Lauren was an excellent groomer for our dog Steeler. She very patient with Steeler. He can be a pain in neck when getting groomed. She knows how to handle him with kindness. He is a very good boy with her. We feel very comfortable with leaving Steeler with her for all his grooming needs. We only go to this PetSmart because of her ! She is an asset to the grooming dept in this store.

Love this place and so does Eclipse. They handle her with care and I love that. They ease her when she nervous. And they do such a great job grooming her. This last visit she tried out painted toes for the first time.

This is for the grooming department. I think it’s insane that you refuse to groom a dog (that you’ve groomed before) because of a pre-existing condition. It is 100% managed and he is perfectly healthy. He sees his vet regularly. And you’ve groomed him before. I’m not having him see your vet and spend more money when I can prove he’s had a recent vet exam, is on meds for a chronic condition that is managed, and gets a bill of good health from his vet. Get a better system Petsmart Grooming. Guarantee you’ll lose a lot of clients. Also, you guys are ridiculously priced for a 6lb dog to be groomed $73+!!
