I took my dog in to get groomed and picked a rather long hair cut. When I come back I find him SHAVED! When I asked what happened the groomer seems nervous and says he was too matted. I brought him in freshly brushed. Horrible service. I do not recommend them as this has happened to my friends as well. Find a different groomer ASAP before they screw up your dog to.I added a before and after as well.

My girlfriend and I came to Pet Supplies Plus to pick up some rabbit food, and saw how poor conditions were for the animals kept there. About 6 parakeets were enclosed in a cage no bigger than 24x12x20, which was also stuffed with toys and swings, providing the birds minimal room to fly. It looks depressingly uncomfortable.Rodent enclosures were just as bad, with about 3-5 in a single tank of small size, again providing a cramped living experience.There was a fish tank that had accumulated 10-20 dead fish around the filter, I'm sure they had been left there for some time.The tanks holding amphibians, reptiles, arachnids, and lizards, were the worst part of the store. Initially we saw a "Fancy Bearded Dragon" about the size of your index in a small box, with no food. We actually own 4 lizards, one of them being a bearded dragon, so this wasn't a welcome sight. The lizard was nipping at the fake leaves in the tank, meaning it was either bored or, even worse, starving. We also saw a frog, called a "Chocolate Pacman Frog", laying lopsided in his water bowl. Pacman frogs have a very specific set of criteria needed to care for them, and the conditions of the tank were not nearly good enough for the frogs health. Before we left we told the cashier about the lack of crickets in the lizard tank and that it was eating fake leaves, and she told us it does that when it's bored, which again, is bad for the lizard. We recommended putting more food in the tank before leaving.Hours had passed and we actually decided to go back AGAIN because we felt bad for the animals we saw, particularly the bearded dragon and the pacman frog. The lizard had STILL not received any food, and the humidity in the frog tanks were still wrong. When we asked to buy the two, the same girl from earlier called for help on the intercom asking for help. Some time passed and no one showed up, so she eventually came back there herself. We asked why the bearded dragon was called a "Fancy Bearded Dragon", and she told us that it was bred a particular way to produce desired effects. We are against breeding for profit, and any pet store that does not deal with rescued animals leaves a bad taste in our mouths, and should leave one in yours too. We also asked why the frog was lopsided, and she told us that they were cheaply bred, which was evident. Again this shows how low the bar for this pet store actually is, and it gets even lower.Both creatures were put in a small plastic tin with holes in the tops for air to get in, however she did not actually push the holes in, we had to do it ourselves, without her even mentioning it. We also did not receive a care sheet for either animal (the girl had no idea about our lizard experience), meaning that anyone could have bought the animals, both of which have very specific conditions that must be met, and would have had no idea how to raise them to begin with. Foolish.Upon returning home and setting up our tanks, we realized that the frog was lopsided from either a bone condition, or from inbreeding. Any pet store that sells animals from breeders, especially injured/disabled ones, should not be in business. I would avoid buying animals from this store unless your trip makes you feel terrible for leaving them there. 1 star.

Great customer service! I called to see if they had an item I needed. They had it and offered to hold it at the register until we could get there. While there we asked where we could find something else. The lady took us to where they had it and helped us to know each product's difference. Big store with small town charm for customer service!

Lots of popular and specific brands of pet needs. From food to collars the “supply” is great. Options are plentiful as well. We take our SheepaDoodle there for grooming and have praises for the jobs well done and the excellent service!

Our golden loves to get bathed here at the self bathing station! Warm water and good smellin' doggy shampoo leave us with the fluffiest, sweetest doggo on the block! Have the 5 baths for $25 card, and that makes it the best deal too!

I love my Pet Supplies Plus! The store is always clean, the staff is always super friendly and helpful, the store carries a great variety and healthy choices for my dog, and you can't beat the DIY dog bath or their dog grooming prices. My dog loves going there, too.

Great service. The employees seem genuinely happy to be there. I have worked in retail, I know how hard it can be to stay upbeat, but I always get a greeting at the door, an offer to help me find anything, and an offer to help carry heavy things to my car. My dog loves it too, he gets fussed over and a treat at checkout. Why buy on Amazon when you can have an experience like that?

Haley has been doing my small breed dog for 4 years and has ALWAYS done a fantastic job. He always smells great and is trimmed nicely, nails and fur. Smokey gets there nervous and leaves happy.

Awesome staff!! Very knowledgeable too!! We have a dog, cat, guinea pig and many different fish. They have been able and available to answer every crazy question that we have asked. The store is extremely clean, and the fish and fish tanks are VERY WELL kept. Great prices too, and they always give you the latest coupon price when checking out even if you don't have one with you.

We love this chain! We decided to try out their grooming services since it was much closer to our home, Sammi did a fantastic job with our Shepherd Husky mix who was shedding his winter coat! He looked amazing and Sammi went above and beyond!

Disappointed in the grooming services but the other staff that work the general store are friendly!Took my pup here for a scheduled appointment and was told 2-3 hours for her. I came back at 2 hours and 45 minutes because I was out running errands and didn’t want to go home just to come back in 15 minutes. When I walked in, she was just then getting bathed. I thought maybe her teeth and nails were already handled but then someone came out and asked if I wanted her nails done…. Yes?? It’s part of the package. They then called me back and said because my pup saw me, she wouldn’t allow them to cut her nails so it wasn’t getting done. Okay, of course I had already paid and tipped but disappointed that my pup sat there for over two hours before even being touched and then not everything I paid for got done. She’s a lab so the only reason I bring her in is to get her nails done! We can get a nice bath at home.
