This CVS location has some hardworking employees. Specifically, the leads, Karen and Nicole. A lot of reviews mention a lack of urgency and attitudes but that is different from my experience. Every time I’ve picked up a prescription, they have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. It seems as though they are understaffed. People fail to realize that there is only so much that these workers can do with any trained staff. Wait times are a bit longer but that’s the world we live in now. Practice patience and kindness.

Had to wait 27 minutes for someone to answer the phone in the pharmacy just to get attitude for asking for a refill and dismissed very rudely when i was making sure it was the right medication then she hung up on me when i was trying to make sure everything was right. Called back to speak to manager and let him no he didnt seem to care and said everyone fusses about the pharmacy. Well that means you need to get new staff! Service is only getting worse as time goes on and noone will do anything about these rude disrespectful employees!

Came to pick up my husband's meds this morning. Pharmacy opens at 7 went in at 7 pharmacy doors and windows open the girl who waiting on me had such a rude attitude. Excuse me but if you don't like your job don't work. She acted like she was talking to a a kid . Well Excuse me I'm 53 years old. Her name was Karen. People that work in public need to realize people are going thru things they don't know. Management needs to definitely talk to her.

The pharmacy will soon experience a lawsuit. Nobody but CVS corporate fault for not reading reviews. The staff nonchalantly plays around with people medicine. The line is ridiculous always out of stock. Constantly hanging up phone. Aggressive attitudes 😒

After going to 3 pharmacies in Smithfield my husband was told he wasn't approved for a shingles shot. Karen and Gerald at the CVS in Wilson finally followed through and got it approved. It took some time but they stuck with it. Karen actually stayed over to get it covered. Thank you both.

Worse pharmacy I have ever tried to use. Never been there that they got everything right. If they make a mistake you have to call everywhere to get it corrected. They should close this store or get new staff. Was hung up on by an employee as well as the pharmacist. Can not get my B/P medication so if I have a stroke CVS is responsible

I am pleased with what CVS has done with their stores nationally and this local 24 hour source for necessities is gift to a sleepy, post-pandemic business sector. I enjoy all my visits here. I alays feel safe and calm.

Tried to transfer my prescription to CVS, here I sit a week later with nothing. My doctor called in new prescriptions, 9 hrs later they say the doctor didn't call it. I know this is a lie. In the mean time I sit in horrible pain due to they're incompetence.

The worse when it comes to getting your prescriptions and the staff is super sensitive staff that has a attitude when the customer has a issue with their inconsistency and poor customer service skills. And not to mention some customers don’t stay near the CVS so yes someone will be upset to drive 10 minutes to get a prescription that the automatic system states is really but when arrived one prescription was gonna be ready til the next day and the other prescription is in back order! Gonna find another pharmacy!

Sarah Williams RX manager and team displayed nothing less than negligence, disrespect and a lack of professionalism while leaving us waiting with no response for over 10 min, in the drive thru, after ringing the call button, on Thursday 16Mar2023 at 8:30pm. In an effort to remain calm, at the disbelief of watching the team member walk by us on numerous occasions, while smiling and looking away, we finally had to park to go inside. When confronted with the issue, it was excused and dismissed. This is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with immediately!

I've been getting my meds here for as long as I can remember.. I've been picking my mom's meds up for her for as long as I can remember... Never any problems. Even cut up a little sometimes when I go through the drive thru... But today a 9verweighr cruly hair blond woman was very rude lazy and acted as I messed her whole day up because she had to look up a prescription by address instead of birth date... There was no other's in line and we have been loyal customers for at least 10 years... Manage should do something about her she might be better at cleaning the men's bathroom... At least until she loses some weight.... The way she was covered in sweat makes me think standing and pushing keys on a keyboard is more than she can handle

They need to add on their website that the pharmacy is no longer 24 hrs, I called at 8:30 and they said my sons prescription would be ready at 8:42. I called to make sure it would be ready bc my husband would be picking up the meds, they had me waiting on the line and hung up on me before I could speak to them. Mind you I was on the phone before it even turned 9 when they say they closed.

My insurance suggested CVS as their pharmacy of choice. I’ve only been there a few times so far. Most of the employees make a good effort. I’ve had the misfortune of having to deal with Karen on a few occasions. She is always short, condescending and acts like you’re bothering her. I know it’s hard to find help nowadays but not at the cost of customer service.

Terrible wait times and customer service the last 6 months. Failures to fill scripts or transfer to other locations as requested. .Not enough help at this location for the last several months and it shows.Just spent over 15 minutes before anyone even answered the phone so they could tell me a script submitted much earlier wasn't ready and didn't know when it would be ready as they have 200 more scripts ahead of mine.CVS app is terrible too- defeats the purpose to pay ahead with app and avoid going inside when app is always down or the techs don't move the script out of the que. Ordered script via app on a Sunday and We'd night still not filled after long waits on phone and telling CVS I am out, all I get is call another CVS or wait behind 200 other scripts.Ordered on a SUNDAY still not filled on Wed night. This is NOT a one time bad day for this CVS, it's been ongoing almost every month.

I took time off work accordingly in order to get my flu shot. My appointment has been scheduled for 5 days. I arrive 10 minutes early and stand at the counter for about 5 minutes before even being helped. All for the lady to tell me "oh the person who does the vaccines just went to lunch so you'll have to wait about 30 minutes." WHY should I have to wait for an appointment that has BEEN SCHEDULED?!

The pharmacist and staff has been so attentive and friendly. They have no problem dropping what they are doing to help. I appreciate the care and concern given, and I've transferred all of my prescriptions to this location due to their great customer service.

The absolute worst customer service! Took 3 days to get my childs Rx, they had issues with everything! Very disorganized, I overheard 4 different complaints while there - wrong meds filled, they lost a rx, etc. Lady in pharmacy told me a total lie, said they were out of my childs meds just so she wouldn't have to fill it, they were not out, she didn't even check first, just lied to my face! I'll be going across the street to Walgreens for now on! This place is unbelievable!!

Use the address for sunset slush @ 1700 forest hills road wilson nc. The gps wont take you using the address given online.Went late at night, pharmacy wasn't busy so I was in and out. Employees were friendly.

Justin is a wonderful employee. He is always helpful, courteous and smiling. I wish to tell you about an incident I witnessed on 7/7/17. A customer came in and began really harassing Justin over a personal incident (which did not sound like anything for her to be upset about in the first place). She was criticising, humiliating him in a tone loud enough for customers to hear every word. Justin stayed so calm and professional - he apologized and tried to diffuse the situation to the best of his ablilty. THe customer would not accept his apology and was still angry when leaving the store (again, this had nothing to do with the service received - it was a personal issue). I can't say enough how impressed I was with how professional Justin was during this enocunter.

They need to have more staff in the pharmacy dept as well as the whole store. I think the whole staff in the pharmacy needs to work on people skills along with the attitude improvment .
