The one staff member that I interacted with was very upbeat, helpful and professional. This store is very organized and clean. I will definitely return.Also. I found some good office items on sale, including a mouse pad for just 49c. :)

UPS website says last drop off for packages is 5:30. The typed up sign on wall behind counter says last drop off is 4:00pm. UPS driver was just pulling away when I was at counter. And that was a few minutes before 4:45 PM. So what is the actual time?????? Not good when I'm dropping off business packages that are time sensitive and you expect to be able to drop them off by time stated on UPS website so they get shipped off the same day. Would be nice if UPS and Staples would communicate and correct websites and signs.

It's kind of highway robbery when you ask for help, the lady gives me an ink that I took a cartridge and asked for the same one, got home took it out and it wasn't right. $70? The "tech" even took my old old threw it out. I asked her is she sure this was the right one, it felt lighter, she looked at me. Said it was. Horrible way to steal someone's money. Never again!

3 times a charm that I've learned my lesson. The last 3 times I've uploaded documents online through Staples' website and provided "instructions" to follow when printing, the print associates of this store have ignored or completely botched printing off documents, either in the wrong order or forgetting to put the documents in a binding coil, despite me choosing option (Step 2 section) for a binding/coil on the website.Today, 12/27/22, I gave the benefit of the doubt for a 3rd time and conducted an online order to print off about 60 pages of documents, in a binding coil with 5 "TAB" pages as I needed this for an important upcoming presentation. Upon arriving, I was handed a package, yet again, of simply the store associate(s), printing off all 60 documents as loose papers in a package. The final price however, was of what I initially requested, which was to have the documents binded/coiled and actual tabs in the document sections.There were no coil/bindings nor any tabs present. I stated to the associate that I had requested a coil and tabs, but somehow, she stated that they did not see that I had requested for tabs or to have the document coiled. The final amount I needed to pay for this though was still reflected by the price. After pointing that out, I was then advised the information (instructions) was on the "last page" for including the coil/binding and tabs was somehow missed by the store and they did not "see that part". The last 2 times of coming to this same store after making an online print order of bind/coiled documents, I was was advised SAME story by other print associates, that somehow, the instructions provided to them from the store's own website, they DID NOT READ those instructions, which is quite concerning.The store associate elected to "fix" the issue with the missing coil/binding and after waiting a few minutes, I received the document in the package. I simply paid for the package and left the store due to some frustration of this issue happening now 3 times, but I did not show this frustration in the store out of respect for the associates.I was under the assumption she would also fix the tabs as I mentioned this as well, but unfortunately, I did not check the document before leaving and I should have because after reviewing when I returned home, some of the pages were somehow out of place and the "tabs" were printed on regular document pages instead of actual "tab" pages. So, the text that supposed to go on the tabs, are printed on regular plain paper, making the "tabs" completely ineffective since there are no tabs on plain paper sticking out from the documented booklet.At this point, I do not even feel like going back to this store again and would rather eat the lost $$$. I gave 3 separate chances and the benefit of the doubt for this store and each time this month, it has backfired. I understand places are short-staffed in 2022 these days and things are different than they were 3+ years ago. I understand; however, when store associates openly admit to not fully reading instructions written in plain text on customer orders from the company's own website online that reflects what they've paid for, that is very concerning.Lessons learned; never again.

Came here for school supplies. Store opens at 11; it was around 11:30. Went to use the restroom and it was disgusting! All the trash cans were overflowing, the handicap stall was out of toilet paper and one of the other toilets had #2 all over it. No way all of that happened since they opened at 11 so who knows how long it's been that nasty. Disgusting!

False advertising! Went by here to pick up an office chair for the better half. She found one she liked on a stack out with a price of $72 and change. When we got to the register the chair rang up at $179. The manager (Troy) was called over and said no it's only the grey version of the chair I picked up that was on sale (we got the black one). Took him back to the stack out and yes there was 4 grey chairs there but in the same stack out there was 4 black chairs with only one price that was above the black chairs! I asked Troy why were the back chairs in this spot with $72 price tag if they were not $72. He said they didn't have anywhere else to put them so he placed them here since there were the same model just different colors. I could understand if there were 2 price tags, one for the black and one for the grey, but there wasn't. Only one price tag above the black chairs. My warning is to make sure you check the price before you pay for something. You could pick up a chair thinking it's $72 because that's what the tag says get to the register, be distracted and not paying attention and get charged more than twice the marked price.

