They did a great job grooming our sweet Opal! We bathe and brush her regularly, but it was time for a much needed trim. The staff were all very friendly, and the service was quicker than I anticipated. I just ran errands while I waited. Opal is a 6 month old Old English Sheepdog/Poodle mix and this was her first true groom since we adopted her. We are happy our sweet girl can see clearly again and we are happy to bring her back the next time she needs a cut!

When there to get my Dog Bella groomed and I regret it.I was told it would be 2 or 3 hours it was 5.I asked for a teddy bear haircut with one bow and they cut off all her hair (plain hair cut or puppy cut) and gave her 2 bows behind her ears.I complained to the manager and asked her to not say anything until I pay in full and leave and she went and got the stylist so they could confront me. The situation did not get loud or anything but the fact that she did that and it could have let's me know thatI will NEVER use this location again.

Took my dog to be groomed here and it was the best experience. All of the groomers were so pleasant to be around and were so welcoming. My dog has pretty bad anxiety but when I picked her up I could tell she had been well taken care of! Not only did they care for her but they groomed her perfectly, she felt clean and smelled amazing!! Absolutely wonderful job and so many thanks to Alexandra!

My groomer was Tonya S. I have been coming to get my dog groomed at Petsmart for 4 years. Always the same price of 78.00…I brush my dogs hair three times a week she does not have compacted fur or mats. She tried to tell me my dog needed a FURminator when I’m getting her shaved down to a number five. I’ve never gotten my dog a FURminator! I get the same grooming EVERY TIME and NEVER had a issue! Then she tried to tell me I was being charged for malamute when I have a husky. I have AKC paperwork that states she is a husky. she tried to tell me my price is going to be almost $150 and they no longer had the Christmas special I signed up for. She was rude and her attitude was embarrassing! Don’t tell me my dog has compacted fur when you didn’t even touch her to check! I will also be filing a complaint with the manager and the BBB.

Horrible service. Racist, and refused to groom my dog. I will never go to PetSmart for animal services and I refuse to purchase any of their merchandise. Rated 👎🏿

Great. Found what I was looking for & more! Got a raised bowl set for my tall kitty who just had a bk leg amputation 2 months ago, so it was great for him. The cat grass looked really nice, so I bought some of that too!

Abby the register clerk was able to assist me when I placed my online order at the New Centre location by accident. She calmed my nerves about spending $60 on flea tick prevention and confirmed for me that it was at that location. She was so so helpful and a great energy to be around!

Would not come here for grooming! I have come to this location twice now. Both times I have taken my dog to get groomed there she came back looking worse than before. The first time, after going in for a haircut, it barely looked like she was trimmed. It was choppy and still very long. The second time she did come back with a haircut, but again it was choppy. It was also still long on the back of her legs, but too short on her back.

I can probably save a dollar or two buying all of my pet's stuff elsewhere. But being able to jump in/out in 20 minutes and sort it all out is wonderful.

Do not bring your senior dog here. I called to inquire about making an appointment with them today for my senior dog and gave them a heads up that he has been having behavioral changes due to him getting older. I asked if it was still okay to bring him in regardless of that, and they said yes. I made an appointment for him, brought him in only to be told that they could not take him due to his behavioral changes. They didn’t see this first hand with my senior dog, they were going based off of the heads up I gave them before I got there Although I do understand their reasoning, I do wish they would have told me that before I made the trip there with him. I got turned away at the door and I feel so disheartened because my dog is the sweetest little guy, he’s just going through age related change. Unfortunately, I can’t bathe him myself due to an injury so we are at a loss as to what we can do right now to get him clean. If you are looking to book an appointment for your senior dog, just please be mindful of this before booking with them.

This is for grooming department: how can you turn away a pet for a pre-existing condition but not be able to show an existing grooming client the policy on why this is happening!? Makes zero sense. Where is the logic and fairness in that? Get it right Petsmart Grooming and corporate. And being that there is no manager on site is frustrating too.

I know this particular location received some bad reviews online but I had a great experience. Today was my first time taking my sweet boy to this location. I usually go to the one in Myrtle Grove for grooming. Angela welcomed us this morning when we checked in. She was very patient and attentive to my boy. He's always anxious when he gets groomed. And Breanna, did an awesome job with his grooming. I will definitely be back to this location 😊

Brought my 5mo lab to get groomed for the first time. I was super hesitant but didn’t see any bad grooming reviews. We were with Ali and OMG. Number one, she was super sweet to me and so patient while I tried to get his rabies records that I completely forgot. Number two, my puppy loved her. He smells great, nails are perfect and it was super affordable compared to the private groomers in the area. Definitely going back and scheduling with Ali again!

My small dog is 18 years old, slightly blind, and has arthritis in her back legs making it difficult for her to walk. She was also starting to develop some slight matting on one ear, so I scheduled an appointment and briefed the groomers in advance. When I got there, the lady with tattoos was immediately standoffish.She said, in order to groom my dog, she would need to be able to walk. I was confused at that statement, but assured her it would be fine for the most part. Then, she inspected my dog and said she had severe matting all over her body, which was untrue. She said she couldn't groom her, and recommended I go to a vet where they could sedate my dog to make it more comfortable for her.What? You don't just sedate old dogs over things like this. I asked her if she could recommend a vet. So I called them and explained what had just happened, and they told me they don't even groom dogs there, and putting a dog under a sedative for something like this was incredibly odd. I ended up making an appointment with a Petco groomer instead, told them about all this, and the groomer there said that the lady was unqualified for her job, or just didn't feel like grooming my dog. They told me my dog wouldn't need to walk, and the slight matting on her ear wasn't even a big deal. My dog was in and out in an hour.

We adopted from them today. Their adoption for Kittens are so easy and the lady who does the adoption process is very kind and loves the animals. They also have small animals. The staff is very friendly. I am surprised at how easy it was and how thorough she was making sure it was going to a safe home. Took 10 min of paperwork and 80 dollar fee.

I walked in with two dogs to get a nail trim, one of them being a new rescue that was nervous. Abbey took the time to understand the rescue and showed no fear about cutting her nails. I am thankful for her time and understanding and highly recommend her for any service.
