Shopping for a new upper tier dishwasher. Had a pleasant experience talking with a young Loews agent who seemed very knowledgeable about the machine we were looking for. The dishwasher was priced about the same as at the other big box stores but the installation and delivery fees were too costly. Added was the fee to remove the old dishwasher pushing the dishwasher expenses into the red zone. We bought it from the "other ' store and paid a little less.

Lost my wallet there. Asked lady at customer service register she said no there is nothing. Ask we are asking young lady that help me yesterday comes in she says no I didn't leave my wallet. We ask of they could check cameras they don't say yes or no. We ask another employee and the younger lady get visible upset he ask again. Ask we walk by we hear her tell other employee " if you ask me again about that wallet I will lose it". I really don't care about money just want my documents in wallet.

The irony of being told my two different people wearing vests that say customer service on the font and back, to go ask customer service. No one would help me find what I need and when I asked if the last ditch alternative I was walking out with would be returnable, I was told to find someone in customer service. But this it totally on me for expecting a place that makes their customers cash themselves out to provide any kind of customer service whatsoever.

Those 2 red circles are the only thing I saw in this store to inform customers where the bathrooms are located. From the sign pictured, the bathrooms are about 10 feet away. The rest of your store had zero signs to tell me where the bathrooms were, I had to ask an employee. He was very nice and helpful. I walked from one side of the other before finally asking him where they were. If I was elderly and couldn’t make it to the bathrooms it would be quite embarrassing. If I was a mother, or father, with a small child and needed one quickly, it could have been bad. I suppose if you’re not required to put signs up, then I guess you don’t? It would be helpful to your customers if there were signs.

The store is packed as usual. A line wrapped around the building to check out at register. There was one person working the self check out. The only way to cash out. Half of them were broken. And the other half needed assistance every with customer. I am no math major, but it seems like the cashier was spending more time keeping them run ing than just checking them out. In the name of profits customer service is dead. Worst experience then and every time I go to lowes

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been coming here for eight years now and I have never had a bad experience. Already good prices, but they will also price-match. If you order online, they will deliver to your car, or you can do in-store-pickup. You can even bring your dog in with you... on a leash, of course.

I tried to have a countertop project done at Lowes in Winterville. I went up there 3 times before I got someone in that department to help me. We went over the measurements and made a work order. I paid the down payment based upon the estimate they gave me. A 3rd party of Lowe's came to take measurements. The job increased by 3sqft. The price went up $800. I spent 2 weeks trying to get an explanation. Instead of an explanation, or a conversation about the project, Lowes took it up on themselves to cancel the work order and refused to refund my down payment. I spent another 2 weeks trying to contact the refund department. After 4 weeks, I finally got an explanation. They said $350 of it was a "large slab fee". They were aware of the size of the slab at time of the estimate. Lowes parcelled all of the work to 3rd parties, customer service and store managers are useless and the numbers they give me to call transfer me to other departments where other clueless people transfer me to other departments, etc, etc, etc. I was even hung up on 3 times in mid sentence by people who didn't want to deal with it. Once by Winterville Assistant Manager Scott. Another by Rita in Customer Solutions.The whole experience has been such a huge waste of time for so many people. It could have been easily avoided by simply being honest and straightforward. It is difficult to spend money anymore now that companies are so dishonest and incompetent."Owner comment", you have wasted enough of my time and energy. You had a month for anyone within this company to do anything to help and not a single person did. You will never have my trust or my money again.

Be sure you check your fully enclosed boxes of " brand new" product before leaving the store. I bought what i thought was a brand new faucet today. Only to come home, open the box and find a broken and obviously used faucet. The knob grooves was green, there was rust all along the inside of the base, missing pieces to tighten it down and the actual faucet was broken. I can understand selling returned stuff as long as its fully intact and still works, but even then should be noted its used and discounted. This was packed up and on the shelf like it was never used. So when the product was returned it was clearly never fully checked and just put on the shelf to waste someones time. I'm seriously about sick of lowes. Every time its always some kind of problem. I'm about to take my business somewhere else.

Love this store and it's employees! I think they got a bad pallet of water. The plastic is so thin you have to be careful not to squeeze all the water out when opening it. Also most of the bottles don't stand on their own. :(

Got really nice tile on clearance (woohoo) and got quick help loading it. Right now there are a lot of choices of tile, flooring, cabinets, etc in stock, it used to be I had to special order anything unusual - so that has improved dramatically. But unfortunately the store is understaffed for answering questions, perhaps because of Covid.

