Staff is helpful, but this is a smaller dog dictated store. (Store has double the dog supplies than it does cats)- No prescription foods- the cat litter selection is very very minimal. They have fresh step- or tidy cat for the most part. Other brands they stock are typically out of stock. This is disappointing

They are super friendly and helped carry my heavy dog food to the car while I’m 8 months pregnant! They also groom my poodle and she always look beautiful!!! I love this petsmart!!!

The PetSmart at Monkey Junction along College Road in Wilmington, NC. (Location on the end of the strip mall. The girl that works that was extremely patient and helpful in pointing out a few different options for me. She even helped me get the largest bag into the shopping cart as I have a bad spine. I would recommend trying PetSmart to anyone needing a pet store with MANY options and great service. We have a 10 year old dog and an 8 year old dog. The older one is an Australian Muligen Labradoodle and the other is a hound mix. The older one sometimes has yeast infections in his ears and loose bowels. I was feeding him Blue Buffalo Chicken and brown Rice forever and all was good or I was missing that he was having allergic reactions to the chicken maybe. I gradually switched switched over to Nature's Recipe which is grain free with salmon, sweet potato and pumpkin (no added corn wheat or soy, no by-products, no artificial colors, preservatives or flavors). This was the best decision we made. Both dogs love this food and the issues have resolved.

The manager Rex was very helpful and friendly. Greeted me upon entering the store and his customer service skills are awesome! He helped me with all my puppy questions. Will be coming to this store just for the friendly staff there.

Grooming Salon: - The staff always comments about my boy Freddie "he never stops wagging his tail". Great staff, appointment time was set, took less than two hours. Suggestion: Schedule an appointment and try booking during the week to ensure less wait time and it shortens the length of time your pet family member will be in the grooming salon.

Don't bring your dogs for grooming. Customer service is terrible and they are rude. Whether it's calling for an appointment or even when you bring your pet in.0/5 stars if I could. Definitely won't be back.

Was in the other day and a nice young man, I think the manager, helped me out a lot. He was super friendly and talkative. Love the hospitality I get every time I come, but this young man went above and beyond. I’m from New York so it’s a nice change to have a little friendly conversation while getting the help I need. Will be coming back to this store specifically.

I've previously had some serious trouble with petsmart and some things they did wrong with an injury to my pet while she was being groomed. Because of that I can't just say the organization overall is run well, they had opportunities to improve the follow up but it got lost in customer service deficiencies. This particular location is a smaller version of the bigger stores but nice enough if you just need supplies, food etc.

Wow..Remember the days when businesses placed customer service as an important part of their success? Stood in line for over 15 minutes with five other people (one gentleman finally walked out) with two employees at the register. One walked back to the grooming section and stayed gone while the other gal stayed on the phone. Once she hung up with one call she took another while customers actually stood in line to buy merchandise. The other employee re-emerged from the grooming section only to abandon the register and head to the back of the store. Finally made it to the register, checked out and spent $112.00 with not even a “thank you”. If you have the ability to shop at locally owned pet stores then give them your business and money. Make the big chain retailers put customer service first again. It really is just blatantly giving zero thoughts about customer service here. Will not spend another dime with this location.
