Olivia did an amazing job grooming my two German shepherds! They are both very anxious and I have been turned away from past groomers due to their anxiety when getting groomed!Olivia was very professional and did an amazing job! Will go back again!!

I went in there today april 25th 2023. It was my first time in the store and I can say I will be back. Not only were the staff so sweet they were very knowledgeable when helping other pet parents. I got my 3rd bunny from there and was very satisfied with how they handle procedures when it comes to customers handling animals. Thank you guys for being so helpful and providing me with my new baby !

Very nice store for all your pet needs! There are pets for sale and it’s soo nice to bring the kids in to see the pets. They have ferrets birds cats rabbits fish and hamsters 🐹 among a variety of other animals. I love they have variety of pet treats for sell and they look yummy! Stop in and get your fur baby a treat and accessories. Like my review if you love pet supermarket

I am so grateful for the employees at this store! Including Cory, who introduced me to my 2 pet mice! They expressed the care they showed to them. Moomoo is very gentle and calm and Mimi is more protective over her and more energetic 😄I hope to continue giving updates to the staff about these wonderful mice and how they were rescued from being feeder mice to having and happy life. i have been interested in getting a chinchilla that they have had for a while now. i had already made a complaint about a paper bedding that the chinchilla had. they changed it to another bedding shortly after that the chinchilla also can't have (a cardboard looking bedding) and they are feeding it vegetables!!!!! which chinchillas cannot eat. vegetables and fruits are way too high in sugar and have way too much moisture in it. it will cause them to get sick and die. they can only eat a strict hay and hay based pellet diet. if they had any knowledge or did any research on reputable sites they would know they can have a small amount of specific dried herbs and flowers as treats they would also know they can only have pine or aspen bedding. AND NO PLASTIC!!!! AT ALL. plastic is toxic to chinchillas. a wheel is a luxury item not a necessity. the wheel is too small for the chinchilla and will cause spine issues. dust baths should only be given 2-3 times a week for about 10 minutes. dust bath shouldn't be left in the enclosure. ive complained multiple times and they wont fix it so obviously they dont care about these animals lives. if you want to sell a specific animal you need to have the entire staff educated on how to properly care for them. not a single employee has done any kind of research on chinchillas. its very upsetting. i work at a different local pet store and we ALWAYS do research before even considering ordering an animal. i get it, they are cute. but please educate your staff. this chinchilla will either die under your stores care or under someone else's care who got incorrect information from pet supermarket. don't know much about the reptiles they have specifically but im sure they are also not being taken care of properly. i have noticed that their reptile enclosures are wayyyy too tall for some of the reptiles they have. why does this store even sell animals? also it took me waiting literally an hour to get someone to even talk to me and help me with small animals. usually wouldn't be such a karen since i also work retail but this is ridiculous. please care for your animals properly. or don't sell animals period.

My first visit.They Carry Dr.Marty's Nature's Blend Dog food.Large selection of dog toys and clothes for dressing up your dog, although I'm not into this.The staff is friendly.Poor selection of pet boundary systems, such as Pet-Safe wireless boundary systems.They Carry the underground systems.The can order any type you want; so say's the staff that were on duty at that time.I went over to where they said they were at and didn't see any systems in stock.So it's best to call ahead.

Was the first time going to your store today. Wilmington location. Looking for information on ferrets. And my husband loved the bunnies.The lady helping up was very knowledgeable friendly we never felt like we were being rushed or asking questions was an issue she was absolutely great.We will definitely return

I went a bit ago and the manager with glasses manager was off. Rude. Dismissive. I asked about how to treat my birds sickness and instead of helping me, she sighed and rolled her eyes and said she’d recommend a vet instead. I just asked for advice, could’ve been nice. One star for sure.

The manager of the store was there the other day and she was super rude, super short with me and I was a first time customer. I asked something so simple and she was so rude. Also talked to her employees like they were dogs or something. Won't be going back unless the blonde girl or orange haired girl are working.

