We ate here for dinner and everything was so good.My husband got the downtown Reuben and ate every last bit of it.I got the chicken salad with cranberries and pecans on a croissant and it was soo good.My 4 year old got the yummiest grilled cheese!I was shocked at how big the portions were for such a good price and the quality was amazing. We will definitely make this a new favorite spot for us.

I love this place. It’s so funny to see the negative reviews and how they are all 1* for the most benign negative experience. Or how they talk about portion size and do not reference the price and how it correlates. I love the corner deli across the street - but it’s almost twice the price! This is perfect as you get really creative delicious options, that yes are smaller, but also more affordable (which I get is laughable for post Covid prices, but that’s where we are). One of our main 3 spots in the dt area between ruckus and corner but we hit this 2-3x as often because of the price and just not needing a huge meal most of the time. Friday after thanksgiving/rueben are my favorite lunch/dinner go to and the millennial is my go to breakfast sandwich. Try to deserts as well they have awesome seasonal cinnamon rolls along with all kinds of sweet treats. Thank you guys for sticking it out I know how hard it is to run a small business these days with the margins shrinking and customer complaints at an all time high not to mention labor being impossible to find. The girls that work there have always been nice and friendly to us so we personally have no complaints on staff.Parking: Huge free parking lot in front of ruckus if you can’t get a spot on the street. It’s usually pretty wide open

Tig's is a cute bistro, nestled in the heart of downtown Wilson. The breakfast menu is amazing and served anytime. Their lunch sandwiches are also delicious and offer up some interesting and yummy combinations. They have great coffee and specialty drinks along with the usual sodas. If you're looking for a a slice of home cooking with a friendly smile and a good price, Tig's is perfect.

This was actually a hilariously bad experience. Their cold brew coffee was out and we watched them just transfer it from store bought containers (we could've gone to food Lion they charge like it's house brewed so if you wanna pay over 5$ for three sips of Food Lion cold brew highly suggest). I'm pretty sure the two women working had never used the espresso machine before, we waited TWENTY MINUTES for a latte that was so over steamed it had curdled into chunks and we just tossed it.It was pretty funny though, so if you've ever worked in a coffeeshop and want a laugh go for it - I was almost crying from laughter by the time we left. Otherwise, the hardware store around the corner has free coffee that's much better than this joint.

Really enjoyed breakfast here today. Tig was so friendly and takes a tremendous amount of pride in her food. I was with a party of 3 and everybody commented on how good the food was. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Locally owned and operated. Great food at great prices. Super friendly. Pass up the fast food joints and eat something real and support local people.

Really disappointed. I was excited to try Tig’s because of the great reviews. Just ordered a salad and got back to my office and the grilled chicken is the kind you can get from the fridge section at a grocery store. It took them 20 minutes and yet they didn’t even cook anything.

Received no greeting/smile when walking up to the counter. The young lady's reply was not verbal, when I asked a question. She answered me by simply swinging her arm toward the menu on the wall. The drink machine was low in syrup, the Lettuce on my sandwich was wilted, and I witnessed a Kitchen worker come in from smoking, and return to the food prep area, without washing her hands. This was my first and last time eating there. After years of dining at Tigg's Sandwich Shop (same location but different owner), this was a big disappointment.

First time in Wilson,NC. Googled "food near me." This place popped up and had good reviews so I thought I'd try it. I ordered the Downtown's Rueben with pasta salad and iced tea. The sandwich was excellent... house made thousand island was tangy and tasty. Pasta salad was just a traditional Italian blend (had to pick out the black olives). Ice tea was strong and fresh. Great location to stop and try.

The service was horrible and the employee behind the counter was rude to my mother when she asked her about what sides they have them waived her arm to min sign. One employee went to smoke and didn't wash her hands when she returned. The food was decent but the atmosphere was loud music and not very welcoming. Will not go back or recommend

My wife has been here multiple times for lunch and always enjoys it. I finally stopped in Memorial Day after attending service in Downtown Wilson. Was surprised to find them open but glad they were.Ordered breakfast sandwiches to go (2 off the menu, 1 custom) and a Red Eye coffee while I waited, which wasn't long. Food came out in 6-7mins. Coffee was strong and hot, with a nice crema-topped espresso shot that you add whichever drip you like.Left with the food sack, got home and found I only had 2 sandwiches (but had paid for 3). Fortunately we only live a few minutes away so I headed back (wanted the sandwich, not a refund). Owner was very apologetic and made the replacement on the fly. I was back at home in 10min.And well worth the extra trip. Bagels were chewy and flavorful, like a NY style bagel should be. Mine was a croissant sandwich and it was flaky, soft but sturdy enough to hold together. The various fillings of eggs, cheese and meats were all delicious with a nice twist with the "shoulder bacon". The "D&D" was a glorious pile of mouthwatering excess, highly recommended. The store itself is split level with well stocked coffee bar and just a couple tables, but more seating is available in the split level, along with some outside cafe tables. Comfy, no frills and it smells great. Prices were reasonable for the value and they offer a nice slate of breakfast offerings other than sandwiches. Can't speak to lunch directly but I know salads and sandwiches are well received by my better half. Menu continues to expand. I can see why it's a popular local food spot and I will certainly be back.

I got a club sandwich, and it was the best I ever ate. The people there were very nice.

The New Kid sandwich was very, very, very, very good! Service was quick and COURTEOUS! A definite plus in today's work culture. Will definitely be returning and trying other items on the menu.

I have been here twice now with my in-laws and I have to say it is absolutely delicious! My favorite sandwich is the Earl of sandwich. That horseradish aioli is delicious! I love their pasta salad side and enjoy the restaurants cozy atmosphere. Their in house dining has these cozy booths and also large tables for multiple people. Local artist works can be found around the restaurant. I highly recommend them as a delicious sandwich location with flavor notes that hit just right. The sandwich meat and veggies are very fresh and their added flavor notes with condiments is addicting. If you have a toaster oven i recommend it for the next day. I’ve enjoyed the remainder of my sandwich next day with a few minutes in the toaster oven and it was excellent still. It’s hard to find a sandwich shop often that leftovers are just as amazing as same day. I have no complaints. They have multiple options for everyone and really impress with ingredients. Definitely seek them out as I will continue to recommend them. They also have amazing breakfast options that I have not tried but look forward to trying soon.
