The gentleman at the register didn’t even look like he worked there he was wearing sweatpants and an oversize T-shirt. I only came in for one case of water, and went straight to the cash register. The gentleman scanned the case of water. I put my card in the machine until it said remove. I proceeded to remove my credit card and on the machine loaded while saying please wait for about 30 seconds. The screen, then went blank and asked me to insert my card for payment. I didn’t think anything of it and inserted the card again the same thing happened. Keeping in mind, the gentleman is the cash register has yet to Speak to me, or even look at me. After about two or three minutes of complete silence, I asked him What was wrong? Without speaking, he shrugged his shoulders. I asked him if I needed to insert my card a third time And he said yeah. I proceeded to insert my card and wait through this cycle two more times. After The fifth time, I just stood there and looked at him, waiting for him to give me any type of direction. Several more minutes went by, and there were several people in line waiting behind me. One woman in line asked him if he could call for help, and he responded to her with no. Well, I am still waiting for direction on how to pay for my item. The woman in line finally goes and find someone to help him. She walked up to the register and ask him what happened, and he refused to speak to her as well. She looked at me, and sharply said get over here to the other register. She scanned the item. I inserted my card and she said my credit card, which I had just used 10 minutes prior was wrong. Excuse me, how can a credit card be wrong? But at least she said something I used another card paid and finally went on my way. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning to this location

Went in , No Greeting, the store looked like a tornado hit it, the associates were no customer friendly, the associate Chastity was on the phone gossiping with someone about some family drama and how she wasnt going to speak to the other person on the lines Mama again because of something she did, all this was happening while customers were waiting to check out, No Thank you, have a good day or anything, but the gossiping on the phone continued as she was helping customers ... What a sad place to shop nowadays, It used to be a noce store .. now not so much ..

Awesome store but they need to watch who they hire. I've always had a great experience every time I go there but I went in today and the cashier acted as if she didn't want to even put my receipt in the bag. She wasn't courteous at all. Had an attitude which made me have an attitude as well. If she didn't want to work that day she shouldn't have come in. If you have a job, do it and not with an attitude that's how you turn customers off.

Some of these reviews are great! Others, I wish they could have brought their concerns to me. As an employee of this Dollar General who loves their job, I can say that we work hard to serve our customers in any way we can. We are a bargain hunters best friend. Our weekly sales and digital coupons are some of the best in the industry, saving customers hundreds each day. But the company doesn’t make the store - the people in it do. That’s why my team does everything in our power to ensure that all of our customers are saving time, saving money, every day!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and attention to my needs. I placed an order of 96 items for a couple of products for a holiday food distribution to 96 families. I was told that they would have no problem in filling my order. But at last minute they were not able to get the items needed. To add insult to injury the manager tried to get me to accept a partial order. When I clearly explained to her when I placed the order that I would only accept a full order, it was an all or none situation.

Needless to say we all seem to prefer convenience over most all else. Normally Dollar General carries a fairly decent variety of products. Lately, with the corona virus, actual variety had pretty much dried up. On my past visit I am happy to report that the store was at least 92% of capacity. Hoorah!Bless us all.

Really bad customer service! A lot of people in line. Person at register didn't get coupon off her bill. They should have opened another register and dealt with coupon problem. I put my stuff back when the lady was like take everything off and ring up stuff again so my 2.00 coupon will work. I'm glad she was getting served but the rest of us should have gotten served too.Also they didn't have many things in stock.

The store doesn't have but one cashier, the parking lot is hidious. Great big pot holes that will tear your car up. It could be much better.

Great place to get some affordable items. There is lots of snacks, candies, clothes, and toys. If you need gloves, here you go! They also get festive , so you'll find different stuff year round. I recommend this place!👌👍

Basic Dollar General with average service and it's normal product selection. Employees polite when serving but tend to be a cashier short whenever one is needed. When Cashiers are available store lines are long.

This dollar General is junky, with stock all the time , manager with blonde hair is mouthy. And nobody wants to look at her stomach hanging out cause her clothes are way to tight! To run your mouth in public about someone's daughter who just died is uncalled for, no matter what!!!.

I stopped in this store tonight to return a item with a receipt and those rude ladies just brushed me off and told me i had to go to another store. Went to another dollar general street ladies were really nice and pleasant they daid they were suppose to do the return if i had my receipt.

We always go in for cleaning supplies,drinksdogfood,it's easy to.go in and get out and always have been nice employes,hair spray .down side is have to watch prices,especially snacks,chips big bags.

My only issue is the taxes on food, rising and making everything cost more. But that's not Dollar Generals issue. Great place to grab something really quickly for the night

Very dry and skipped me multiple times when I wanted to buy something from outside. I asked if something was wrong and she kept doing it. Some of them are nice but eh.

This dollar general is messy and every time I go into this store I find shelves are never restocked and very messy and rude employees I preferred this one because it’s close to my home been having to go to another and they were neat freshly stocked please, get firm on this store to be more functional.
