It's captivating to see all that New River pottery have to offer. They have a huge an array of indoor/outdoor home decor, art and craft items to make wreaths and flower arrangements etc., candles, a small variety of gifts and snacks. If you're looking to decorate beach themed, this is the place to go; they have a wide variety of beach decor! They have other cute themes as.Don't be in a hurry when you visit here, because it's so much to look at. It's a great place to get ideas to decorate a shelf, table, entryway table etc.I'm not sure if the facility have a restroom for customers, I've never seen it because I'm too busy looking at the awesome decor!It's a great place to find special pieces to add to or finish off your decor!NRP seems well stocked, unless they are switching things out for a new season.There is plenty of space for parking.As far as customer service goes, when you initially walk in, you may or may not receive a hi, hello, welcome in greeting.As I've walked around, usually none of the employees ever ask if you needed any help finding anything...Otherwise it's a peaceful and relaxing shopping experience.When you visit here, you'll definitely find something to purchase from NRP!

A charming store with a great selection of merchandise. Loved the Fall area (the Christmas section was being stocked and should be complete soon). The shelves are neat (even the clearance aisle). The prices seem a tad high (Hobby Lobby is a bit cheaper) but New River Pottery makes for a great place to browse and shop.😊

First, let me say that New River Pottery has the largest selection of Holiday decorations and products that I've ever seen in one location. Other items such as home furnishings and kitchen items are also available to include many unique items. However, after about 2 hours of exploration, my wife and I decided that pretty much anything thing that we saw was priced from average to mostly overpriced to way overpriced. We decided to go have lunch at Christy's Euro Pub. Which, by the way, is awesome and not overpriced.

First time at this store and loved it. What a great selection of home decor items! The prices seemed quite reasonable, but the majority of the items are made in China. The staff seem very nice as well.

Very nice store for people with lots of money unless you're getting a bag of candy or potpourri. I hadn't been to stores in years they have to be getting lots of business they are still in business over 20 years later.

This is a dangerous place for someone like me to go! So many different nick nacks and different holiday decor. Much bigger than I expected, it's like the store never ended. The people are SUPER nice too! And they have a gnome section which I fell in love with! Great place to look for different indoor and outdoor decor, just be prepared to spend some money...I don't know how anyone would leave without buying something!

Live in Florida but make a point of visiting NRP when I'm in Greenville. Very helpful and friendly staff. I hyperventilate every time I'm there because the selections are tasteful, unique, and very fairly priced, especially their florals. Love love love this store!!! ❤❤❤❤

Love this place! I was able to walk up to the flower area and ask an employee if she could make me some yellow bows for my deployed Hero. She was very helpful and had two big bows ready in 20 minutes!!! Thank you

They were great. The lady helped me customize my wreath the way I wanted it. I wanted it to pop when I put up the wreath, and it did exactly that.

This place is great for finding decorations but only certain types of decorations. In my opinion they have BEAUTIFUL yard decor. They have rainbow wind chimes and flower yard decorations. I love all of their blue gray heron decor. If I could I would buy all of the decor of those. The place also has very kind staff. But this company is not LGBTQ friendly so if you want to work here be okay with non-lgbtq friendly.

The employees need to be educated on the concept of customer service, or even basic friendliness. The past two times I've been there I was greeted by glares from cashiers and the workers walk right by without a word. When I got to the register this past time, the girl did not acknowledge me and continued her conversation with the other worker while ringing my items. Paying customers shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience.Two stars because they have some nice things but most of it is tacky junk.

Interesting store with a lot of cool things. Huge variety and prices ranged from good to high, so know what things should cost before going in.Inventory seemed light. Many shelves were empty. My wife said "I don't think they will last much longer". Not sure if it was seasonal, covid or something else.

Went several times this morning with a friend. They had exactly what he needed at a great price. They would only put a half sqyd in the back of my truck so that's why I went several times. The young gentleman staff was friendly and professional. Parking lot clean and neat. Inside was clean and neat. It took no time for the man to load dirt in the back of my truck. He was very skillful with the skidster. Will definately return.

Loved this store they had like an entire section of ocean/nautical stuff I was In heaven. The girl at the counter was nice and so was her coworker I honestly wanted to look more and buy more but my mom and I were also going to lunch haha

I always have enjoyed New River Pottery. However, I checked on the website and it stated masks required. That was far from happening with my experience today. Not ONE employee had on a mask, did not practice social distancing and 85% of the customers were also maskless. I did not feel safe enough to stay and shop.
