I will just say they are great at their customer service and selling bikes and helping you out but when taking your bike up there to be worked on just be on your A game and know what your taking it up there for and what your bike looks like before hand. Some things are unprofessional.

Ordered a fresh set of tires for my Road glide was very happy that they were going to do price match and veterans discount but then that got walked back.. 85 plus bucks to have tires mounted and balanced but they did do it while I was there so plus there.

Bought a used 2007 Honda motorcycle two years ago and the seller had a comprehensive service by Cycle Max. They did such a great job I took it back for a scheduled maintenance, drove 45 minutes to get there. They did a great job once again. Have had nothing but good expereince. I used to work here about 7 years ago, and loved the atmosphere and customer service. We were in the market for a Honda Rancher last year, and Cyclemax made all of our dreams come true. They were quick and professional, and we felt confident in buying our wheeler from them. This month, I went back and got another Honda Rancher, and it was the same great service all over again. They get you in and out, and they make you feel at home. I told them what I wanted, and they got me approved for just that. They kept my down payment extremely low and my monthly payments low, too. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed!

They know their stuff! I had a million questions & they had a million & 1 answers! From the moment I pulled up I was greeted with a smile, I actually ran into a young man named Dwaun, Actually RAN into him LOL! He had no issue with answering me & was the reason I even went to them! I always thought it was Bicycles, but NOPE..They have sooo much inventory plus can get what you want! 2 wheels, 3 or 4. I now know where I am going to go for a few things! So if you are looking for ACTUAL humans that are knowledgeable, friendly. & willing to give info for when you are ready! Well worth the visit

I can only really comment on the service department. They got my husband's bike in within two weeks of us calling which is pretty good for motorcycles this time of year. They saved the parts they replaced to show us what was wrong, and let us bring the bike a couple of days early to work with our schedule. Prices were better then any other place we called, so definitely a great experience. They have already got my dad's bike scheduled in now too.

Great customer service!!! Couldn't be happier with my experience with cycle max. Ordered a part from them and had it there 2 days later. They even went out of their way to get the part there the next day when it didn't show up the first day. I would highly recommend getting parts from cycle max because of their great customer service. Parts are a little pricey but they get you what you need and make sure your back to riding.

I came in the other day to get a tire changed out, and I asked Jamie if he could find me a air filter for a 1992 Kawasaki 220 Bayou. Not only did he find the part, they had it in stock as well. I recommend Cyclemax to everyone because of their customer centric approach. The people are first class, knowledgeable and helpful. Great people to do business with.
