I have to say this Target is one of the best ones in the area. However the Starbucks located inside the Target is Awful. Found out that the Starbucks locations in Targets are Not real Starbuck; they are just Target associates making coffee and Starbucks products. The Target in Wilson should send their associates to the nearby starbucks to have them trained in making their Starbucks products. Some of the Target associates do not know how to make quality coffee drinks. I made the mistake of going in there last Sunday to get a latte and it literally tasted like milk and flavoring - it was Awful. I should have turned around and returned it. That is the second time I have attempted to get a Starbucks coffee at that Target and left with a less than satisfactory drink. Again - The Starbucks in Targets are not real Starbucks. Don't think every time you're gonna get a quality Starbucks coffee at Target. It all depends on who's working that day and who knows how to make a Starbucks. If you want a quality coffee drink in Wilson, you should check out Cups of Joy. They are the Bomb! - They are my go to Starbucks.

I love Target! But I barely go in store anymore now since they offer the drive up service to pickup your orders. It helps me avoid unnecessary spending and my orders are always right! And the staff in the Wilson, NC store are great and their customer service is top tier

Typical store, a jack of all trades but not a master of none. You can get basics of many items like Clothes, Baby items, Electronics and food. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning they stock the store till about noon so it can be difficult navigate. The employees are all very nice and knowledgeable.

Very hard to find what I want. Store is disorganized in many areas. Employees need to work on recovering their areas before restocking. Target needs a better selection of Plus sizes for both men and women. 17% of the clothing market is plus sizes.

Never had any issues here. Never to crazy busy, there's space in the lanes to walk and it's not to cramped.Staff is friendly and helpful from my experience, and they help find what you need if you ask.I prefer going to this store over the Walmart to avoid the crazyness, happy to shop here.

The store was fairly clean but a little cluttered. There was only 1 cashier and the line for self-checkout was very long. I left without making a purchase because I couldn't find what I was looking for. My shopping experience at this target is usually a lot better than this. Maybe they are short staffed.

Love the dollar spot. They recently had rose gold painted metal wall shelving which I needed desperately. This store is usually very clean with the exception of a random rude customer stashing an empty Starbucks cup wherever they find empty space on a shelf. Since they added self checkout, Its been much more convenient to shop here. I do like to take my time in the store. But I hated waiting in those lines. The bathrooms are usually very clean here and they offer changing stations in both the women's restroom and the family restroom.

We usually just shop for gifts. I like to order drinks from the Starbucks cafe. Not the most welcoming or friendliest baristas, but the drinks came out fine. I enjoy the dragon fruit passion refreshener as well as the vanilla bean shake.

I always have a great shopping experience at this location! The employees are all friendly and ready to help. I've never really had to wait to checkout and they have 4 self-checkout lanes-super convenient! The employees at the Starbucks inside are wonderful as well and guest service is fast and efficient!

Rude customer service. Super disappointed! I feel like race was an issue. I was not greeted by the cashier, but the Caucasian lady behind me received a Hello, how are you doing, all smiles from the cashier, during my transaction with cashier I also received a rude response, smart and snippy attitude from the cashier. Very disappointed. That is not the type of service you expect from Target.

I placed an order and it wasn’t ready within the time I thought it was going to be (pick up closes at 9p)SAM went above and beyond taking care of me and my little one. This order contained things I wanted but it also contain formula that my son needed. I had work all day and didn’t have time to pick any up before hand and I’ve always loved target “pick up” and decided to go here. She went above and beyond to get the formula to me, Sam’s customer service was beyond amazing. It’s my fault I didn’t go before but she reassured me everything was okay. And as a first time mom I cried the whole way home. People like her don’t come around often so keep her around. She was selfless, exceptional and amazing. Thank you so much Sam, this meant a lot to this mama.

There are not enough checkout lanes open. There is no excuse to see clerks standing and talking and long lines. Please learn to open more line at least to get the majority of the lines down.

This is your typical Target store. They carry the same things as other Target stores, although it does not have a large grocery area like some Target stores. It has a smaller grocery area with the basic items only. Target stores are not as on top of things like they used to be, but they are still on a little higher level than other large chain stores are. If you have been to a Target store before then you pretty much know what to expect from all of them. The staff is helpful for the most part of you need assistance while you're shopping.

Jo Ann S. made our Target shopping experience very memorable. My two girls have worked hard all summer to make some spending money. The girls put their items on the belt and watched as each item was totaled. Jo Ann was very patient when they needed to adjust a few items to meet the total amount of money they had. When it was time to give her the money, she helped them count out the money and handed them the receipt. She was amazing! I will never forget this interaction. We need more people in the world like Jo Ann S. She showed my girls what excellent customer service looks like.

My return experience at the Target in Wilson NC was excellent as is most of my shopping experiences there are. I am very happy with most services and products however I have a complaint about the women's restroom. It is usually fairly clean and tidy but in this difficult time it should be carefully cleaned frequently. I have long had a complaint about the lack of a hands free soap dispenser and especially a hands free paper towel dispenser. Today, I noticed that the cover of a tissue dispenser had fallen off and was laying on the floor. One side of a trash holder had come away from the wall. Surely Target can afford to provide better restrooms than I find in any Target in which I shop. Attention to this would be appreciated. Susan
