Person checking us out was wearing ear things talking to someone. I thought the person was talking to me. When I asked that the person pointed to the ears indicating that's who they were talking to. Should associates be on the phones while " working"? This has happened twice at a DollarTree store.

Would give negative stars if that was possible. The “manager” of this store has no business being in charge of nothing. She has a terrible attitude and demeanor. She will lie and just be down right rude. Dollar tree do better. I will drive across town before stepping in foot in this store.

Was mostly well organized with a good selection of items. Self-checkout line was long, so cashier took us to a register. Was looking for decorative magnets, but the selection was very limited

Marvelous store and staff. Super friendly and helpful. Very well organized and tons of merchandise. I enjoy the 5.00 aisle because it saves me a trip to dollar general or family dollar. I got a wonderful welcome sign today for 5.00!

This is my favorite Dollar Tree store in Pitt County. It is spacious, clean, and I have not met a single negative employee. That is saying a lot because so many times, people working in customer service, clearly should not be because they are so negative for no apparent reason. Also, this store almost always has items that I buy regularly, but unfortunately, the Dollar Tree one mile from my residence is the opposite of the positive review of this location.

Visited store today. Cashier put arthritis rub( look and smell like green alcohol) in bag with food items. Got home and it leaked all over food. Mind you I had Jamaican beef patties that now smell like arthritis rub. Called store back..asked for management. Politely explained issue. Was told by Assistant manager in so many words there was NOTHING she could do for me. She didnt know if it happened in MY car from bag rolling around. She told me it was basically MY fault because I did not tell the cashier to bag the arthritis rub in a seperate bag. That if it happened INSIDE the store it a would be a different thing. I could not believe my ears. For one as a customer..i wasnt supervising the bagging process...i was watching my total. Second of all..it is NOT my job to make sure employees use common sense. Putting a liquid that is also a medicine in with food makes no sense. Makes as much sense as bagging bricks with a dozen eggs. By the time the call ended...i was no longer polite and nice and didn't appreciate the attitude that i was given. Yes..i guess I wasted money. But it will be the last money.i spend at that location. Guess they raised prices..lowered customer service skills!

Good evening Boos and Ghouls!!! Halloween has arrived at Dollar Tree. And, OMG, visit the Dollar Tree on Memorial by Sam's club in Winterville, NC. They have self check-out. Happy Haunting. Update: Do they have wnough balloons in this store for Valentine's. It's like running through an upside down corn field!!! Other yhan that, I truly believe that the quality.of Dollar Tree items has gotten better iver the years,

UPDATE: Boy, have they changed! They have self check outs now. Not only did all of the $1.00 items go up to $1.25, now they have an aisle dedicated with items that are $3.00 & $5.00! It's just not the same. 😱 Found exactly what I was looking for. Christmas on a budget!

Store is well organized at least when I go in and I never have a problem finding anything I am looking for. The only downside I see is the line at checkout when the store is busy and there is only one cashier and other staff in the store running freight. Help get these customers out of the store why don’t you.

Associate April 2501 Central Park Dr. Greenville NC is extraordinarily. I am disabled Senior Citizen who just had finished planning my own Funeral prior to coming into this store today. I had been crying just minutes before entering this Dollar Tree. I didn't think I had enough money to buy everything and especially to buy a bag of 3 Musketeers bag of bars.I told her to hold the candy out. Associate April allowed me to take my favorite candy. I was going to leave it and then go to my car to get remaining money. She took money out of her own pocket to finish out what I didn't have. I am going to have knee surgery very soon. I needed to be Spiritly lifted. Associate April you did that today. She has an high level of compassion. Thank you April for lifting me up. You gave me life today.

i dropped my money envelope ($600) in there and i called them and asked for the manager so we can see the cameras and contact the police but she told me their is no cameras in the store, which made no since, a big name like dollar tree have no cameras. which made believe that some one know something and they don't want me to know ...

I have rarely been to a Dollar Tree and met up with a rude employee. They are knowledgeable where to find things and if they quit stocking items. The store stocks a variety of items.

No air it was to muggy couldn't shop like i wanted my head started hurting i feel sorry for the workers. I Pray for them they need the job that bad. God Bless!!!
