My wife and I have visited Park Place a several times. We have bought a number of items there, a music stand, a book on old Wilson homes, and an oriental rug (I think) among them. The selection runs from small items to dining and bed sets. The prices are reasonable. The selection seems to change more rapidly than that of the usual consignment shop. The service is unobtrusive, but readily available. Enjoy. While there you might consider taking a look at the Whirlygig Headquarters, just down the street.

Thanks to Gaynelle and Park Place the majestic 1905 RG Briggs House [where Great Grandaddy Briggs raised up his adopted children (the Roberts clan) and his own daughter Nannie Briggs AND her two daughters (my mother Kathryn and her sister Mena)] lives !

Consignment store in scenic Victorian house. Great selection of unusual treasures reasonably priced. Helpful staff, and love the dog who greets visitors enthusiastically at the door with a wagging tail.

Beautiful variety of home furnishings, something for everyone. Also got to meet the lovely owner and her adorable greeter puppy, Wilson.

Exquisitely filled + decorated with marvelous furniture, rugs, chandeliers, ect,ect. Of course, it varies as items bought are replaced with additional new ones.
