This is far most of the worst dollar tree I have seen so far. Very clutter, boxed everywhere, too much stock out needs to be put out, and I can say more.... I don't know if they were short of staff or the employees didn't care how the store looked.

this dollar tree is one of the best there is Wilson, they have a worker that helps out any way she can and i think her name is Jordan. she there everyday and one of the best workers they have and that's my opinion and it's a fact. the fact that there isn't many workers there and it still manage to be on top of everything that they throw at that store, so yea the worker Jordan needs a raise for always being there when I'm there shopping.

Nasty nasty nasty! This place is horrible every aisle stuff laying in it. Tripping hazards! Boxes just thrown everywhere. This place is worst that the city dump! Needs to be shut down by a fire marshal!

This is the most disgusting Dollar Tree I ever seen! The floors never clean, just dirty and I hate to walk on it. No organization. Stuff everywhere and no organization that could be a safety hazard. The place needs to be shut down and remolded asap or get new management that cares!!!

I have never had a cashier be so rude and disrespectful. Not only was she snapping at me but other customers coming in. The store looked like it had a hurricane come through and was dirty. I should have known walking in the door...I will not be back to this store. I will drive across town before I come back. I know stores are having a hard time finding quality workers. But letting your cashiers talk like she did to me is NOT a way to keep a business going.

RUDE CASHIERS ! My aunt experience today was absolutely despicable! Truthfully, someone needs to leave their position, because someone is NOT going to be the bigger person and walk away. After reviewing the reviews, this place is the bottom of the barrel. I’m definitely calling Corporate, the OLDER BLACK CASHIER, yelled at my aunt, spoke to her like she wasn’t worthy of respect. I honestly thought she was going to attack my aunt. Animalistic behavior, just horrifying! Please be aware, they’re no longer hiring humans, it’s pit bulls they’re relying on smh. Treating people with respect is FREE! Completely unacceptable.

This store was good in the past. In late 2022 into 2023 it has become an absolute wreck. Merchandise is always in boxes not unpacked. Shelves are a mixed up mess. Things on the floor for sale are swept into the trash piles and left in the isles. Absolutely the worst DT now. Sad.

My first time in the area and coming inside this store was a bad, BAD, BAD experience. The store shelves were not organized. Items were all over the place in EVERY AISLE. Boxes were everywhere. There is no order in this store. It makes Wilson look terrible.

I just left this sorry low class dirty under stocked store with employees standing around cussing like sailors no I'm not an old lady but I usually spend alot of money in Here on certain items that weren't stocked at all . This store is nasty and under stocked I will never shop here again if I could give this store a 0 I certainly would. They need better management. They need to be closed.

The store itself could be a lot cleaner, during a typical visit it's not odd for there to be large stocking carts and trash all over the place.Overall the prices are extremely cheap and the selection is good for $1. Some items like foot spray appear to be out of stock a lot.The bathrooms could use a serious scrub down like the rest of the store.Staff is usually friendly and checkout is convenient.

It's a subpar location. I used to go here all the time just because I worked closely to it. It gets way to crowded and most of the employees in general aren't very helpful or friendly. The line system is horrendous and needs to be set up. Most of the time there is only 1, or 2 cashiers open as well. When the whole store is jam packed, management needs to step it up with hiring more people and setting some order here.

This is your typical Dollar Tree store. 🌳 They carry the same things as other Dollar Tree stores. We couldn't find something we were looking for this time but the employee I asked was not very helpful in helping us to locate it. The person at the check out when we left was friendly though.

Last time I went to Dollar tree is probably 4 months ago. It was filthy the floors looked like it hasn't been swept or mopped in ages there was trash all over the place. Boxes were still full u couldn't walk around they didn't have anything u were looking for. Im surprised they haven't even cleaned up the place or at least close the doors to do so because it's so disgusting in there .

THE WORST DOLLAR TREE IN AMERICA. I have never seen a store where inventory was thrown on shelves AND the floor. It was dirty, messy, and just plain gross. Good luck trying to find anything there as it was just put wherever they want. Who knows the last time the floor was swept. The cash registers were dirty, cluttered with merchandise and TRASH. It have never seen a chain store managed so poorly. Dollar Tree Corporate needs to do a surprise visit. Employees did not care or take pride in their personal appearance. Really, why would I spend so much time an energy on a Google review if it was not this bad? Someone, help them because if I had any pull. I would shut them down.