We had the best experience ever. A staff member graciously greeted us at the front door, stayed with us throughout our entire visit, choosing what we needed and then checked out also! I wish I knew her name, the conversation while we were there was also super, she's going to be a veterinarian and my daughter aspires to do the same. She was amazing!

Very friendly employees, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and great prices. I am always greeted and helped as soon as I walk through the door! Employees go above and beyond and they have the best variety of fish in very clean aquariums usually with a unique fish or two. I look forward to my weekly visits.

Lyssa the Manager knows her stuff. She helped me complete a tank and understand what I was doing. Gave me her tel# at the store and lived up to her word! Answered a call and all questions for help as if she was right next to me! She's a very knowledgeable young lady with great skills and leadership skill and responsibility too!

I normally purchase items at this store at least once a week and unfortunately this place has a HORRIBLE manager. She NEVER greets ANYONE and when her assistance is needed, she is rude.After my previous visit, I have had enough. Be smart and take your money elsewhere.

Linda is the absolute WORST manager I have EVER seen. She straight up bullies and degrades her employees. She is so rude to customers. She doesn’t care about the animals in the store and only cares about money. Worst pet store I have ever seen and will be telling everyone I know to never go there.

I went into your store today to buy some new lights for my 2 bearded dragons. We are always looking to add a new baby to our family so I looked in a tank that your store had a baby bearded dragon to find a dead baby. None of the staff knew he was dead and my heart just broke in two. You guys should never house 2 bearded dragons in the same tank but numerous times I have been into your store I have seen 2 or more together. Can't we do better than this??

0 stars if I could. I love shopping local, this is NOT the place to go. A worker there told me to add an algae enhancer on my tank. I bought a fish from there that same day. 2 days later all my fish including the one that I bought from there died. I come back to get another fish, the manager was so rude saying it wasn’t her problem and that I needed a receipt from the store to return it even though they can look up our shopping history. A couple days later I went again to buy another fish thinking it was just a sad misunderstanding, nothing to do with the store. The manager gets snappy and tries to tell me the same as last time, that I can’t return without a receipt. I look at her like she’s crazy bc I’m just trying to by a new fish. 2 days later the new fish died. Went to return it with the receipt, the manager rude as always starts talking about the water level policies not being up to standard with the store policies. I’m sure they will just keep coming up with excuses to give the customer a horrible experience. This place definitely doesn’t know that by HELPING clients, even if is just being nice and apologizing for the bad advice from untrained workers, would be enough to have returning customers, but no. They care about short term profits. They don’t care about the customer. They don’t care about providing good care for the animals they sell. They just care about the money they make. PLEASE DONT BUY HERE.

Good store, decent selection. Need to up their social distance game at the register. Do not have customers shoulder to shoulder at the registers. One register is sufficient, clerk didn't take the hint. People don't want to be that close and they shouldn't.

My husband and I went into this store to purchase some items for our dog. The manager who was at the checkout counter greeted us when we entered. The sales associate however, looked us in our face and didn't even ask if we needed assistance and continued doing what she was doing which was nothing.We walked around the store for 10 minutes and had items in hand to purchase but still no help from the associate. Then we noticed a white woman entered the store. The same sales associate stopped what she was doing, approached the other lady, asked HER was there anything she could help HER with and said if she needed help that she would be glad to. The sales associate then looked back at me and without saying a word, headed down another isle. At that point my husband and I decided to put the $50 worth of items we had planned on purchasing back on the shelves and leave but not without talking with a manager first. We informed him of her actions and told him of how she blatantly ignored us. He apologized for her actions and asked if there was anything he could do but we told him we will take our money elsewhere. No matter what color you are, black,white, brown, whatever- all money is green and spends the same way. It shouldn't matter who's pocket it's coming from, everyone deserves to be treated equally as important as the next person. We will never spend our money there.....
