was definitely politician's speak, with the question not being answered directly.While this archaic practice still continues, today I went in for Simple Green, I had to show my membership card just to get in, and then come to find out my local Sam's Club doesn't carry Simple Green anymore. It's a seasonal item. Are you kidding me? Now I'm at Walmart buying something that I should be able to get it Sam's.Why show the membership card? You cannot buy anything without it? Well I suppose you could buy a pretzel or a hot dog, and by law they can't stop you from buying prescription medicines there if you don't have a membership but I digress...If I come in with a cart that obviously means I'm going to buy something, I need my membership card to buy something, but it's all about controlling the consumer. Obedience. I have one Master, and Sam's Club isn't it.This inconvenience has been the last straw for me and I will dump this mediocre membership and opt for something different. Of course I have to travel for that, but as it is now I have to travel for things that I should get less than a mile away from my own home!

I used to be a loyal COSTCO member for over a decade but had to switch to SAMS as there is no COSTCO warehouse currently in the 100 miles radius of Greenville NC. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. 3 years down the line I visit the store once or twice every week. The "scan and go" feature in the app makes shopping super easy (even Costco does not have that). Staff is very friendly and don't bother harassing customers checking and validating SAMS id while entering the store. I use the pickup service when I am busy. The only reason I took away two starts is that I found rotten salad or produce and as per the SAMS policy I had to take it back to the club to get a refund. I find it disgusting to save rotten stuff in house and take it all the way back to SAMS get a refund. I eventually throw them away and have lost a lot of money like that.

I am not a Sam's shopper but my mother is and 2 young men went above and beyond by finding my mother purse and returning it to her. I would love to know who there . Thank you for doing the right thing .

Sam's Club is a Sams Club they push products through that the customers enjoy, products that customers will not buy they discount and never restock it again. And the great thing about Sam's Club is you can get a big slice of pizza and a drink for little of nothing. They even offer a family meal including a large pizza breadsticks cookies 6 pack of soda.

Im usually pretty satisfied with what i buy from Sam's and the price point offered. However recently, since starting my airbnb business Ive been purchasing their comforters for my listings. Let's make this shorter than longer!Do not buy their great priced down alternative comforters. Once you wash them a couple times whatever is inside the comforters start to create huge knots in the squares and begin to look horrible on your beds. Unfortunately I have purchased over 10 of these comforters and will definitely have to replace THEM ALL! Oh and please dont say you get what you pay for because I've had knockoffs most of my life and I've never seen a comforter do this. Very poor quality! Either opt for the real thing or definitely don't buy from SAM'S CLUB! Try Ross, Ollie's, or DD's. Just not Sam's nor Walmart, same company!

Got tires finally on my jeep. I ran a little late for my appt and the 2 men working were very accommodating and got my tires put on in a timely manner. This was on 1/23 at the greenville location. Thank y’all for the tires!

Great place for delivery I was have appointment by 8:00 pm arrived at 5:30 pm I just got on they did got my a door took least 1 hour for unloaded beware with security don’t know if have overnight parking except if have load for Sams with Papper work

Out of all the Sam’s Clubs in Eastern NC this location is my favorite. This location is very organized, aisles are wide enough, they have enough tables at the cafe. There is something about the way this location operates that makes it stand out above the rest, I have a consistently pleasant shopping experience and staff are professional. I also visit the Rocky Mount and Raleigh locations and those are not as organized as this Winterville location, worth the drive.

I love Sam's Club. Alot of people prefer Costco and love to hate anything related to Walmart. I have no complaints about this club. It is always clean and the machine is always cleaning the floors. I never see any bad produce, baked goods, meat, etc.... Everything always looks fresh. We are a family of 5 with three teens/almost teens so shopping here is the most affordable option for us for meat, snacks and pantry/fridge staples. The member's mark brands of things are also really good and taste alot like the name brand versions. We love their chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and quesadillas. Their rotisserie chicken are also very affordable. I know it sounds weird but their sushi is also great! That's the only place I ever get my family sushi because it's so affordable. grilled chickenWe also live the winter pajamas, they are super cute and cozy. Their seasonal items always piques my interests. They have great items for the summer and holidays. The hot pizza and hotdogs are tasty and very inexpensive. I'll shop around lunch time then go to the grill and get everyone pizza, a hotdog or a pretzel and drinks and it's cheaper than anything I could prepare or buy anywhere else. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend it.

I came into Sam’s Club expecting to grab a tray of a variety of cookies for an upcoming Christmas Party. I arrived shortly after the cookies were cooled. Instead of providing EXCELLENT customer service one of the bitter employees literally made me wait over 30mins for a party tray! Now I’m not one hard to please and after working an 8hr shift on my feet! The last thing I would like to do is patiently wait for a disgruntled employee to get her lick back (figuratively speaking) for a MEMBERSHIP SERVICE that I’ve paid over a 100.00 to wait for a freaking cookie tray that she was more than able to fix in 10mins. Helifer. I did get a manager involved unfortunately this employee was able to have her way and I’m sure nothing will be done. Hopefully this review will be a warning to ALL other member expecting QUALITY customer service here.

Visited today first time doing the grocery pick up highly recommend! The person who loaded my groceries did fantastic job better then anywhere else! I also went inside to get a Rotisserie chicken, a girl up front got me right to a fast line, and the cashier who rang me up! Was super kind and attentive. Best customer service I have experienced since moving to Greenville in almost 3 yrs!

This Club need to get it together I have to shop @ targets to get my Vanilla Slim Fast why am I paying membership fees and i have to shop somewhere else to get what i need I'm really rethinking about renewing my membership and who's ordering all these protein bars with peanut butter because they have a fetish with peanut butter don't mean we like it the manager need to get off there butt and start listening to club members we are the one spending the money

I never had any bad experiences while being in any Sam's Club throughout NC until tonight. Purchased eggs whites and when I returned to my hotel and opened box this is what I recieved. That it was opened from the top inside the box with eggs whites all over the inside of box.

Really good store with high quality foods/products. But I do have to say that they don’t necessarily have specific items of things like a regular grocery store do. But the ones they sells has exceptional quality. But if you are looking for something specific, go to a regular grocery store such as Walmart.

Great customer service today at the return desk . Special thanks to all that were involved . Thomas Hannan and Sloan Burnette were called in to assist with the Battery Scavenger hunt . The battery was not showing up when they scanned the battery or membership cards . So for about an hour they assisted me in helping me find the battery that my mom had purchased at the Winterville store . Sloan Burnette made my moms day . Not only did she keep the battery to check it for my mother . She called back and said her staff found the battery bad and was going to replace the battery for my mother . Thank you for your great customer service today .
