Prices gone up.Everythin self check out.Employees just stand at end of lines looking and Lord forbid you need some help they act like you have committed a crime or you are wasting their precious time.what are they getting paid for????? They are too lazy to even have the bags out for you to use .Nit that the bags are worth using you have to triple them,they have even gone to super thin.

I was in the neighborhood Walmart in Wilson and needed help. An employee came along stopped what she was doing and offered to help, her name was YaYa. She wasn't quite sure where it was but she asked someone and she went with me, she was pleasant about it, that is what is considered g "Great Customer Service." I appreciated her help.

I went to this store location last Monday. And I regretted the way I was treated by each store employee. I'm not sure what petty war they were having with thier management but I did not deserve such a horrible experience. I'm disabled and elderly so I used one of.the gocarts to travel the store. Every way I went Someone tried to block my way. Through the door I turned left toward produce and some worker pulled thier work cart in my way pretending not to see me. I waited. She moved it again to block me more completely. Eventually she pretended to notice me and moved it If this was the only that happened who would care. It happend 7 more times before I said something. I LEFT, NEVER WANTING TO RETURN.

The store is clean. It usually has the meats and wine I likeSometimes they'll run out of chicken breast. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes I just can't find what I want. I am very short and as always what I want is on the top shelve,,lol,,I like the fact you don't have to self checkout!

Pick up order to return the items to store regularly now. Rotten produce. Expired jelly, bread, coleslaw. Paper thin cheese from deli made into a wad. No convenience. Wasting time & gas.Poor customer service from management. They'll call you without your permission to change your feedback. Management in pick up has run off the great crew to other depts.

This place is hell to work with and the management is trash they dismiss a threat that was told to me and fired me for something that happened two days ago with a customer why now bring it to my attention and they talk about you like a dog and they pick and choose they didn’t even get to the problem that going on but wanna fire me

Today my experience was frustrating!! 😤 I'm a Handicapped Adult. I was able to get a scooter, to help me with my shopping. Found everything I needed. When it came time for me to check out there was no employees at the register and I had to go to self check out while 2 employees just stood there and watched. Very inconvenient and frustrating . I should have been pain a part time salary. Do better Walmart. It makes a big difference.

(old review)The store is much improved from a few years ago. They used to be rude and refused to help when I needed it. I had to call their corporate office and refused to go back for a couple of years. The corporate office offered a $20 gift card and I refused it. I only wanted them to get their act squared up and professional, not money.New 29 April 2024: The parking is awful. Only self checkouts open. I was really hoping that the shopping experience would get better, but if they improve any more they will likely go out of business.

This place has really gone downhill. Now they're remodeling inside & put in a ton of self checkouts which is cool when I'm only buying a few items, but not when I have a cart full of groceries. And now the parking lot has LESS parking spaces bc they put spacing in between each parking space & made most of the convenient parks all "curbside pickup" parks. IDC I'm parking up close when I've got my kids with me. But people are having to park along the curb or sit in the lanes waiting on others to load their cars & pull out. And they barely have anything on the shelves right now. I've mostly switched to Food Lion & the dollar stores except for when I'm buying my 6pk coca colas but the minute they go back up, I'll be getting them at food Lion too bc then it'll be same price again. And the employees (except for a SMALL handful) are so full of ugly attitudes non-stop & never wanna help. Heck you ain't gotta ring me up or bag my stuff, least you can do is change a price to the correct price ESPECIALLY since many items ring up HIGHER than the shelf price! That's a BIG issue there, MANY items ring up incorrectly so I've begun to scan items with my Walmart app & if they show higher than shelf price then I take a photo of the shelf price so the employee doesn't have to go search it & verify the price. But I shouldn't have to do that. This USED to be the ONLY place I'd grocery shop so even my family was greatly surprised when they found out I'd been grocery shopping elsewhere. But it's just not worth the hassle anymore.

