I want to thank Leslie, who gave me so much guidance, and help for our five year old, 83lb mix breed baby. He is picky and has a sensitive stomach. Have been through so many food incarnations. She helped me find good kibble, and toppers...that seem to be working great and he eats. It is just nice to have someone who listens and cares and she was so helpful. Thank you!

My favorite place in town to give my dog a bath. It’s so great being in a separate room with full access to different shampoos, towels, cotton balls, and a force air dryer. The baths are always clean and ready for my pup. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help you find what you’re looking for. A great selection of products and one of my favorite pet stores in town. My dog loves picking out a treat after his bath. Will be coming here for years to come!

This was a very nice and clean store. It does have a grooming area, which seemed very nice. I think, like most pet stores, the cat area seems more like an afterthought. The majority of the store is geared towards dogs. I would like to see more of a section for cats or at least some more options for food and treats. I always find it a little disheartening that most pet stores don’t have more space for cats.All of that said, the staff was great and very knowledgeable. They told me they have a satisfaction guarantee, which is nice for me since my car is 21 and is a lot pickier now. They also offer delivery! There’s a lot to like about this store, especially if you’re a dog owner. I will say, this store had way more raw options for cats than I’ve seen at any other store, which is very appreciated.Again, there are more pros than cons from what I can tell. I will continue to use this store for my cat’s raw food needs. Give them a try!

We came on vacation and brought our dog but realized we left his dog food at home! Since he has a very sensitive stomach and gets sick with other foods we were very worried about finding his brand. When we got here Chris was friendly and very helpful, and she helped us find the right kind of food quickly. The store also had a great selection of toys too! If you see this, thanks Chris for literally saving our vacation!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am a first time dog mom, and they showed me how to use their dog wash equipment. They have a great selection of raw food which I love.

Very friendly, one of the best customer service I've had. Looking for a birthday outfit and hat for my sweet girl, and they were awesome and knowledgeable on the phone and when I got there. The employee even helped me find it on the shelf. My sweet girl had a wonderful birthday because of them.

The treats for our dog were great. We bought a Hollywood Feed squeaky toy. The squeaker broke in 10 minutes. Our dig did not put any tears in the toy. Very disappointed

PetPeople on Oleander in Wilmington have friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to answer any questions about pet food and treats. I really appreciate the coupons and customer loyalty savings they provide too!

I love bringing my dog here. It’s always organized & clean. I use the self serve dog wash station it’s so easy you have everything you need to wash/dry your dog. Shampoos, extra cotton balls for their ears, fresh towels and cooling blow dryer. No appointment needed and they clean up after you. After your 12th wash you get the 13th free. Big plus for me is every staff member I’ve met is always welcoming.

This store is clean and well stocked, but the experience with employees kills anything good about this place. I keep spending money here in hopes that the next time will be better, but it never is.Not all the employees are difficult. It’s almost always two middle-aged ladies, one a little older and heavier set than the other. The younger employees who work there are super friendly and easy to work with, whereas these two, who seem to be working the majority of the time, are always inevitably snarky, generally unhelpful and cop an attitude. I usually like this chain but Unleashed down the road is a much better option moving forward. Not worth the time here.

The staff at the Wilmington location on 9/6 worked together to solve an issue when their credit card machine stopped working. It was a very hot day and I wanted to buy 3 cartons of Greek style frozen yogurt for my Golden Doodle who was home in the air conditioned house. Not only were all 3 employees pleasant and helpful to everyone in the store but they SOLVED the issue! Bravo!

I didn't think my liittle dog would eat dog food anymore but she liked the Fromm Duck. I am impressed. The staff was really nice and helpful. Hollywood Feed is in Wilmington, NC and probably about 40-42 miles from our home. I was at the doctor yesterday in Leland, NC and they put a new pet store in Brunswick Forest. I wish it were a Hollywood Feed store. Also, around the corner from our house is a store called Unleashed. I wish we had a Hollywood Feed closer. I will try and do my pet supplies when in Wilmington, NC but closer would be so much better for us.

Wow! I had the BEST experience in the Wilmington store when I couldn't decide on which dog food and treats to buy my picky eater best friend. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted kindly by one of the friendliest & most product knowledgeable staff, named Dani Workman.She showed me all the possible choices for my dog Clair, carefully listening to me about what Clair likes and needs. Dani was very professional and knew & shared detailed info on ALL the food/treats that she felt Clair would like.Ms. Workman made shopping easy for me by pointing out comparisons between brands. I had so much fun, I threw in a couple of toys & a new leash!

We recently rescued a dog, and with her came products from Pet People so we began shopping there. The selection of healthy toys, food and other supplies is numerous. They even made deliveries! The store is clean and does not smell like a pet store. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and gave us recommendations for "special" treats we could give our "special" dog. The staff love having dogs in the store, and know most of the names of their canine "frequent shoppers". I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.
