Out of all the options of stores to purchase tools, Harbor Freight seems to be my go-to!The prices definitely are much lower than other places that I've bought tools like Lowe's or Home depot.This location in particular has friendly staff working there. They greet you as you come in the door and are extremely prompt and professional when asking questions or when checking out.The store is much smaller than Lowe's or Home Depot so I find my experience there to much faster and efficient.Recently I started designing a cabinet so I added a orbital sander and jigsaw to my set of equipment.Both Bauer tools have performed to my liking. The amp rating on both supply strong power that is typically found in much more expensive equipment.

The prices on the cheap made tools are absurd now. Staff don't really talk to you or have knowledge of the tools . I've learn my lesson on you get what you pay for. They still have a few good third away tools for small home repairs. I still go in and look around for small tools

Huge selection of tools. Very reasonable price average quality products but if you’re using it strictly for home use you cannot beat the price.

Really a 4.5! employees at wilson store, always greet you and checking to see if you need assistance, almost too helpful. Only reason it's not a 5 star, is this location on occasion has not carried or is out of stock on an item I've seen on line. They should have built it a tab bigger. Highly recommend you stop by.

4 stars for price, the tools are what they are for the money, long line if you try and go at lunch. Usually only one register, and there is always someone buying a generator, you wait while they find someone to pull it. Then wait while cashier tries to sell the extended warrantee. You need another cashier to jump in and handle the time consuming sales.

Good tools without breaking the bank, and the extended warranty is absolutely worth it. If you break the ratchet head or the handle of the hammer breaks, they'll replace it, no questions asked.

Some times you just need a tool and not a big ticket name brand item. Every power tool I have bought for those odd jobs and at a way better price, gets the job done.

If you are going to sell heavy items, have people on staff that can lift those heavy items or place them in the store where customers can lift them. The cart I needed was 90 pounds and no one could be bothered to get it for me or allow me to go get it. Manager was short and rude with 2 other customers while I was in there. Obviously doesn’t care about the Harbor Freight she is currently working for. I’ll take my business to other locations from now on.

Always conflicting discounts & ways to redeem coupons or receive the best deal. When pulling up insider's club acct @ checkout ALL coupons SHOULD BE AVAILABLE instead of HAVING to bring your own freaking cellphone into the store!!!! CONFUSING way to transact!!! No rainchecks on out of stock items. And yea, they say hello, but not a friendly place. Bad vibes. Guess thats what you get at a tool store. lol ~

Harbor Freight is awesome..one of my favorite stores..I know a lot of people want to bash Harbor Freight but everybody can't afford Dewalt n other name brands..I have had very good luck with the tools I have bought and they are more than willing to accommodate returns when something goes wrong..

What a great place for a HUGE variety of REASONABLEY priced tools for home +work +Women too ! Some I've never seen before. I was quite happy when Wilson store opened.Conveniently located, easy parking and even easily accessible by wheelchair.

I am so glad Wilson, NC finally has a Harbor Freight. Although the quality of some products sold here may not be top of the line, for the average homeowner like myself the tools they sell are a great deal! This location is a decent size and the employees are kind. I would certainly recommend this store to somebody looking for tools at a fair price.
