I'm questioning the management at this store who is ok with requiring staff members to work until 1:00 in the morning knowing full well the only transportation they have home is a bicycle ride. 12 miles down a pitch black 301.

Ample parking, clean store, fresh produce that includes organic. Employees are friendly and helpful. Manager's specials are always welcome in the meat department. The store also has good specials, but you need to sign up for the discounts. After a one time sign up, enter your phone number in the device used for credit payments. We have access to three Food Lion stores within driving distance.

My go to place whenever I need to do my weekly shopping usually never too packed. Always make sure to be prepared before a storm or holiday because they're the first to get cleaned out. Customer service is usually okay.

While shopping I made the comment to my husband, there were no carts. Next thing I know an employee came up to us and gave us a cart. I thought that was really nice! Also our cashier was friendly too!

Best produce selection way better than Harris teeter...just wish they were open 24/7...Great deals and in-store coupons. The deli is great and the updated stores are beautifulThey offer check cashing up to $500 and money order/sending services, lottery, and on call butcher to cut you exactly what u want

Their ice cream section seems to always be just about empty I'm not sure if you're not ordering enough and also I've had quite a few fruits and vegetables from their produce area that was basically not fresh when I got it home when you turn over certain items that are packaged that you can't open in the store you notice that it may be already softening or Browning and I've had this incident quite a few times over the last couple years from this particular store the customer service isn't that bad I just think whoever's doing the ordering in the freezer section like for ice cream and also in the produce should pay more attention to what is needed and what is fresh

Wonderful. I asked one person working at the meat counter the difference between beef tips & beef stew. She answered then she asked her coworkers! I had 4 people at the meat counter answering my question!! It was great! I felt so special & they were such a big help to me . They were showing me different meats & shared their recipes with me! The Food Lion I go to has gone way downhill, it used to be amazing...now, not so much. I get supply chain issues and people not wanting to work. But when I can go to another store in the same town and get the items that this store doesn't have (a type of bread, or cheese I prefer) that's not a supply issue, that seems to be an ordering or management issue. I hope they get things back to the way it used to be soon.

Im not one to complain but it just keeps getting worse....Terrible customer serviceFood often out of date, produce is terrible, bad meat that smelled of death the date was not expired, I guess it wasn't kept at right temperature. I feel like foodlion can do much better than this. This is the only grocery store on this side of town, unfortunately to get better food and service I guess we have to start going to another Wilson foodlion.

Thier cashier's turn on ff the coin star machine so the don't have to cash the reciepts in the morning. Store is neat but all staff here are moody and unapproachable.

Only gave a 3 because they never have lightly salted lays potato chips but always have the ruffled lightly salted. Also don't have a good choice of ice cream.

The ladies waiting on me were excellent. They were chilly from the wind whipping un the front doirs but tgey were all smikes and so very helpful. Ive run kohls customer service and i know great people. This staff at this store jusr rocks. Its my favorite food lion to go to thank you all for all you do for us. Mrs Tanya Ingalls

It was ok but need to start selling aloe vera leaf. Told other supermarkets and now they keep aloe leaf at least they try because the customers buys the leaf so fast it's hard to keep in stock 😂. Try it Food Lion,,,,Might be glad you did👍lol 😂

I go here because it's the closest grocery store to my house but it's nothing special by any stretch of the imagination. 50% of the staff might be working, but they've all checked out. Most of them just look miserable and it reflects in how they treat customers. There is no delivery or butcher shop, oh and no pharmacy either. Yea, I still here if it's late and I need something to finish dinner.

Always a good experience, even when the lines start backing up. The manager will call as many cashiers as it takes to move everyone along,he,himself will help ring you up,if he can.

Food Lions supply chain is broken.I mean Tropicana OJ is out along with numerous other items.Others don't seem to be having those issues.

The location is clean. It's very easy to get in and out. Unfortunately the quality of customer service is starting to decrease with their newer staff.
