I'm always surprised at what I find at Big Lots. I would say it's like the next step up from Walmart and Target. They have some nice furniture along with just about anything you would need for your household. Good prices and quality of items is pretty decent, based on the price.

They revamped this store and have great quality for a great price. Really beautiful decor. Went in there to buy bedroom slippers and left getting a sofa and recliner

I came and talked with Casey. He helped me look into a furniture item I'd been trying to find for awhile. He was very courteous and helpful and I ended up locating the item I needed, even though it was at another location. Very grateful for the good customer service in Wilson. 😀

You have no ride carts for your handicap customers. My shopping could have been more enjoyable if I had a ride cart. You have 1 wheelchairs, I cannot push myself in this wheelchair and shop. This is not acceptable. This day and time you should be more handicap friendly if you expect me to shop here and spend MY MONEY

I just left there trying to buy a Parker Beige Recliner that was on the showroom floor for 549$. Someone goes & checks in the back & says they don’t have any in the back & I can’t order it, just have to “wait” for them to order more? Wait what? I work in retail myself, & there’s no way that’s protocol from your Store Manager? I had over 500$ cash for you right then & you can’t order me one? TAKE IT OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR IF IT ISN’T FOR SALE

This is the BEST Big Lots store that I have EVER visited! The employees were ALL super friendly, helpful and genuinely enjoyed interacting with customers! EVERY employee I passed by asked if I needed any help finding anything. This is the tidiest Big Lots I have ever had the pleasure to visit! This will be “my” Big Lots store from now on! You’ve GOT TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT! The employees acted as if they actually enjoyed working there!😊

Always seem so dead and dull in there their prices have definitely gone up their bed sets are ridiculously priced for them not to be high in bed sets Furniture is extremely high in my opinion too and the quality does not match the price but I do enjoy finding little deals there when I do go which is not often

Just stopped in to kill some time-- spent a good amount of time and cash! Clean and not busy. Good selection of "stuff". Since I didn't have a list of a POA I just meandered around the store at my own pace. Shelves were stocked and everyone was friendly.

It was a super busy memorial day weekend, and we were patient enough to understand that we weren't the only customers. Regardless, the employees were ready to help and we made an awesome purchase of two couches and a coffee table for an unbeatable price! They even helped us pack it up i the back of the truck. Such nice people, great prices, and I love their home decor.

I like to shop at Big Lots . I had a experience with a cashier that was not the right customer service. She was very rude and did not treat me like I was deserving and I spent my money in the store. I think she need to be advised on how to treat others or retrained. This is the Big Lots in Wilson, NC

Received email with 15% off for my birthday. When I went to use, was refused. Barcode to retrieve would not appear and therefore was refused discount. Discount useless.

This was my first visit to the one in Wilson and it has been years since I had been to any Big Lots but I am glad I did. It was very clean and organized. We were out comparing prices on Serta mattresses and found some very good prices there. The cashier was very friendly and explained that they have a rewards program and how I could take advantage of it and get 20% off my purchases.

I went here to find clear, plastic bins.They had bins all along one wall and 2 aisles of bins! They had big, clear, Sterilite bins for $7. I know I could have gotten the colored bins for less, but these same bins cost $10 & up elsewhere. The staff was very nice and the store was clean. Checkout was quick, and I discovered that if you use a Big Lots card, you can get $5 off after every 3d purchase. They also have boxes of huge, strong contractor bags for cleanup. I recommend going there if you are cleaning up or moving.

WOW I have to explain my experience at Big Lots in Wilson NC earlier today. I entered yhe store short of breathe (asthma) I believe it was the manager who allowed me to use their wheelchair. Then he offered to help me find items. I let him know I wanted to take my time and look around the store. As I went on my way other employees, one after another, offered to help me in anyway they could. Each would tell me, ma'am if there is anything you need just let us know and we will be glad to help you hope you have a nice day.Just that kindness was the medicine I needed in so many ways.Thank you very much to each one of them and Merry Christmas!

Big Lots here always out of what I came to buy and if in stock alway Big Lines to get out...They ask everyone for all this information to get a small discount...that wont cover the tax...just slows down the line. I like the store...and the management,just hate low inventory and hard to get out of...

Big lots is a nice store to go into. But the cashier at the front is very rude acting she is like that to us most of the time. We don't go out there that much.

Prices were again excellent as always. Only place I've found where I can get a huge 32 oz. container of Caramel Corn, Kettle Corn, or Butter Toffee (popcorn variations) for only $5. (Butter Toffee flavor is my current favorite.) Also, noticed the 10 oz. beef jerky (original & sweet and spicy) were again in stock for $9.99 each. Regular brand items (at least items I've checked) are often similar or cheaper here than at Walmart. And that's before including periodic coupons/discounts!

I enjoy shopping here, especially around the holidays! I love the Dearfoams bedroom slippers along with the fuzzy house socks. Adequate parking, well stocked store, along with pleasant sales associates make for a great shopping experience!

One of the biggest challenges for here in my opinion, is giving the most options for a person to shop for is also their biggest flaw. They have any and everything you could want but to find that one thing is so hard with stuff piled on itself. Yes associates and managers are nice and helpful with getting you to that special item but they should not be needed. More organized lanes and ailes is what's needed. That said, it's a nice trip and yes, you will find everything from furniture to knick knacks.

We arrive there 2:45. Greeted at the door and Ask us how can I help you today.. I gather myself and ask the salesman do you have this Sophia in grey. The salesman then check the warehouse and then came back in to the store, saying ocourase. I said that I would like to purchase the Sophia and that recliner thats over there. The saleman got on the phone and ask them to bring the Sophia and recliner out to be loaded on two my truck.