EDIT: THIS STORE WILL SOON HAVE $2, $3 AND $5 ITEMS. IT IS CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH RE-PLANOGRAMING. I love shopping here. The price on most items has gone up to $1.25. Some of the greeting cards are still 2 for $1.00. This is a great place to get cleaning products and personal hygiene items. They have drain cleaner, window cleaner, dish detergent, sponges, copper and stainless steel scrubbers, brooms, mops, dryer sheets, laundry detergent, bleach, cleaning vinegar, fabric softener and even the fabric softener pebbles. They usually keep disinfectant in stock although it's on the top shelf and hard to reach if you're short, but the lavender disinfectant spray is wonderful. I prefer it over the country breeze and the original non scented chemical spray. This is a great place to get medicated body powder, q tips, cotton balls, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, dental picks, floss, they even offer the multipacks including children's tooth brushes this is a great place to get first aid items including bandages, ice packs, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, Benadryl, Neosporin and vapor rub. There is a large assortment of vitamins, and they often have name brand items throughout the store. I often find elf and hard candy brand makeup at this location. If you're looking to give yourself a manicure or pedicure, you can literally get every single item needed including an assortment of acrylic nails and the glue. I've actually found face vibrators and acrylic nail powder here. They usually have a great selection of seasonal decorations and party supplies. They have expanded their craft section to include an entire aisle. I'm impressed with the amount and variety of yarn they offer. Surprisingly this store gets a large amount of DVDs and blu rays. On a recent trip I discovered a Blu ray that was released within the past year. There are alot of treasures hidden within the movies. This store stays well stocked and very clean. I really like that they offer the diet old orchard juices with 1 gram of sugar. The most recent addition was watermelon strawberry. I'm going back very soon to get as many as I can.

These poor employees.....this store has urine pouring onto the floor from a bathroom backup covering the back end of the store to the point it smells and is making customers gag yet the employees are still required to be there. That's disgusting.

Dollar tree by walmart is never really clean, and many employees either don't wear mask or wear them properly. There was ONE friendly employee ( april I believe) that wore hers correctly, and seemed very friendly. The employees were not rude..they just didn't wear their mask correctly. Doesn't go under the chin, under the nose or taken down to chat. We are in a pandemic with new variants showing up across the country. Please address this fir EVERYONE'S safety. Thanks!

Jamyia is very rude she didn't say hey or bye, but was quick to greet and ask the next people in line if they found what they needed and so forth. It's too early for this. The year and time of day. Treat everybody the same. The blonde Caucasian female manager with glasses had a very nasty disposition also. Customer service at it's worst. 👎🏾

As most dollars trees are, this store was a bit messy. Stock wasn't full on shelves and other shelves were cluttered and scattered everywhere. Staff was friendly when coming in and checking out.

The store manager burrated the cashier in front of all the customers. She was very ugly acting and it was very uncomfortable. I felt sorry for the cashier and wish that if she needed to be corrected, that the manager would have done it privately or much more professionally.

They really need to address management issues. Every visit to this store you deal with lazy, rude and disrespectful associates. Great selection of product there compared to others, but not so neat! Just saying it like it is!

They have alot of good items all for $1 or less but this location is not that clean as others and most times are short on cashiers. Also some of the cashiers seem rude and not friendly at all.

I SHOP HERE OFTEN, AND SOMETIMES THE STORE IS IN A BIT OF DISARRAY, BUT USUALLY IN LIEU OF STOCKING/RESTOCKING INBOUND MERCHANDISE. I USUALLY KNOW WHAT I AM SHOPPING FOR, WHEN SHOPPING AT DOLLAR TREE, AND USUALLY PENNY FOR PENNY, THE ITEMS I PURCHASE HERE, CAN'T BE PURCHASED FOR MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK, THAN AT DOLLAR TREE. I DO PRICE/ITEM HUNT HERE, OCCASIONALLY, JUST TO SEE THE OFFERING, OR IF THE OFFERING IS AVAILABLE, FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM I MAY NOT HAVE SHOPPED AT DOLLAR TREE, PREVIOUSLY FOR. SOME ITEMS I HAVE FOUND TO BE JUNK, BUT I HAVE FOUND MORE EXPENSIVE JUNK AT BIG BOX RETAILERS, AS WELL. THE MEN'S RESTROOM COULD USE SOME SANITATION ATTENTION, MORE OFTEN, IN MY OPINION.

This Dollar Tree is the nastiest store I've ever been in. There is always over stock blocking the isles, the store is completely disorganized and there is typically only one cashier open. Very disappointed!!

HORRIBLE!!! THE LINES (2) WERE DOWN THE AISLES AND NOT BECAUSE EVERYBODY WAS PRACTICING 6FT SOCIAL DISTANCING. ONE PERSON CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE AT HER REGISTER BUT NO ONE --- EXCEPT OTHER CUSTOMERS -- HAD COMMON SENSE TO CALL FOR HELP TO OPEN REGISTER?!

Every time I am in there it is so unorganized, really bad staff, customers complaining. Need better management all around. Rocky Mt and Raleigh are so much better!
