If I could give 0 stars I would! Just bought a $90 air mattress just to get home to find its clearly been used for a long time & returned!!!! We did notice when we got home that the tape on the tabs had been cut however there was a white sticker stating that you can not return opened air mattresses & that had not been cut threw. We opened it because surely they wouldn’t put a used & returned air mattress back on the floor. To our surprise a strong odor hit as soon as we took it out of the box. This air mattress was clearly used for A LONG time before it was returned. It was stained, pump broken, & cracked up from how long it was inflated. Firstly the people who returned it are garbage & even if the employees didn’t open the box & look at it, they should NOT have went against policy & put it back on the floor. This is outrageous. Will be returning for our money back & we BETTER not be denied our money due to “store policy”

So there I am, doing my brakes when all of a sudden the jack that I had malfunctions and is destroyed.I had no choice to go and get a new one, unless I wanted new brake pads on one side of the car and old ones on the other. (I don't think that's a good idea.)I headed to Walmart to see what their options were and found this one. The price was right and it's max weight rating was more than what I needed.I don't typically shop at Walmart and for auto parts or equipment but I saw their auto section is much more robust than I expected. I'm happy with this Jack and it should last a very long time.

Not enough cashier's, I refuse to use self checkout for two reasons,1)there are issues with that also which wastes time 2) I have to do all my own shopping and you expect me to also be a cashier???? Try offering may a percentage off for doing the self checkout out, more people might use it, you certainly are saving money by not hiring real cashier's. Next, try having the shelves stocked better and better informed employees. I had a question back in the garden area and the young man was too busy picking at his fingernails to help me and directed me to see some other young man standing in the self check out area who was hugging who I am guessing was a g/f.

It seems like they have everything in here it was such a big store. The staff is nice and helped me find everything i needed and self checkout for the win because I dont like to wait in lines. The deli had some fresh chicken coming out so i got some with the wedges.

Everything was so much easier to find than in my local store. The employees were very friendly, my 4 year old has to say hey to everyone. Every single employee and other shoppers spoke back to her, so different from my local store.

We had last minute errands to handle. Of course right before Christmas. I really have to hand it to the cashier's. Nice attitudes even when the self checkouts were messing up they stayed calm with a smile on their face and were very polite

We just move down to NC four months ago. Since moving here the wilson walmart has been a bad experience for us. We have gotten rotten meat,spoiled milk and cheese. Now today rotten dog food with maggots in it.

I hate there's no one to check you out!!You spend your money supporting their business it seems they could put a clerk at the register instead of standing there watching. What are they getting paid for?? 😡😡

Not a lot to say. It's Walmart so the usual is expected. Usually crowded and long lines most of the time. I love their pickup service to avoid going in. Be sure to let them know you're on the way to pick up your order, otherwise there will be a longer wait.

Beware! Had a very bad experience at Walmart. The cashier Yolanda was very mean, rude and nasty. Very bad attitude. She started slamming my canned goods and slammed my bananas in a bag. Never said anything disrespectful to her. How does she stay employed with an attitude like hers???

Walmart has everything I need. I never have a problem with Walmart. It's nice to be able to get your groceries and other items that are non grocery. The check out lanes have some wait to them but most of the time it's not too bad of a wait.

1 star is it was an option! I live in between Greenville and Wilson. I only order from the Walmart if it is my last resort. My last 2 curbside pickup orders have been a horror. I arrived for my order at 4:41 and it is now 5:34. I still have not received the 3 items I came to pick up. When you try to call, they never answer the phone either. Worst trashy Walmart ever.

Walmart employees are rude you can't get any help in the store but you can have under covers follow you and yes you can tell people are allowed to walk into a store look around and no I don't have to buy anything!!!

I really don't like coming to Walmart. The customer service is horrible and hardly no employees to ring your groceries anymore. You shop you ring it up yourself.

Walmart is Walmart is Walmart everywhere. Risky to scan and go, or self checkout, as folks are being arrested and jailed for shoplifting. Best wait for cashier.

They shut down self checkouts early and have about 2 regular checkouts running. On weekend, those late lines are exceptionally long.Purchased this chicken on 3/4/2022 in the Deli department. Did not look closely at chicken, just picked it up and checked out of store. Once I got home, ready to eat chicken, opened up container and this is what I saw. The left drumstick, has grown just under the wing. This chicken was grown, killed, cleaned, shipped and cooked...deformed!5/23/2022- The long lines have gone...for now. The mobility carts are getting fewer and fewer. I've started to take my own whenever I have to go to Wal-Mart. Otherwise, everything is everything. Happy shopping!

If could give 0 stars I would!! We paid $60 for a baby shower cake that looks like a two year old made it! I have been trying to call the main number and the bakery all morning and cant get anyone to answer the phone. The cake looks NOTHING like it did in the book. I could have done a better job myself, I will NEVER buy another cake from Wal-Mart again! You can even see the indention in middle of the cake.

Shipping online orders is terrible! From missing items that were paid for to receiving items ordered in crushed, open and torn delivery boxes. Disgraceful!!

As we know, Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart everywhere you go. I don't know about you but I can get in and out in no time. I can also bring things back if it doesn't work for me. I have never had and problems with their stores.

I found everything I needed. I had to buy many utilities and do the groceries and I did everything in one place. Employees were really kind to me. I had problem finding out certain product and one of them guide me through the place. I wasn't expecting the international area. Everytjing was fine.

I went here prior to Father's day to grab a few things for my hubby. I chose an outdoor speaker that was quite large and located on the top shelf. I asked an employee walking by and he made it obvious that he didn't want to help, but did get it down. At checkout no one seemed to know how to remove the security tag, I went to 2 different lines (who were both pretty rude) and finally customer service (who was extremely nice!). Finally I get it home and go to wrap it, only to notice that the bottom of the box was re-taped. I wrapped it and hoped that the box had just come open at some point. On Father's day my husband opened it to realize it was a RETURN. Not only was it poorly repacked into the box, cord and instructions just tossed back in, but it was also covered in dust and had something sticky on top! So I had to return it. Nice job Wal-mart.
