Purchased a 55 gallon fish tank for my husband for Christmas (the one that comes with everything included) and he just finished setting everything up before we left for a week to go visit family in the Midwest. We came back and found the tank had been leaking while we were gone and it completely ruined the stand and the carpet underneath as well as my husbands x box. We tried calling and they told us to bring the tank in and they could swap it out. Tried asking about the damage their faulty tank caused and they told us to take pictures and send it in an email.

We were extremely pleased with our shopping experience , thanks to one outstanding employee, Brooke!Upon entering the store, we received a friendly, cheerful greeting from Brooke!Brooke was very helpful in assisting us with finding the products we were searching for!Brooke provided excellent customer service, as she was pleasant, smiling, and efficient throughout our checkout transaction, as well as, simultaneously assisting other customers, that continuously asked her questions during our checkout process.I think the store may have been short staffed, butBrooke multitasked like a pro, remaining courteous and helpful throughout!We were so impressed with Brooke’s performance and professionalism!We wanted to give Brooke, the proper recognition she deserved!Well done Brooke! The grooming salon associates will talk down to you and will book you however they please. We booked for a basic touch up for the face feet and fanny, yet they still booked the full haircut. They mostly go off of what you’ve previously booked and won’t listen to what you currently want. You have to tell them multiple times. What should have been just around $50 turned out to be almost $100 because they insisted on adding the spring package but did not tell us how much more it would be. They also did not properly trim my dog’s sanitary area. It’s not so much the pricing that got me upset, it’s the way they spoke to us and they did a subpar job. Go to another location instead of this one.

AMANDA was absolutely AMAZING. I needed help because it’s been 15 years since I’ve had a puppy. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and my new baby find exactly what we needed. Richard was a HUGE help too. So attentive and helped me from beginning to end. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you.

Dishonest and unprofessional. I had an appointment set up for my dog. After I made the two hour round-trip to this location, they told me they would not be able to do my dog because it was in the system at 20 pounds and they only do 35lbs or less. This however, was a lie, because when I checked her profile, it said she was 55 pounds. Not sure why this associate was dishonest, or could at least give me the courtesy of calling to let me know. Will never be going here again!

We enjoy shopping at this PetSmart location. And we especially like the grooming department. My Nala loves groomer Jenny, she’s her favorite stylist! Jenny is very accommodating, always gives Nala the best haircuts, & makes her look so adorable.

Great store with an absolute ton of merchandise for your pets. Out of all the pet stores it was the only one that carries what my dog prefers to eat. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly and very courteous. And it’s a very clean store as well with many options to choose from. I highly recommend this store to anyone who cares about their pet.

Took Leo to get his first haircut/trim. Carrie did a great job and was so gentle with Leo. Leo was very anxious and Carrie took the time to let Leo become comfortable with her before taking him back for his haircut. I was extremely impressed with his haircut, and will definitely be back to see Carrie for Leo’s future appointments!

Took my dog for a grooming appointment with Kat. He’s a high anxiety dog so I always feel a little bad leaving him somewhere new but he came back looking like a million bucks! I was SUPER pleased with his grooming and will definitely take him back 🐕🚿

Today, this Petsmart was extremely rude to me and my wife and canceled appointment due to the fact that the appointment was rescheduled due to PetSmart ignorance and miss handling of the schedule. I hope everyone knows that Amanda at this Petsmart was extremely rude to my wife and hung up on her and my wife in no shape or form was mean rude or harsh to her. I also talked to the store manager Geoff, and made him aware of her ignorance, and the way that she was rude to my wife. Please read before going to Petsmart.

This was our first time visiting this store and we took our corgi puppy in to get some dog food & treats. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and the store was clean. Overall, it was a great experience and our dog couldn't be any happier. We will most definitely return.

I am not one to leave a bad review typically. However- I just want to say I am very disappointed with my experience with my grooming appointment. It was at 10 and I had to wait with my nervous dog for over 30 minutes and still was going to have to wait another 10 so we left. I understand that things do happen and that's fine however the entire point of making an appointment is so I do not have to wait over 40 minutes inside of petsmart.

My mom found a kitten outside of her house in her yard so we went here for kitten formula. Their prices are a little higher then online but they almost always have what I need. In some of the aisles you could see dogs peed on stuff but that's more the owners fault than the store, but still it wasn't cleaned up and I saw pee in 3 diffrent spots when there so just watch out for that.

Today was my 1st visit at Banfield in Wilmington and I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews and went anyway. Dr. Evans was absolutely wonderful with Noelle. The staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Already scheduled for our next visit and bringing my weimaraner also.

I've always enjoyed this Petsmart. They also have a very knowledgable staff. Especially Allison (not sure I'm sleeping it correctly) who works in the fish department. However, she is moving stores soon, but it seems the store has a plan to have her on call at her new location for them. Anytime I have been in there it has always been clean and orderly. No complaints!Update: all staff in the fish department are very knowledgable. And on Christmas Eve they got us hooked up with this tank we set up. A couple of days later we got our first few fish from there. Mickey Mouse Platys.

July 2nd, 2017 at 9 weeks old I switched my German Shepard puppy from Purina Pro-Plan for puppies to Authority Large Breed Puppy food. At the time, I also began to give her Authority puppy teething rings. Since she has been on a strictly Authority diet. Recently she has become too large for the teething rings I began to buy Authority Chicken Jerky. On September 11th, 2017, I bought a 38lb bag of Authority Large Breed Puppy food and Authority Chicken Jerky. After opening the bag of dog treats I am completely disgusted at the condition of the treats. The treats have green mold all over them. They smelled horrible and are in no way suitable for my dog to consume. I spent nearly $50.00 of my money on this product line not including the numerous bags of food and treats I have bought prior to this incident. I am strongly considering switching my dog’s food and never buying food from PetSmart again.

I started going to PetSmart Grooming once my wfh job became more hybrid/on-site for my grooming needs since I was no longer going to be at home as often as I was during lockdown. Pleased to say, each visit so far has been a 10 out of 10. Wonderful customer service. The crew is always super friendly and Scout LOVES his ladies. They give your pet attitude reviews during the visit too which is super nice ❤️ I’m always worried when I leave my dog cuz I miss him so easily but he always seems so happy and well behaved and picking him up with him being all brushed and bathed is always such a treat. They let me borrow the leash for a little bit while I walked him around the store to pick out a toy for being such a good boy.These appointments are a true life saver. I always recommend this store and staff to my friends who also have poms / dual coated dogs.Thank you Destiny!
