Now, that we have gotten through the covid-19, things have changed a lot at Lowes. The employees act they're doing me a great favor to help me with my purchases. I'm really disappointed in the way they treat their customers. Don't they realize that if we don't buy, they won't have a job. Yet, I will say this for my last trip to Lowes was a pleasant one. However; Lowes for some reason don't have the plants in stocks like they used to have. I love gardening, and that why I was there this last time.Here is some pictures I'm sharing with you, they're some of the plants I brought from Lowes this year. Look how well they're growing.The one plant I couldn't find at Lowes it is Pineapple Sage. See the last 2 pictures, they're are Pineapple Sage plants that I grew last year. Those bright red flower are eye candy to the eye. They're edible, too, and they taste like honeysuckles! Please bring back this herb, so I can enjoy these one more time!

I have been a customer with Lowe’s for many years but the customer service is declining. I just had a wood fence replacement that cost me thousands of dollars. I paid cash for the fence and requested a specific look to the fence which cost me an additional $1200+ which I also paid. The next day I received a call ( which I recorded) stating that their fence contractor would not be able to get the type of wood I requested and told me I would get my money back… and this is when the problems started. First I was told that I had to wait until after the fence was put up which frustrated me because they made so many demands from me when I was paying for the fence but was slow to refund my money. Three weeks and multiple calls requesting the status of my refund I was finally refunded $800 and I was told that they deducted a restocking fee. This is crazy because Lowe’s canceled my order and how are you restocking something that does not exist!!! I have called Lowe’s complaint department several times and have been told that I should not have been charged a restocking and the remaining of my money should be refunded me ( recorded these conversations also) but I’m still waiting to hear from anyone. I am slowing building my case if I have to escalate this matter! I have many more projects that I have in the near future but will not be using Lowe’s

I usually find myself at home depot but the wife had blinds picked out here.Parking was ample, the staff was friendly and a few asked if we needed help.Check out was quick and easy and most of all they had enough supply of the same blinds to cover 10 windows.I definitely will find myself here again.

We purchased our new washer and dryer from this store. Salesman was pretty good but he told us that we could schedule the delivery and installation for a time we'd be home after 5pm. We got the phone call later the day before delivering saying they couldn't deliver at a later time since they were on a route. Communication/knowledge could be better about this sort of thing because I was hoping to have them install the product.

I spent thousands and thousands of dollars at the store, renovating a home for the last 10 months. They always make it hard when you take something back that you did not need. Even after proof of purchase. Management needs to correct their customer service and make it more satisfactory for the customer. It’s hard to renovate a home in 90 days. Everything is so expensive. I should be able to return unused things that I was not able to use when I proved I bought them with my debit card. Everything has gotten worse at the customer service desk.

I eagerly anticipate the day this place closes. I go here when I have to but leave empty handed as often as not. I drive to Home Depot in Knightdale when I can. I went for a pressure washer today which was inexplicably locked in a cage when other much more expensive ones were not. The call button for the cage doesn’t work. The lady at the “Customer Service “ desk flatly refused to page someone and told me to chase down the one employee actually helping another customer. I even confirmed with her that was what she expected of me instead of paging someone. The shelf bins in plumbing are routinely a mess with anything but what the shelf tag describes. They have a dozen merchandisers on the floor but still the place is a mess and getting anything at all is a roll of the dice. Please do us all a favor and lock the doors so someone better will open up in Wilson.

As a homeowner, investors, or flipper, you can not go wrong with Lowe's. However, all Lowe's are not created equal, lord how I know this. Now, this Wilson Lowe's is EVERYTHING, and I would know because I am in a Lowe's at least 5 times a week and Stephanie at the Pro Desk keep my account straight and me well informed of sales and promotions. I love it when she saves me and my company money! Working with Stephanie, Cher, and Yobany is always a pleasure they treat me and my team with so much respect it really make being a Woman Pro easy and fun. Today, I also worked with Terry in Paint. He made mixing 4 5 gallon paint buckets easier. I was in and out! Maureen in flooring knows her stuff! She helped me to settle on my floors, which I will order them all tomorrow. My experience every day with Wilson Lowe's staff is good. I love what I do, and the Wilson staff make it a joy to shop/work/play in LOWE'S, not to mention Ms. Vicky, who always keeps the checkout line moving and always greets me when I enter the store if she is there.

Location is ok. Could use better customer service. I inquired about having some carpet installed but the process was so long I had someone else do it in 1 day versus lowes 3 weeks.

Nice large home improvement store that’s not what it used to be. They appear to be changing the brands of products they sell. This causes problems when the tools from the old brand don’t work with the new one. I’ve been told that Lowe’s always tries to sell the best products. I wish they would communicate better with customers when making major changes, even if they are for the best.They do have a good selection of many items.

Took a visit to Lowe’s ( Wilson , Nc) today in search of materials to remodel my bathroom. This young man named Dominique impressed me with how knowledgeable and respectful he was. He even answered questions about other items that were not in his area. He definitely is one of the best workers hands down. He did not mind answering any questions I had and was not lazy in walking to the areas to actually show me the materials. He deserves a raise w/ o any doubt. Very polite. Thank you Dominique!!

