Stopped in before the holidays and ended up buying waders, jacket, and clothing either online or in-store since. Unlike a lot of outdoors stores and outfitters these days, these guys are as friendly, helpful, and welcoming as you could possibly imagine. The store is stocked to the max and had insanely nice stuff with great prices. Highly recommended.

Return policy is garbage. I got charged around 30 dollars for a return that didn't fit because I tossed the price/product tag (it was a gift). Even though I had the original receipt stating it was purchased from the store a week ago. I would have exchanged the product for a better size but they didn't have one available. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Very disappointed in my first experience with this company.Edit: the item isn't worthless without a price tag. You can still very easily sell it. And it does not cost $30 to reprint a new one 👍

I ordered a Banded Pathfinder jacket and watchcap from Cutemdown. Initially I thought everything was good was sent a email the next day that the package was sent. On the day the package was shown delivered I didn’t get it. I tried to work with Fed Ex to trace it. They said they showed it was delivered. And it was probably delivered to the wrong address. And to contact the seller and have them file a insurance claim. I contacted them they said they would file a claim. Then when I contacted them the following week they said they couldn’t file a claim because it showed it was delivered. I contacted Fed Ex again and FedEx said they could but they had to file the claim from the sellers side.So at this Point I am out $184.00 and it looks like no ability to get my money back other than wait as my bank files a claim which will take months.Once they have your money they have no interest in correcting problems that arise. If you are looking to buy banded gear do yourself a favor spend an extra few dollars and buy it from Amazon!

The customer service is outstanding to say the least, super fast shipping, products that you hardly can't find and when you do, these guys are way less expensive. I ordered a dog kennel cover off of Amazon with these guys as the 3rd party seller. I ordered an extra large and a large was delivered. On top of that the cover smells like mildew and the box was beat up leading us to believe it was a returned product.
