This was one of the cleanest pet stores I've ever been to. Their aquariums looked great and everything was nicely stocked. Will definitely be chosing this chain over petsmart and petco from now on.

Abby is awesome at cutting my dogs hair. I have been with her for years, and she always does an amazing job. My dog Tito is not a huge fan of haircuts usually, but Abby has been working with him and trying to get him to do better, and it is definitely working! The rest of the staff is also very friendly!

Big store with exterior entrance. Google maps has it next to brunson’s MMA, but it is on the other side of the mall.Aaron was super helpful and it looks like they have anything you would need for dogs, cats, fish or reptiles.We used the doggy bath. At this store you pay first then use one of the four dog bath bays.Great experience will use again.

**GROOMING REVIEW**Jordan is the. best. Since moving to the area, I only bring my toy poodle, Sonny, here. Jordan is so sweet and I always feel comfortable dropping Sonny off knowing he’s in good hands. He’s an anxious dog and Jordan is very patient with him. I always opt for the oatmeal shampoo, it’s worth the extra couple bucks. He’s always super soft afterwards and smells so good! Thanks Jordan!!!

I witnessed something horrendous today while shopping. There was a dog getting groomed, and the groomer wouldn’t stop getting angry at the dog which I could hear throughout the store. From where I was watching, the dog seem to be very calm too. He just sat down a couple of times on the table. While on the grooming table, the bar above the dogs head that holds the leash, kept on falling on top of the dog! This could’ve one scared the dog which it did and two could’ve make the dog jump off the table, and then hang itself. Also, I could see all this because the grooming is completely open to the rest of the store.

Came in today and Ren was super helpful. She stopped and made sure I was finding everything okay. Helped me find a great pair of nail clippers and a new dog bowl for my husky. The staff here takes pride in their customer service. They even price match! Would highly recommend checking this place out for your pet needs. Thanks for all the great recommendations Ren!