One of the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. Pick up orders take forever, no one at customer service ever wants to help you, the never have anything in stock that the website says they have, and I’ve literally picked my own pick up order even though they said it was out of stock. All this on top of the fact that they barely do any after-holiday sales anymore. If you want your marriage to last, don’t take your spouse here.

Of the many problems I have had with this company, my most recent experience is by far the most upsetting. We wanted to buy a nice new charcoal grill since the ones that are assembled are outside and deteriorating, we asked if we could purchase one that was new-in-box. They stated that they don't do such a thing. Later we broke down and bought one that seemed to have the least rust on the outside. We didn't bother looking inside because they were near closing and I didn't want to upset any of the employees by taking too long. Long story short we placed our trust in Lowe's, sadly that trust was misguided. We got it home and were preparing for my friend's gender reveal party, we opened the grill to see it was in horrible shape. The rust is bad enough but the finish is flaking off and crumbles to the touch! I will be returning this item but what I can't get back is the memories that we planned on making on this joyous occasion. I find it disturbing that Lowe's would sell such an unsafe product that is unfit for cooking food. I also find it absurd that they would assemble their products and leave them on display outside, where they are exposed to the elements all summer long.

Lowes is an overpriced Home Depot. Though they price match, this doesn't happen if you don't point out tue differences once at the register. Will take my business back to Home Depot.

Now I do like going to Lowes but yesterday 12/5 I had a unpleasant visit. There was two customers in front of me and the cashier decided she would keep holding conversation on her phone (watch). Self ck out had long lines so I felt this would be quicker and I was wrong. If they are allowed to have their phones ok...but have sense enough to do your job first. So I always use my email for my receipt just in case my husband need to take something back but your cashier decided she would decided for me and quickly pushed print...I love this feature no matter where I go...I don't need the cashier deciding for me. She made her own line long by holding conversation instead of waiting on the people in line. I really hope that you can get this situation corrected. It won't Stop me from shopping there but I really didn't appreciate it.Mrs. Y.Collins

Made a pickup order for a bag of perlite and received peat moss instead. 2nd time I've made an order and it was wrong. I could understand that it was substituted if not available but peat moss is not an appropriate substitute for perlite. Also the pickup sticker was covering the label so I did not even know it was peat moss until I opened the bag because the pickup sticker covered the whole front of the label.

No cashiers, self checkout monitors to busy talking to each other to help customers. No management could be found, Lowes customer service has gone extinct! The past it has gone from hard to find to damn near zero. At least at the Wilson location. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to Home depot, until they do away with their cashiers. Then I will figure something else out.

My latest Lowe's supplied items project completed.So this is my "favorite" Lowes. This is my go to first place.I go to the one in Clayton sometimes. It always has what I want but long drive for me. Wilson Lowe's works out better 99% of the time.The manager is great there.So the lawn and garden area always 100% of the time had what I was looking for. Once the electrical repair section did not have the outside electrical box I needed. But other than that I have always found what I needed.Also fair to point out that every time I go I take my two dogs with me. They ride inside the cart. I have seen some big dogs there.Take them potty outside first please.This lowe's is super friendly. Not sure its just me (probably now) but every time I go there the staff makes a big fuss over the two dogs of mine. They all complement, pet and hug. So I have to say the staff there is super friendly and kind.Need help they are there. Want to be left alone they are like no problem let me know if you change your mind. Super place.Their hiring of vets and the way they treat their vet customers is spot on 100%.They always offer to help load up my larger things or anything I buy in the contracter area that will not fit in a bag.Absolutely a place to send your mother or wife. They take good care of their woman customers like myself.

This is the main hardware store where I'm from. I can usually find what I'm looking for when I go. They recently moved everything around so I have to re-learn the store but thats okay. Like everything elese i have noticed that its hard to find help in the store, especially knowledgeable help. Yeah sure you may find a person but they won't be able to assist you in the department you need and the next person with be in until the afternoon shift... its a little frustrating at times. Other than that I highly recommend this store. The staff that is there is usually very nice and welcoming.

Waited over two weeks for a washer that was delayed twice and the website won’t let me cancel my order called customer service to get put on hold for a hour just to tell me they don’t know how or when I’ll get it. Don’t know when they became a showroom

I give lowes a 5 star because they have just about all you need in one store. The worker's are very helpful. Very clean store nothing to trip over.. My eyes are on everything when I walk in stores.. Great job lowes employees.

I can usually get asked 2times per section if I need help. I am always finding great deals only issue I have is the front checkout manager is usually MIA and have to wait for an over ride.

I was helped by 2 employees who used fork lift to take a palette down that had the mold bottle and 3 of the gallon jugs. They were very courteous. Great reflection on the store.

The plumbing department guys that helped us were great. Went in one night to find a decking tool that showed three in stock without a location, but about four guys searched the place over until they found an unopened box on the top of a rack. No complaints with friendly, helpful employees.
