This location is the worst DG I’ve ever been too. Always have a line to the back of the store because they only have 1 cashier. Doesn’t matter what time of day you can expect to stand in line for 10-15mins. They should open the self checkout to speed things up but they don’t. Employees work hard and are understaffed. I actually avoid this location because of the length of time it takes to make a purchase.

Two of the coolers have been broken for several weeks and products are hot, employees are rude, at a little after 4pm yesterday, there was a line of at least 11 people and there was only one cashier who seemed to be deliberately going as slow as possible- self checkout was closed.

prices were wrong. cashier had on a hood like he was going to rob the place. parking lot trashy. I'm new to the area. most likely I'll go into town to shop!

This store is stocked up good and organized. The empolyee actually greeted me awhile in the store. They seemed down to earth type atmosphere and people. One issue though, the traffic trying to get out to the four way traffic is hard during busy hours, but it is in a nice location otherwise

I enjoy Dollar General due to the consistency in your pricing. Obviously everything can't be exactly a dollar, but your company does a great job making it affordable to the customer. There's a large supply of different products as well, some I would have never expected in this type of store.

The sales clerk was great and very helpful to give me the discount of what was listed on the shelf but didn't ring up on the register. However, when the awesome sales clerk had to involve the manager she emminated an attitude and state to the clerk while I was standing there "no other customer has mentioned this discount before". She seemed bothered and put off to have to deal with making the changes in order for me to get a discount that was advertised on the shelf. The 4 stars are only for the sales clerk. I wish I knew his name. He is african-american and very friendly with intentional professionalism!

Completely pissed off. We stop here to get craft supplies and spend some serious money for our mothers day BBQ and some chic that works there comes out saying they're closing and it's only 5:15. What!!! Taking about a family emergency. How is that anybody else's problem?? If that was a reason to close a business nobody would stay open. You guys better get it together. You just lost quite a few customers. Not that you care. A dude also working there stayed someone was getting fired over this!! Damn right they should. Terrible!!! 2 thumbs down!! 😠

There is trash all over the parking lot and it is spilling onto neighboring properties. Makes you wonder, does Dollar General care about your neighborhood? Pick your trash up. Don't ruin another neighborhood.

I've been a number of times to two different stores and the selection of Press On Nails have been few at both locations. Yesterday they only had two boxes of Medium length. Please increase your selection. Thanks.

Got some car oil at 6pm one cashier left leaving a very well mannered young man knew what to say to keep me up with the store special and this was the New Bern store near Hwy 55Went to the store Vancboro NC near New Bern the people there act like you owe them did not care if you did or didn't that's why I ended up at New Bern storeThe rating was for the New Bern Store

Items don't ring up correctly. Every time I go in something rings up the wrong price (different than the shelf tag) yet the managers won't bother to do anything about it.
