Ordered a plush toy through Amazon. Never received it. It was supposed to be a Valentine's Day gift. Ordered on the 6th and got the total runaround until Amazon finally refunded my money on the 16th. When I tracked the USPS number it was never shipped. Checked this website and lo and behold, they do this often.

I ordered 400 necklaces from Tuckers through Wal-Mart, but only received 100. I have contacted Wal-Mart twice and was told both times that someone from Tuckers would contact me to resolve the problem. No one from Tuckers has contacted me. Wal-Mart said I could return the product for a refund and offered me $5 for my trouble. Don't risk buying anything from this company. Apparently taking orders and not sending the product is their policy.Update: after many phone calls and multiple emails to every president, vp, and corporate email address at WalMart that I could find, I received the correct amount of product. It took a while, but WalMart and Tuckers finally fixed the misprint in the listing. I still won't order from them again though to avoid the hassle.

We ordered 3 stuffed animals for our kids off Amazon. The order came the very next day and it was exactly what we had wanted. We were thrilled. Thank you SO much, Tucker’s Toy Shop!!

This company sells items through Wal-Mart. I purchased 12 beach balls and they mailed me 1. I contacted the company directly and Jennifer answered the phone by just saying “Hello”. I asked if it was Tucker’s Toy Shop and she said yes. I told her the problem and she said I would have to contact Wal-Mart even though they are the ones that only sent me 1 beach ball when I ordered 12. Wal-Mart gave me a full refund but I would have liked to have the other 11 beach balls. Very poor customer service since she couldn’t just resolve the problem. It would have been an easy fix!!

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered with them. They sent completely different items than what I ordered. I reached out to them multiple times, via email and phone and they refused to respond, send the correct items or refund my money. Repulsive customer service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! On Amazon, I ordered a pack of smiley face squeeze balls (stress balls) from Tucker’s Toy Shop. I received the wrong item, a bag of black plastic small tops.After contacting by phone, their message says it’s faster to receive a response by emailing them. I left a voicemail at that time. I then emailed the company to try to resolve the issue. After 4 emails and 1 voicemail, I have yet to receive a response. It’s been a week now and no resolution.Basically, Tucker’s Toy Shop has decided to ignore my request to simply resolve their mistake of sending me the item I ordered and returning the wrong item. Please note, they obviously took my payment when I ordered from Amazon and is refusing (by ignoring me) to keep my money without resolving the issue (THEIR MISTAKE).I would advise not to do business with this company! They ship the wrong items your order and refuse to accept the item back and ship you the right item. AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY. Unacceptable!!!

I purchased what I thought was this blue elephant with blue eyes that was suppose to be 9” tall. This was the picture advertised. I have a couple of these elephants in other colors in my house so I know how big it’s suppose to be. What I got was a tiny blue elephant that was significantly smaller than the one advertised and it had black eyes not blue ones. Very deceiving advertising. I will not be purchasing from here again.

I went in just before Christmas, living here my whole life not knowing we had a little hidden gem in our town. Was greeted at the door by the sweetest woman, Jennifer who is married to Tucker, she shared their future hopes and plans for their growing business. Met Tucker and he's a very nice man along with his little puppy dog. They have some very neat toys for all ages. Nothing like you will find in other stores. There are toys that will teach children things without them knowing they are even learning! Lots of costumes and party favors, even some things for the parents. They also have an Amazon store ! Don't be afraid to check them out they are awesome!!! I wish them all the best in achieving their plans for the future!

I ordered small rubber duck toys and received party invitations! Made multiple attempts to get this error corrected with no luck. Left multiple voice messages with no call back. Finally spoke to someone named Jennifer who I explained the issue to but still no resolution. Would not recommend buying from.

I got brushed by them and they sent me a 6 pieced puzzle cube. Brushing is a type of scam when the seller sends an item that is low in valve to the victim who has not ordered it. Which they then use the victim’s name to write a bogus review.
