The chicken is delicious! We had a friend that kept harping on the fact that he absolutely loved the chicken at Royal Farms. We decided to try it … we have to agree. The chicken is delicious! Mashed potatoes and gravy not so spectacular but the chicken for sure is good.

Very unsatisfying. The food was delicious but not worth the price. I paid $9 for a chicken bowl and all I received was a scoop of mash potatoes and one piece of chicken pulled apart and put on top in a tiny cup. Didn’t come close to filling me up and i usually expect $9 worth of food to do so.

The coffee is really good and I appreciate how I can walk in, make my coffee the way I want it, grab a chicken slider, and check out completely without social interaction. Where else can you do that? I can't emphasize enough how nice that is. You can even make iced coffee. I've only interacted with staff when they excitedly say hello to my 1 year old (happened multiple times) or every now and then when they make sure I have what I need while using self checkout (no complaints).It can get pretty cramped when it's crowded and if you are in there too long you'll smell like chicken. I'm sure there are other issues with this place being relatively new, but for now at least it's worthy of 5 stars in my book. I'll update this if it changes!By the way I've tried each of the coffees and the Colombian is best IMO, iced or hot.

We decided to try the chicken as it looks delicious but we were very disappointed it tasted like it was cooked this morning as if I hadn't of brought it home I would have took it back. So I had to order me something else from Best burger and this Chicken didn't get eaten. I Don't care if this is a new store they knew better than this I want be going back and I'm real disappointed I was hoping for.Better food than that it was as hard as a brick.

The girls making the sandwiches and serving chicken today 2/26/24 around 10am are terrible. Super slow. Took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. There was one other person waiting for food. So it’s not like they were busy. Mostly they were just standing around, chatting with each other. They didn’t even put half the ingredients on the sandwich I ordered…Left this review around a month ago. Figured I’d come back and give this place a shot again. They still suck. Took nearly fifteen minutes yet again to make a burrito. There was one other customer in the store and another walked in…the whole staff is ghetto as hell, loud and obnoxious. Very unfortunate. Wawa will hopefully hire some competent people.

Not going to give lower score because just opening. However, my Grilled Club Sandwich was cold and Western Fries a little blan. Was really looking forward to Royal Farm coming to Wilson area. I'm sure it's going to get better. Royal Farm in Md is on point. After spending $31 on sandwiches and western fries. I'm the only one that ate the food. Wife and son didn't care for it at all. Did have to warm up my food. Live less than 15 minutes from store.

Stopped for gas and decided to try some hot food. Buffalo chicken sub and a 3 PC tenders meal with fries - both were hit and really good. No complaints here and we'll definitely be back!!

The food was not very good. Chicken was super greasy and over cooked, the biscuit was moist for some reason, wedges bland, and Mac n Cheese tasted undercooked, but I give it to the staff they were very friendly and nice, the store is great, I think with a bit of time this place will be amazing. I hope to try it again soon and it will be better!

I was sooo very disappointed! I know how good the Chicken is at Royal Farms, however, at this particular location it was a huge let down! I was actually given OLD CHICKEN! The wedges were alright and the bread/ roll was dry!!!

Ordered Chicken tender sub, pulled chicken club, fries, gravy, and potato salad. Chicken tenders were very good. Pulled chicken was not "pulled". It was just a deboned piece of fried chicken plopped on a bun. Tasted good except for the large pieces of fried chicken skin.The sides were HORRIBLE! western fries were soggy and gravy had garlic in it and was spicy. Potato salad was basically the fried farm fries chopped up with some green onions and a very small amount ofmayo which made it dry and spicey. Do yourself a favor, order chicken but skip the sides.

I go to this Royal Farms location several times per week. Last week I ordered a family size Mountain Taters...there were only a handful in the warming tray, so I told them I would wait for fresh batch. The guy boxed up the old ones and gave them to me...I REFUSED THEM!! I go over to the cashier...the guy says these just came up...And gave me the same old cold ones he had already given me...I contacted Royal Farms...NO REPLY

Employees did not know the difference between there chicken and proceeded chicken I'm sure they tell y'all this in training. Educate people on the food and menue without an attitude. 2 stars only super rude tonight.

Really not a great experience. The kitchen was definitely behind when I went. The food was ok enough but the attitude and customer service is certainly lacking. I'll give them another try once they sort out the bugs of a new system.

They fix their mistakes they have a great offering and crispy chicken skin. I highly recommend this store for it's shopping as well as gas. Thanks.

I actually liked this place..for a convenient store it was rather impressive..have not tried the chicken although I intend to as I have seen several really good reviews on it..lots of snack options..friendly employees..good location..

Walked in and not one single person spoke. Walked around a few minutes, again, no one spoke. The food looked old and greasy so I just Got a coffee and the cashier acted like it was a bother to have to ring me up. Never going back.
