This is my favorite grocery store in all of Pitt County. I have shopped here for many years and this has been a comforting place for me to shop ever since I first got my driver's license.

TO GO SHOPPING GLITCHES, TAKES YOUR MONEY!!! I spent an hour making selections, total ~$250. When I attempted to review list and alter shopping list, it went into a malfunction and charged $300 out of my checking. I phoned the store, they checked and couldn't see that I had ordered. I was told to come into the store and they would refund. Only when I arrived at the store, I was told the list had been shopped to my surprise. Moreover, the man working at customer service had an issue waiting on me. When I told him I had ordered 53 items, but it stated only 33 were available, he misinformed me that I was receiving all items, which turned out not to be the truth. Do not use the system. Food Lion must be hard up for money 🤑🤑🤑. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Poor customer service and unprofessional with his scrawny nose stuck up in the air!!!. There were two other outstanding people who did assist me with getting the items to my car but I definitely will not return.

Very friendly staff. We buy all of our grocery items here. Food Lion to go service is very convenient. Great prices on store brand. Quick check out. Food lion to go is an easy service for groceries pickup. Good selection of seasonal snacks

Jan. 2024- Not always fully stocked. Usually only one full service checkout lane open. Staff are nice and helpful.6 yrs ago- My go-to local grocery store. Good people and clean store. Easy access from two roads. Plenty of parking.

I would have normally given this location 5 stars but because of one person im giving it 1 star because I have to. I have never had an issue with ANY of the workers at this location for the last 11 years I have been a customer. As of recent this one worker who does cashier and " customer service " JAYLAN is by far the worst employee this store has. He doesnt make you want to come here. I have spoken to NUMEROUS managers and apparently they dont care because his attitude has remained the same. VERY RUDE AND UNWELCOMING TO BE PUT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.... What kind of TRASH are you hiring now a days???

Great local store. I wish they had the brisket and pork belly options that the other Food Lions have. I'm a big-time griller and I love those two meats

This is my favorite grocery store. This particular location is always clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.. The vegetables and fruits are the freshest in the area.. The prices are reasonable. The shelves are well stopped.

Store is clean with nice wide aisles. The produce section is nicely cooled with a big selection. I drive from the other side of greenville to come to this store. The staff are all friendly and very efficient.

My visit was like always is great with no complaints. I find what I need and workers their are quick to help and assist. The lines for the Registers go quick and really do appreciate that the customer service is great and not rude...I will continue to shop at this location!

Great Selection and Fantastic Customer service. Whether you order online through the app, or go into the store to shop, you will have a great experience and great service! Prices are comparable to any other Grocery store. The fact that there are several Foodlion stores within 20 miles makes it a Fantastic place to get anything you are craving, from Apples to Zucchini, and everything in between, you will probably find it here without having to go through so many sections of stuff you don't want or need. The workers there have always been helpful and go out of their way to make sure you can find anything you ask for. If they have it, they will help you get it into your cart! As far as checking out after shopping, you are almost immediately guided to a register that is open. Always helpful with items that are big and bulky, either scanning in the cart, or they remove and replace the items if needed. They always ask if I need help getting my items into my vehicle. (I am a disabled veteran) this kind of assistance is not expected, but, definitely is a wonderful thing to have offered. Highly recommend going to get your groceries from Foodlion.

My sister bought a cake from the bakery here today and as we were eating it we noticed that it was covered in light colored short hairs. The hair was both on the inside and outside. The cake was double chocolate so it was easy to see them and pick them out but we were still disappointed.

What can I say, it's Food Lion. Food Lion is my neighborhood grocery store. When we purchased our new house, one of the considerations, was the closeness to a Food Lion. Some of the nicest people work for Food Lion. Stores are clean and they did a great job guiding us through the pandemic last year. The only thing I miss is an onsite butcher. Few Food Lions have a meat department that you can access. The food is fresh though and the variety makes up for it. I love to shop at Food Lion!

Great prices like shoprite in NJ, but many of stores need to get them hand scanner fixed. It's very difficult to lift up a case of waters, sodas and any other items that require the hand scanner 🤬😠😡
