I have called many times to renew a prescription and talked to a guy that speaks so fast, and ready to hang up. One time, I asked his name to find that it was Alex. Yesterday, I went in and asked him if I could ask him a question and he said that he was busy and would be with me in a moment. I then saw a lady giving a shot to someone. When she finished one arm and got up, I ask her the same question. Well, Alex blurted out that she was busy giving shots and I would have to wait. I told him that I did not need his help that he was rude. Everyone else working there is nice and polite. He seems anxious, quick talking, and really rude. He is always in a hurry. He is not customer friendly at all.

They never have your prescriptions ready after you call them in and go pic them up 3-5 days after you call. You talk to the female store manager and she could care less.I’m pulling mine an taking elsewhereToo many other voices

Pharmacy staff is top notch. Been here for vaccines and regular prescriptions. They work themselves over time to make sure your meds are ready quickly.

addendum: first rating one star however the pharmacist and or manager had a seemingly different attitude & was quite helpful. My pain was at least a 8/10. She helped me track down medication at another pharmacy so that I could relay to my doctor. She also stated that she had gone earlier in the day she helped me and is appreciated. By the time I received my meds from the other store it was at least a 9/10 & I was crying, To the others, please always try to put yourself in the others shoes. Imagine how helpless you’d feel. It happens yo most of us at some point in our lives. I hope it doesn’t but usually it does at some point!Original review:I went to pharmacy after a procedure. Last time I thru were late. This time there is apparently a back order. This may not be their fault but one woman was smirking and another in the background a little smile. I guess they think I’m a drug seeker. I have had huge dental surgeries. This was for 8 pills. I’m not allowed ibuprofen, nobody in the medical field in any position should lack empathy. I’m in the medical field snd hope I never make anybody feel this way.

Wanted to thank the wonderful staff that works in the pharmacy. The transition of our prescriptions from another pharmacy (out of state) was done kindly and we had no issues filling them soon after. I am always greeted by name as soon as I pull up and they are very on top of everything. I am so happy we chose this location as our pharmacy!

I can't believe the poor ratings. Each time I pickup my medication, everyone is nice. I feel if you great someone the way you want to be greated, there is no problem. I enjoy turning frounds into smiles 😃.

1 word-Zack! Zack in Pharmacy is the man! Went in for flu shot. He found my appt in system but couldn't process my insurance. Instead of getting nasty, dismissive, impatient, he kept trying to troubleshoot and try different codes. Finally he found the issue and got my insurance processed and flu shot taken care of. He easily could have said "sorry, I can't help you" and sent me on my way BUT he took customer service and guest care to the next level. KUDOS TO ZACK!!!! WILL BE BACK JUST BECAUSE OF HIM!!!!!

The store is nice. JULIA, a pharm tech, has the worst attitude ever. I've been coming here for a year, and she has the same grumpy, ill, unfriendly attitude every time I come here. I'm switching back to Rite Aid. I've decided I'd rather pay a little more for my prescriptions, where the staff are friendly, than continue to deal with JULIA. One bad apple really can spoil the whole bunch. CVS, this girl needs an attitude adjustment, or she should be looking for another job.

I called to get a transfer of a medication from another pharmacy because i am from out of town. I spoke with Julie/Julia. She could use some training on customer politeness. Her tone of voice and attitude comes off asas ve rude and unappreciative. Will be happy to find another pharmacy when I need a refill.

Great service, selection and prices! The manager Chad, greet's me when I enter and exit, and sometimes has a conversation with me. The pharmacist, Mrs. Goins, always takes the time to talk to me and explain my medicine to me, explaining what to avoid and what is ok. I highly recommend this CVS over Walgreens anytime, because it's clean, safe and the staff is A++++

Terrible customer service all the time you try to use store rewards or coupons it’s an issue the supervisor attitude can use an adjustment don’t waste your time going there go up the street to the other CVS on fire tower road always stocked with the items and customer service is excellent
