Western Union bad customer service.. I waited for about 20 minutes for the lady to tell me that she doesn’t know how to send money and she will get whoever was behind me first since they’re only buying money orders.. And someone will come and help me. Don’t waste your time. I don’t understand why they offer a service that they don’t know how to use

This was the first time going to this location.The parking lot is big and it's pretty easy to get to the grocery store from different directions.I was looking for a few things in particular. The cashier inside was really helpful in directing me to the Isles I needed to go to.Check out was pretty quick. I was in and out of the store in about 7 minutes tops.

Good customer service today at check out. Some of the associats were rude. The gentleman at the milk, cheese, etc. section was very nice as he usually is. He makes up for the rude ones. But I will continue going to that store, they have what I need 99% of the time. Great cashier today from beginning to end of transaction.

The produce was so fresh and looked so vibrant. I l iked that all cold items were in cases. Made a great dinner with my very affordable groceries, in which resulted in an overall pleasant experience.

I actually thought everything and I mean pretty much everything here was expensive, even when compared to New York state prices. It did have some variety of items I cannot get up north so not rated lower due to that.

Best customer service I've received from there, with Nicole today. Only 1 register was open at lunch and the line was long but she was rolling and super nice! Even bagged my stuff and put them in the cart. No one else ever puts them in the cart.

Just your standard food Lion no better and no worse than the others. Still overpriced from a grocery store in my opinion especially when you can go to Dollar general and Walmart and get everything cheaper.

I love there grocery pick up. The shoppers go above and beyond to replace what is not in stock. I have ordered several times, and will hopefully be able to do so again. Very impressed.

Typical food lion. We do money orders here mostly which is always a hassle because there is never anyone working the counter at that station so we always have to wait a long time. Occasionally we get some groceries that Wal mart or Aldi don’t have like the rosemary sourdough bread.

Great store in several ways. Í do have difficulty to every time I go because wifi only works near the front. Also, I don't like self check and there's usually only 1 checkout person. So I just buy a few items so I can get out for faster

In my top 2.... Clean isles, stock is great, customer service is very nice, mostly everyone here greets you and not to many of them stare 👀at you while you're checking out👀. If you're going to stare at least speak, not Everyone steals....smh. that would be the only 1 thing that almost stopped me from shopping there. 👀

It was orderly, aisles clearly marked to make it easy to find things. I needed help to pay at the self service registers as they weren't working seamlessly. Idk if it may have been because I do not have a membership or something. There didn't seem to be a lot of choices for health food. But there were some.

I Love their food selectors and delivery are the same person. They interact with you on your choices you make it and they ask about your substitutes instead of Not getting you anything. They work with you and they are ooh so pleasant upon delivery.

I bought apples at the store near Tarboro Street and today I ate bit into the apple a worm was inside. How horrible. I had to brush my teeth immediately. I think I ate some of the worm. I want my money back for the 3 gala apples I bought. I called to the store to report the incident. The woman on the phone said she would let produce know. I'm not happy and I will not be buying fruit of any sort at this store anymore

So after ordering my groceries online I had to go in the store after waiting for my order because they sent me a text saying no one was available to bring me my groceries. So I went in to talk to someone about the issue and wend I went to the counter to get greeter. A young lady turned around didn’t say hi or nothing just asked for someone else to help me.. that is what really got me... I was fine until that happened..so the lady that finally greeted me told me that someone will be out there shortly to load my car up.. apparently he didn’t hear his phone off to signal him to go out there. Very nice guy very apologetic but poor customer service...

Never have a good experience here. Cashiers are usually talking to each other while waiting on customers. They will stop ringing you up to carry on their conversation. One was yelling at an elderly gentleman the other day to put his number in on the keypad for his mvp discount. He had no idea what she meant. She didnt tell him it was his phone number. I was going to do the survey but now you have to do some marketing deal to do the survey. Shouldn't matter what kind of cat treats I buy to tell them this store stinks!

I’ve always loved this food lion, that’s why I was so ecstatic when my baby sister started working here. Tonight, I saw an employee helping an older gentleman with a flat tire. She was showing so much Kindness. My sister said her name was Amy, I only remember this much because she has a pretty sleeve tattoo.

Very busy place with not enough employees to help but maybe it was because of labor day. They had everything I went there for though but the manager was so concerned about trying to get the other registers opened for other customers he couldn't pay attention to what I was asking.

Nicest manager was there last night. Wish I had got her name. She had blonde hair. I was getting hot dog buns for an event and she noticed and asked if I needed more, and she went to the back and got more of the cheaper ones that I needed.
