Everyone is great. Dr Cather is so good with Polly (our beagle) and she loves him. From the front desk team to the techs we always feel so welcome. I still have the front desk ask about my sweet Macy ❤️ - y’all took such good care of her for so many years and I will always remember how special she was to everyone. I always recommend you all and always feel out pet is taken care of. Dr Cather is definitely our new favorite vet there. He really worked with us to try to figure out what was going on with Polly’s “strange illnesses” last summer. It’s good to find a team that has been with a place for so long and that genuinely seem to love what they do. 🐾❤️🐾

The front staff are very kind and inviting. The techs are beyond comforting and inviting towards pets. Dr. Hoffman is our pets primary and is a phenomenal vet and very knowledgeable! We are so lucky to have her! I have seen other vets in the office for acute visit and they are all amazing also! Highly recommend this practice!

We are so thankful for the wonderful combination of skill and kindness on display whenever we visit with our little dog! Their quick response and expertise made all the difference recently when he suddenly became critically ill. The receptionists, vet techs and doctors have all been so helpful!

In a nutshell, there’s no place that could top this vet! Everyone is absolutely wonderful, accommodating, thorough and so very kind! I am always warmly welcomed and they truly foster a comfortable environment :) Greenville is my hometown, currently residing in Raleigh and I personally make the trip down just to have my fur babies only be seen by FAC. Wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else.

I previously reviewed Firetower Animal Clinic with a five-star rating but we needed to voice our appreciation and their dedication once again to our pet with another 5+ rating. We brought our Bean into them who was very sick with a viral infection and a high fever. They kept him for the day and gave him outstanding care and treatment. Because of his condition, he had to be kept overnight at the Pet Emergency Clinic of Pitt County (they too deserve a 5+ rating!). Firetower assisted to prepping Bean and notifying Pet Emergency that I was bring in the Bean for treatment and why. The final outcome is that Bean is well on the road to recovery and is acting more like himself every day. Again, a great big shoutout and our heartfelt appreciation for the care, the attention and the compassion shown to Bean. The care received there was beyond that we have ever seen and they will be the only vet I would ever use or recommend.

Our sweet dog Stella, had her yearly check up on 3/19/24 with Dr. Medhus. He’s always so good and gentle with both of our dogs. Stella is now a senior and the genuine care and concern he gives her just shows how much he loves what he does. He did a thorough exam, gave us advice and answered our questions, plus he let us know the results of Stella’s blood tests the very next day. Our dogs like him too! 😊🐾

Our senior doxie went for a visit Wednesday. My husband said everyone was nice. The vet tech remembered Fred and, he did well with her. No muzzle needed for him ( sometimes cranky) . We are appreciative for them getting us in .

My family pets have been with the clinic about 6 months, and vet is very caring and great service. Especially with our two family cats! When one of them got hurt; I called the vet and they were very reactive, they were able to see our cat same day still providing great service! Would recommend for you and your pet.

My little dog muffin went on an adventure for a few days then came back home very sick. Fire tower was great, they got her in quickly and the vet was amazing. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you guys!

This clinic is willing to work with you and your pets. They work within a budget if you need and they really do care about your fur babies. The 3 different vets that I've worked with all seem to explain things to me and have been amazing. I've been to a few different clinics, and this is the first one to actually listen to my worries and work to reassure me,(both through words and actions), that they will do everything they can to help me and my pups. Well worth the hour drive there and back for my pups comfort and safety

My dog (golden doodle) is very high energy and apprehensive about visiting "the vet". However, she's ALWAYS had good experiences at Firetower and loves everyone there! Many of them recognize her by name and they all check her name and use it when interacting with her. That's calming and I appreciate it as much as Millie Belle does. They take great care of her.

We were in town for temporarily and my dog got sick unexpectedly. I called and was told when their first available new appointment visit was. Unfortunately it was weeks away. I explained what was going on and Michelle was able to get us in the same day. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. If I was from the area I would definitely be using them as my Vet.

The staff is great! Very professional, but also warm and welcoming. They made a fuss over my puppy, which of course make me love them more! I was seen just before appointment time, everyone explained who they were and what they were going to be doing. They were gentle with my puppy and comforted him when he was whining and anxious. I would highly recommend them

Everyone seems to genuinely care and enjoy their jobs. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Medhus and his techs. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling confident that we are getting the best care possible. The front desk staff are all always so friendly and pleasant to work with.. can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been a client here for 8 years, but the service on this day was disappointing. I had an appointment for a dog nail clipping is all, yet I was made to wait 30 minutes before being seen, on a not terribly busy day. The clinic floor was also not very clean, with visible stains and animal hair. (They invited me to provide a review; go figure). I hope I was catching them on a ‘bad’ day.

If you are looking for an animal clinic that has a friendly, knowledgable, caring staff- this is it. I’ve been taking my dog here for years and have had nothing but a great experience. Special shoutout to Nancy- my dog had a minor surgery yesterday, I was obviously extremely nervous; however, after a conversation with Nancy while dropping my dog off, I left feeling calm and assured that everything would be just fine- and it was! :)

My dog went for her yearly check up- I was in and out of the office quickly. Everyone was nice and I didn’t feel like I was being talked into things just to spend more money. If I had a question about something I felt they were very honest with if it was needed or not and what the reasoning was. They were very good with my dog too, who can sometimes be shy with new people.

We started coming to Firetower Animal Clinc about 3 1/2 years ago when we moved from Michigan on recommendation from my sister and we couldn't be happier!Michelle is always very pleasant on the phone or when we come in for a visit!I believe that our visit on 12/15 was the first time we were scheduled with Dr. Hubbard for Bella. I was very please with how she took the time to explain a new medication/injection to help Bella with her arthritis/joint issues.We appreciate how all the vets and techs. treat and care for both of our fur babies!
