Great customer service at this Marshall's!A shout out to the sweet lady I met at this store, her name is Vicky. The store closes at 8 on Sunday and trial rooms were closed at 7:30.I know I couldn't expect anyone to open it just for me but I just asked Vicky if she could let me try 2 pairs of denim before I buy them as I was visiting the town for weekend and wouldn't have chance to return it!Vicky gladly let me try them at 7:50 and I was really happy with those denims and ended up buying!Very polite and great customer service!This lady deserves a raise!

Tayseer is the manager and we had an AWESOME experience with her yesterday. She went above and beyond. Always good to see good customer service since it is lacking in so many places. We don’t live in Wilson but frequent this store. Hats off to Tayseer!!

Good stock considering Covid. They had made effort to make the shelves/end caps look full. Convenient location in Wilson. Overall it was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful as they greeted customers upon entry.

My husband brought me here so I could find my celebratory weight loss dress. And I did find 1 and only 1. The racks were a complete disaster and made it extremely difficult to find the right size, style and correctly priced dress. But I am happy to at least find a dress. I love it and it makes me feel happy to see my weight loss and know I can wear a dress again.

First time at Marshall's today. Found a few things I liked. Was in check out line and fire alarm went off. Nobody at the registers seemed to know what to do. Stood there a good 7 minutes before an associate from the back came up front to tell everybody to leave the building. Fire Dept. came and no fire was found. Stood outside almost 30 minutes waiting for them to let us know something or let us back in. Finally got tired of waiting and left.

This location always has really great selections. Always check the make up items if they are boxed though, my wife got something and when we got home she opened the box and it was a completely different make up so someone stole the real one and put something else in it.

Absolutely love Marshalls. Found a very nice picture for my bathroom and lovely flowers for a floor vase today. Reminded me of being in Home Goods. The sales reps and more on staff are always so friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere, great finds and prices, too, for clothes, the homes and more.

Great place to shop! One of my favorites. The cashiers and staff are helpful and friendly and they have layaway (just not for big items furniture, etc) the return policy is standard 30 day with receipt if you want money back. Plus their prices are great!

I love this place. Especially because they have layaway. They keep the store organized and have great customer service. I think that the boys clothes should have more variety and not a lot of Wrangler or Jordan clothes. More polo and Levi's would appease me

This is your typical Marshalls. They have the same things that other Marshalls carry. I have found stuff I really like before, but I didn't find anything today that I wanted. They were very busy today, probably because of Mother's day shopper's. They had all of the cash registers open, but still had long lines & waits to check out.

It’s hard to shop when all of the workers are in your face restocking or reducing prices on products. Felt like I was in the way the whole time I shopped especially in the make up and beauty section.

Great bargains! The staff was pleasant. The store was neat, clean, and in order, including the restrooms. They have handicapped parking, dressing rooms, and restrooms. The merchandise was affordable, including all major labels such as Polo, Michael Kors, etc. A great place to shop for men, women, kids, etc.

They haven't had coconut cream soap in a very long time. It's the best soap for my skin. I can find the lotion but not the soap. Please if you can.... Try to get some more in. Pure coconut us not the same

It's a one stop shop. You will find gifts for all occasions. They have lots gift ideas for Father's Day. Just keep on digging the clothes on clearance..for sure you'll find lots of affordable name brands.

Their plus size section needs some work. It's mostly for older women. A junior plus size section would be awesome. They have one at Ross, and I think those two stores are affiliated. Also, the beauty section. Is always messy. I would give one more star if they cleaned it up and organized it better.

This is definitely a self service store, but great deals can be found at times. You have to check back regularly for the best finds. I believe they buy their inventory from overstocked items, so I greatly varies.
