Wow! Just...omg! So absolutely astounded by this place! Hands down one of the best places I've visited. The dining area is sooo cozy and decorated beautifully. The biscuits are incredible and sooo delicious! Now...let's talk about the dessert options. The honeybun, cinnamon roll, doughnuts, and cream puffs taste like they walked out of a sweet cloud. The cookies are amazing also! First time customer and I will be visiting whenever I'm in Wilson. I am beyond delighted to have discovered this wonderful establishment.

So I'm up at the counter I'm ordering my food I'm trying to get some cream puffs already ordered some bacon egg and cheese on buns and it's a young lady behind the counter Caucasian she was all in my face made me feel unwelcome and uninvited and I used to walk here just to have breakfast so they get this honest rating. Her Non Welcome/ Cold Gaze/ Stare/ Eyes Roll was the reason for two of the three lost stars out of the five star rating. I personally recommend Flo's Kitchen here in Wilson. Line moves so fast you can't believe it. No donuts. But the Best Cheesbiscuits in Wilson NC. Tenderloins also.Parking: The parking is about 12 spaces minus one obstructed parking spot.

3/5 for the chicken biscuit I ordered earlier this september of 2022. Biscuit was hard, chicken was overdone. Almost seems like they microwaved it.The donuts on the other hand are a 5/5. My favorite one is the chocolate glazed donut. Their donuts are so much better than any other donut shop I've tried. Soft and pillowy.Definitely recommend those to try their donuts.

Wow wow and wow! I love pastries, doughnuts, and good baked goods. I have sampled my share of what were less than stellar. This place was not one of those.My first indication that this place had potential was the parking lot and drive through. Both were packed and these were local folks. Now be prepared for a line and a little wait, but trust me, it will be worth it.While the inside is small, the food is amazing. Had the steak, egg, and cheese biscuit. The best part… the biscuit. It was one of those you could tell someone knew what they were doing. It was soft with being crispy in the right spots. I do believe the proper shortening or lard was used. They didn’t spare the steak, egg, or cheese either.As we left, we bought a few doughnuts. Oh my. They would be worth a drive alone. The cream was not too sweet and the dough was yeasty - the best. Not greasy. Glazed but not over done.Go early because they sell out fast!

Love Wilson Donut Shop! It is worth the wait in the drive through. Staff is pleasantly delightful...always willing to help. This is a true iconic place in Wilson. Highly recommend...it is a must try.

Not driving all the way back in storms for missing donut & biscut. The 100 A is impressive. Girl at drive thru nice. Order incorrect in bag but correct on receipt(of course) 1st time -_- LG honey bun. Tasty affordable donut holes. Update- 98 score now. I was told nothing they can do about the missing items. No one authorized to fix or give equal value item, call owner. Poor customer service 1st time, last time. 45 miles 1 way travel.

This place is ranked in my top 3 of donut places in NC. Staff is always friendly. Donuts are always tasty. The breakfast sandwiches are second to none. Glazed cream puffs are undeniably tasty.

This is the first time visiting and let me just say, the donuts are absolutely incredible!!! I saw a review that said they were better than Dunkin and Krispy Kreme…THEY ARE!!! I literally found my favorite donut shop! Next time I will try one of the breakfast sandwiches!!! So yummy!!!!

I stop by here frequently for my office mates in Wilson. their donuts, honey buns, and cinnamon buns with raisins are ginormous. Lol. The donuts are normal size but holy smokes. Their honey buns and cinnamon buns will easily feed 2-3 people. They’re also delicious and reasonably priced! Highly recommend them over Dunkin or Krispy.

Everything was fresh and delicious score is a 100 nice and clean and really friendly staff first time here so she took the time to explain to me any questions i asked I got the fried chicken sandwich with the curly fries and a glazed cream filled donut, tasted one of my husband's spicy wings we will definitely be back

Was looking forward to trying the local donut shop. I love donuts but could not eat these. Donuts are sweet, I know, but these donuts are so sweet I couldn't eat more than one bite. I should have bought just one but made the mistake of buying six. Threw them all away. Also, we went very early but there was a very small selection. No variety at all. I really wanted to support a local place but will not return.

You already know the best donuts in town, but the worse customer service. I must retract the stars For poor customer service. Got my order wrong I had to go all the way back to get them to fix it And that's exactly what they did the same damn sandwich didn't remake me no fresh sandwich nor did they apologize for the inconvenience.

Best kept secret in town. Sits so out of the way, you really don't notice it. Was craving donuts, son told me about it. I'm glad he did. Best donuts I've had in the 6 yrs I've been in Wilson. Bought a dozen donuts, after getting home with them, one hour later there were only 6 left. Also learned that they have good grill foods also. I'll try that next time. Stay tune for that review!

I have recently discovered the LOVE of the Vanilla cream puffs! Glazed and UnGLAZED donuts as Dunkin Donuts was closed for renovations. There is only 1 real issue that I have is, they make a certain amount of each donut and when then are out they are out...So some can be baked at 6am and sit until 3pm?! I have tried every donut and most of the sandwhiches. My favorite though is the Cream Puffs! It is affordable as well, $13.88 a dozen! I say go before 9am to get it at the freshest and knowing that they have them!

Love this place. Donut holes are the best thing you can get. Other food is still great. Amazing people, great service. Right near the whirligigs too, so grab a coffee and a donut and go see the whirligigs.

My dad was a baker for over 50 years including the years in the Navy . His speciality was donuts and wedding cakes .Your donuts are fabulous . Just like my dad's. Great texture ang glazed on both sides. Love them . Congrats to the baker's. Good formula.

There are only 2 places I buy doughnuts in wilson and this is the best. I do not come here often, but everytime I do, I am greeted warmly and feel welcome. The selection here is incredible. They always have exactly what I want, unless there is a variation of it and I will typical get both and the variation is just as good if not, its better than what I went in for in the first place. The staff here, again, is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This place is INCREDIBLY clean, well kept and Ive never seen the sanitation code as anything other than a high rated A. The food is delicious, but I'm currently trying my best to avoid sugar, but that doesnt mean you should not be tempted to come here and see how good the food is and meet the wonderful staff. Also, "cinnamon rolls" to die for.

Best place in town! Wow! More than doughnuts—I had an amazing chefs salad and some bright leaf dogs and they also have the best breakfast. Sausage Links are put of this world good.Best doughnuts as well.Atmosphere is first class and welcoming

Donuts were ok. Personally too sweet for my palette. The honey bun was the best. The service was blah. The order taker overlooked me as she was engaged in conversation with a regular patron. The service I received wasn't welcoming and it doesn't make we want to be a regular. Friendliness counts. Not only to familiar faces.