I have gotten 2 toilet flusher handles this morning because the handle of the toilet have been broken off. I have just replaced the broken handle of the toilet with the new white toilet flusher handle. I am keeping the silver handle just in case!

We are doing a very large renovation of a property that we recently purchased a lot of merchandise there in the past year for this massive project. Although we could go across town to the other Lowes location, we typically choose this one for their customer and very helpful staff. Today we experienced a store clerk who was not only not helpful but disrespectful and condescending. I reported the interaction to the managers went out of their way to make sure we did not leave the store with an unpleasant experience, and they addressed the situation immediately. We will definitely continue to shop at this Lowe's and encourage others to try it again if they've had a bad experience in the past. It's very clean and organized, and the shopping experience has improved dramatically. Thank you Scott and Josh for providing excellent customer support and service, we appreciate you!

Horrible phone customer service. I purchased a washer, dryer, and fridge and was told my delivery date and time. When they arrived, fridge was dented on both doors and drivers had to take it back. Delivery staff said someone would contact me in 24hrs about scheduling a new delivery date and time. It has now been a week. I have called 4 different times. Each time the customer service rep tells me someone will contact me in 24hrs regarding my issue. Currently waiting to talk to someone and have been on hold for over 2 hours. I have been with no fridge for a week now due to horrible customer service and nobody ever contacting me back. Not only that, but the washer and dryer that was delivered on the correct time and date was not installed properly. It is not working and has not been since they "delivered and installed" it. I am at the point where I just want to return my appliances and go elsewhere to purchase them. Complete waste of my time having to deal with all of this.

Purchased a new refrigerator to be delivered to my home today from 12p-4p. Waited patiently and decided to call them at 4:15p to check the status of my delivery. Customer service inform me my appliance will be delivered today between 12p-4p and asked me “has it not been delivered.” I said, “no, that is why I am calling.” Put me on hold and told me there was a cliche in the system and their next delivery appointment is Monday from 8a-12p. I asked them why didn’t anyone call me to inform me anything; customer service stated they didn’t know until I called. So, I’ve been waiting for hours at the house for no delivery and not even receive a courtesy call? Customer service didn’t apologize or anything. Decided to go by to the store at the customer service desk to talk to a supervisor or manager. She told me the manager is tied up and don’t know how long she will be tied up for. Okay, since I can’t talk to you I will call corporate. Call them and they already scheduled my delivery date on Monday from 12p-4p. Wait, I never confirmed with them any delivery date on Monday and like I told corporate, they inform me they available times for delivery was from 8a-12p. I am not sure what type of system they have, but like I inform corporate, I won’t be buying anything from them that has to be delivered because who to say I won’t experience this again on Monday. Now, I will have to used PTO to get sit and wait for my delivery. Do better Lowe’s; always had great experiences from this store until today. Corporate did apologize but not the store.

Garden center register went down so they told us to go inside. Long lines at self checkout with one register open. Lady in front of us was ordering a refrigerator so they told us to go to self checkout. Was purchasing retaining wall blocks, NO barcode to scan at self checkout. Went back to garden shop finally got checked out. How many employees asked to assist us? NONE didn't even acknowledge our presence. NOT the kind of customer service you should be providing. Oh, this was on a Wednesday mid afternoon. Can't imagine the customer service on the weekends.

The cashier service is awful...Dalton the cashier 🙄... around working Not always, you bring your papers with you. It occurred to the man to ask me for an ID for my discount so that I would return later with the ticket to make my discount valid...come on for real???. What absurd things they sometimes ask for in order to do "the job". I agree that laws and rules, but you have to be aware of what you ask for when providing a service. Absurd

Usually, the only way nothing goes wrong is if I go in, find it myself, and self check-out. If you need them to find it, tell you about it, order it, receive it, or check it out, forget it. Something will usually go wrong. That said, the folks working the paint desk are fantastic and get it right everytime.

I wish another big hardware store would come to Greenville. Ever time I have to go here there is always a issue. They move things around so munch the employees don’t even know where to find stuff. Can’t buy things because the bar codes won’t scan and when I show it to them on the app they still can get it to ring up. Have tried to sell me some by the ft when the price of it was for a 5 ft pipe. The wood is also terrible you have to dig for every to get good quality lumber.