They don't stay stocked as good as before and all check out stations(few as it is)are closed and I don't like self serve I'm not getting paid for that. After standing n long line to check out I don't want to have to do it myself... Been 3 years ago since my last review, it's now January 4 2024 I was in Walmart went to check out one of the workers jumped in from of me ask eas using register she told me to use another one, found out she was holding for a lady that was coming down the aisle. So glad Jesus is bigger than Walmart if you get my drift🙏

This place has gotten so Unsociable. You have cashiers there that just don't speak to you don't recognize that you're there they're just so rude. People there that shop there are rude also these people just need the Lord in their hearts.

I must admit the only reason I stopped here is because I had to use the bathroom. Bathroom well stocked a clean. Water closet seat was loose. Staff friendly and professional. Plenty of parking. Store shelves were well stocked. (I did walk around and look). It seems the prices are going up everywhere. By my account my food bills have increased by about 25%.

The on duty night time supervisor at this location is unprofessional, when asked if they would price match an item the rudely told me no. When questioned about why they would not honor the online price for an item available for pickup at their location I was rudely told that she didn’t own Walmart and that she wasn’t going to change the price even if it reflected differently online. Walmart please do some employee evaluation as this isn’t the first or last time a reviewer has mentioned this closing front counter manager for this location.

The nighttime front end supervisor needs to be fired. I did an pickup and revived an email saying it was delayed. Waited over an hour and didn't hear seeing so called the store. No one answered at all, just kept ringing and ringing. I finally got an email at almost closing time so I went. I asked why a message was sent if they're closed and what caused the delay. All she did was try to argue and not take responsibility. It took Quan, not sure of his position, to say what caused the delay, which was them being short staffed in the pick up area. That's perfectly fine, because a lot of places are short staffed.That's all we needed to hear, but the so called supervisor claimed she didn't know, even though she's the only supervisor on shift for the entire store. When I told her that means she's the supervisor of the entire store and not just the front end, she walked stay and Quan handled the situation like a real supervisor should. What that also means she left the pickers out to dry while she more than likely did nothing at all. Walmart, do better when you promote people. I suggest starting by firing the front end supervisor and promoting Quan.

Store And it's employees are fine. But whoever manages/owns/regulates the claw vending machine inside the store Is a total scumbag. They should have to repay every customer and disappoint a child that has used that machine since it's been installed. They have the settings set back so much it doesn't even come close, not even close, seriously not close to being able to obtain a prize. Whoever the scumbag is that's OK with disappointing And robbing little kids biggest middle finger I possibly can. I hope you burn in hell

For my first time shopping here I won't say I was super impressed, but I did find most of what I was looking for. The produce section was a little bare, but that's to be expected mid-week. Absolutely no wait for check out, so I loved that and the staff was very helpful. Wish I knew when their deliveries came in lol.

they do seem to have a couple of employees that don't understand the meaning of customer service. i can get everything that i buy at this store, someplace else! alienate your customers and pretty soon there aren't any! i've started going across town to the supercenter when i need a lot of stuff. their attitude seems better and i don't have to self checkout. i still come here for a loaf of bread or case of beer.

Customer service was closed which is pretty often. So don’t plan on doing any money orders, transfers there. Workers seemed clueless/untrained to be able to cover that area. If anybody wants money orders there’s other great locations that always have them.8/29/23 worst customer service ever at Walmart. That’s why amazons preferred. In customer service.And how is it the location is open till 11 but you can’t do a return on a good purchased the same day with receipt because customer service center closes at 8? When I worked customer service it’s always customer first and if a customer comes in with proof of purchase it’s nothing to do an exchange. I ended up just purchasing another item. (I should’ve just taken it honestly). And left them the bad one. Another bad experience.

This neighborhood market was very nice. However we were going to the deli cuz we wanted to get a sub and they had a very very limited number of items in the deli now as they told us that they were getting them now pre-made as opposed to making them in the deli. So we had to go to a food Lion to get my sub but the Walmart as a whole was really nice
