The store is good one minute and then other times it's bad. There is 1 employee there that a asst manager that is always arguing in front of the customers. She puts out the other person's business and downs that person while customers r still in the store. not a very good way to treat ur coworkers. The asst manager would always treat the girl there like she was nothing and wanted her to do some of her work while she was trying to do what she had to do too and take care of the customers.other then that everyone else r great always greeting people with a smile. The new manager is always laughing and happy

The Customer Service Associates are friendly, always greeting people with a smile. Today I was greeted when I walked in the store. At the register I didn't receive a reply to anything I said to the employee. She might be having a bad day. We all have them. Yesterday I barely had a couple of words from CSR. As soon as I start to walk away she was chatting with customer behind me.

The reason why I give it a four is because it is not like it used to be the lady that was in there before was more near calmer everything was in place everything is out of place now is very very junky and everything all out of place don't have what you need
