Harris Teeter is definitely an upscale grocery store. They’ve got a huge selection of organic vegetables a really nice flower shop I want your phone Billy Butcher shop and bakery! Huge selection wines and beer! With all that said the pricing is a bit higher in the competition. So unless I need the special team items I can’t find another grocery stores normally shop elsewhere. But I definitely have a great customer service the grocery store is always very clean and Normally will stocked!

It was crowded today. But we were able to go through pretty quick and we got excellent service at the meat department, at the area where you pick up the ham and turkey & at the check out line. Someone was waiting at the lines helping people find the next available cashier!

This is your typical Harris Teeter grocery store. They have the same things as other Harris Teeter grocery stores. IF you're having trouble finding something, they just might have it. They do carry some unusual stuff that other grocery chains do not. They also have a salad bar, sell sub sandwiches, pizza and other ready to eat foods.

I went to Harris Teeter in Wilson today with the intention to buy 2 packages of sliced ribeye. I decided not to buy it at this location because the meat was discolored. This meat should be taken out of the case because it could make someone sick. I'm very disappointed because I've always considered Harris Teeter on the higher end of grocery stores.

Love the supply of unique grocery items from the north that I can ONLY find in Harris Teeter in the south. So grateful! Small piece of home. Means a lot.

I frequently shop here. I love that I can get points for discounts on gas + they unload & load your grocery cart for you at check out. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of fruits & veggies!

The store is very clean. The produce was Beautiful. The Deli section ( which is huge) was incredible. You can find products there that other grocery stores do not carry. No Turkey wings though, but I understand. The store associates that helped me were very nice, respectful, helpful. Will go again, very soon. Thank you Harris Teeter for having good and respectful associates. Pleasant visit as always.

4 stars just to let you know this is a smaller one compared to other Harris testers. This one does not have a pizza area. Otherwise it’s fine!

Love shopping here weekly, I recently placed a delivery ordered and received old fruit,(mango's to be exact) I was able to receive a refund but that doesn't change the fact I had to place a whole new order at a different store to get the fresh fruit. That 5.00 refund was nothing compared to the 50 I had to spend to get a different delivery.

Horrible service! Ordered a party platter. There is no option to pay on line. If I wouldn't have called to check on the order the day prior, I'd have shown up and nothing would have been ready. The person I spoke to didn't care one bit. I asked to speak to the Store Manager, they were in a meeting, along with everyone else I asked to speak to. Left my name and number... surprise, no one called me back. Guess who won't be doing any of my business's cakes or catering orders anymore?

This is my favorite grocery store to shop at! The sales are decent, and they have items that I cannot find anywhere else.The staff is always friendly and willing to lend a hand. This morning I was looking for a certain type of beer, and even though it wasn't his brand of product, the associate went to the back and found it for me. It is service like that it keeps me coming back!My only complaint is that Harris Teeter does not carry 2 l of seltzer water. If they had that, they would be perfect!

i like shopping here but i would like it more if i didn't experience the price scanning errors that have become more common lately. i know it's mostly problems at the corporate level but having to wait for a manager or come back later is a pain. the state monitors this problem and levies fines for infractions so you might think it would be more of a priority. turnover seems to be an issue, too. i guess that's normal for retail these days!

I love this grocery store. They have all the stuff you can't find elsewhere, like cider, soda water, a huge selection of cheese and an excellent deli. So much more. It is more expensive. More high end brands and health foods, but they also have sales that are great. Ill pay more for quality products. Ive been very happy with their produce section, meats are good, I really was impressed by their selection, also their hrs are great. May have changed since Covid but they're open later than other grocery stores. Ill definitely be back.

Don't normally shop there, but because of the supply shortage, I went to see if they had any Hamburger. I bought the last pack. It had a lot of fat in it, but at this point, I can't complain too much. The girls at the register were awesome!

WORST SUSHI EVER. I got EXTREMELY SICK. On top of that the rice was huge and the fish was definitely BAD/SPOILED. Paid more for it than Publix sells it for :( nasty

As of 6/15/23, the store manager has decided to allow a drunken hobo to take up residence near the front entrance. I'm assuming this is the new store mascot. In addition to reeking of alcohol, spewing profanity and producing a foul odor, this hobo mascot attempted to attack my wife and I. This is unacceptable. We've been shopping at this particular Harris Teeter for well over a decade, but I can't continue to support the store if this is allowed to continue.