I wouldn't go to this store if it wasn't for the fact I need to print things regularly. The customer service is always horrible. I am never greeted when entering or leaving the store, even when they are looking right at me. I needed some help in the printing section and one lady was already being helped, there was two people back there. Instead of acknowledging me he just sat in the back talking. I waited for over 20 minutes just to get some more paper. The workers look like they are bothered by the fact that you are there.

Ordered online for the 1 hr. Pick up at 11:14 AM got the first email right away telling that order was place and to wait for the pick up email. Nothing as of 12:30. Called the store and was on hold for over 20 minutes not once but twice. 1 hour pick up is false advertisement.

Got to this store at 6:05 pm on Saturday, 12/31, to buy an ink cartridge. Did not know store closed early, no sign on the door indicating such and I saw customers at the register. When I reached the door a male employee approached it from inside and rudely yelled "we're closed", walked away, then returned to open the door for the customer leaving so I tried to ask if my reward coupon (expiring 12/31) was valid online. I was mid-sentence but he ignored me, shut the door and walked away. The customer who had just walked out saw this and said, "That was mean!" It would be different if I'd rolled in there at 9:05 pm on a Sat night! Totally sucked.

Only the cashier was helpful. We wanted to purchase a computer n Wilson was out of stock. We ask the sales to call another Staples n he acted as though we were bothering him. Not helpful at all. Thanks

I give them a 1 because The Mexican girl that they have working in the Fax department was extremely rude.... I asked her to call her Manager ...he did come to help... but he was just as unfriendly with no smile....I won't be going back to Staples again.... People that work in customer service should keep a ready 😃 ...when someone ask you for help you shouldn't have a frown on your face...I give them a 1 because the cashier on the other side was extremely friendly coming in and going out of the store.....some people just don't make sense.

Staples claims 110% price-match guarantee. Manager lied about their policy, refused to match walmart's prices, and asked me to leave the store. The price match was to fulfill a Christmas Angel wishlist where the needy child only requested a calculator and a bra for Christmas.

Staples Wilso, NC store is a dependable store to shop for home, office and electronic products at reasonable prices every day, and for extra savings if you watch their weekly ads for sale items. If you vombine the store with online special products snd offers, the chance of buying something you really want or quickly need all but the most impatient buy is fairly assured of finding a bargain unmatched elsewhere.

They supposedly offer cell phone repair.. I called to receive a quote and was told I would pay 49.00 to send my phone off if the other company could repair it they would deduct the 49.00 from the "unknown price " if they couldn't repair I was out of the 49.00.....Almost sounded like a SCAM...

Most items 3 times higher for the same exact item as WM DG...The ONLY possible reason i can see to go to a Staples is the make a quick copy or copy something your printer is too small for..But let me tell ya what these jerks have done...want to make a quick copy...You CAN NOT PAY IN CASH!!! You want to make a 8 cents BW copu...you got to make a $1 dollar Staples Card at a kiosk...swipe the card...it pulls the $.08 cents...but now staples has your DOLLAR!!! No 8 cents...the other .98 cents is on a card you'll never use or lose!!!Ill never walk in a STAPLES again long as i live...Plus tge staff at Wilson NC and most Staples are jerks...o ly there a few months before they find another job!!!!STAPLES SUCKS

EVERY TIME I GO TO STAPLES THE EMPLOYEES ARE NEVER THE SAME. I WENT IN TO GET SOME NOTEBOOKS CUT IN HALF, I HAVE DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES AS WELL AS OTHER TEACHERS AND THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME. THE COST IS NEVER THE SAME OR THEY SAY THEY CAN'T DO IT WHEN YOU JUST DID LESS THAN A WEEK AGO. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE EVEN IF YOU CALL AHEAD. I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