Prices are not as expensive as a lot of people keep saying they are. Plus you'll never meet a more helpful and polite employees. All I have to say to the ones that bad mouthed the store and employees is take your business elsewhere. But, please give Harris Teeter another chance before you give up on them again.

Horrible service and outdated.Called the store the Monday before Valentine's Day to place a flower order, was told they would not take any flower orders until Valentine's Day because of storage, fine. Called on the morning of Valentine's Day to place my flower order and was told that they would not accept any flower orders at all, this disappointed me. When I got to the store I asked for a simple three rose arrangement since there wasn't one on display. I was told that they would not make anything and that I had to find something amongst what was already out. Ok, I understand that this is probably the busiest flower day of the year, but I also understand that the store knew that and knew that it was coming. Not having enough stock or not having enough available help to fulfill customer requests is a customer service failure. Full stop.Also the store does not accept mobile payment!?It's the 21st century, how about let's get on board. I pay with my phone everywhere now including convenient stores and this huge chain can't support it. I had to go back out to the car to get my wallet at which point I decided that it wasn't worth it to walk back in for a flower arrangement that I didn't even want and ended up leaving without making a purchase.

I really love this Harris Teeter location. Each time I shop here it has been a pleasant experience. I especially recommend that you try their subs! They have a great Steak and cheese, a good cold cut combination and roast beef. I use the order on line features and they are great. Let's me get my sandwiches just like my family wants. I pick a time to pickup and receive a message when they are ready. No standing in line at the deli, they are waiting with my name on them in a basket. A great way to get in and get out on a Sunday.

This is the best store in Wilson NC to find those harder to get items that nobody else in town carries. They always have nicer cuts of meat and if you like thick cut steak, Harris Teeter is the place to go. I also enjoy picking up special cheese's and their produce is always fresh, looks great, and usually they have a better choice of fresh produce then the other stores in town. On the down side, I don't get to go here very often because they are expensive 😒😬 pretty much everything will cost more here then anywhere else.

Love Harris Teeter. Food is always fresh and looks so nice and pretty sitting on the shelves. Especially the produce and the meats. I like the sales they have. It's my favorite store.

So very sorry I drove all the way to this store. Prices are by far the highest I've seen in any store in NC. Such a huge disappointment. We cannot claim pandemic shortages, people have been back to work for over a year. Cannot claim has prices, much of the product was produced before the gas prices raised. And, if other stores can charge much lower prices, it is simple price gouging. Shame on you.

They have EVERY KIND OF TEA...EXCEPT "OOLONG". Prices are high but if you watch the sales and use coupons, you can get things from here for next to nothing. I got fresh cut steak from the butcher and I'm going to have to claim right now - that was and is the best steak I've ever had in my life. I refuse to buy steak from anywhere else now. It's so worth it, just make sure to use your VIC card because the steak is incredibly expensive if you forget. That card really saves you a lot of money. The sushi here is definitely worth mentioning. Sometimes they have $5 tray sales and its always been amazing. I've never gotten sick from the sushi here, - its made onsite with very fresh ingredients and waay inexpensive compared to sushi offered at local restaurants. They offer a lot of options that I never would have expected... I don't even go to fuji steak house anymore.. And teppanyaki buffet sushi? Forget about it. Harris teeter has the best sushi. Did I mention they offer free additional soy sauce packets AND chopsticks? I'll eat it in the car on the way home, its so good. And they have all the good wine as well. Lots of sales on alcohol and really fresh fruits and veggies. I like their vegan section with vegan cheese and sausages.

Everyone is wonderful. The pharmacy staff are always polite and helpful (especially Kimmy). There was an issue with the women's bathrooms that I reported once. I spoke to a younger lady (around teens to early twenties) named Lezley. She was extremely sweet and very polite. She handled the situation discretely and professionaly. I'll definitely keep conducting my business with them. Thank you Harris Teeter.

Always very neat and stocked shelves. Friendly customer service and the pharmacy also has friendly pharmacists and staff working. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when they fill your prescriptions and it's quick not a long wait time. I've been going to this 1 for 8 years I wouldn't change pharmacies for nothing.

Not a frequent shopper..mostly come here for one of my meds..Harris Teeter is actually cheaper than my regular pharmacy (CVS)..very friendly here..fast service..I do like their flowers here..beautiful and competitive pricing..
