Coastal Hemp Company is a great shop! I always make a visit when I am in town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I enjoy all the products they carry from bamboo clothing, soaps, even things for your pets. I also enjoy their new addition of pinball machines. When in Wilmington, you must stop in!

Absolutely adore this shop. The owner and all of the employees are beyond kind and very knowledgeable. This shop it’s self is beautiful and has something for everyone. Love their hemp products, they are literally the best out there. I use their CBD creams to help with muscle pain and it is life changing. They also have an amazing verity of clothes (organic, hemp, eco friendly and sustainable) amazing soaps and lotions, beautiful jewelry and everything in between. Can’t wait to go back!

My experience with the Coastal Hemp Company was nothing short of professional and very educational. Melissa the owner was very informative of the products they sell, and explained in detail the difference between their products and other products. When I told her of my dog having seizures and I was looking for something to help him, she helped me do some quick research and spent her time with me finding out an appropriate product for him. I love the fact that she cared about my dogs as well as my husband neck pain. Now and my whole family uses her CBD products. They are of the best quality that we have ever gotten. I tell everybody about this store and will recommend everyone to go to the store or you can order online. In 2019 a friend introduced me to Coastal Hemp Company during my visit to NC. The CBD I was using was not working & expensive. She had high praise for the owners & manager and was sure they could help. I first met Dale who was knowledge & very helpful matching my needs to the correct products. On a subsequent visit we stopped so I could meet their manager Elicia. Likewise I was impressed with her knowledge & professionalism. There was never pressure to buy only to help. With travel restrictions in place, my requests for additional products have been handled via phone with the same excellent service. Their products are high quality, offered at a good value and delivered with exceptional customer service.

I have Received the most Educational Information, instructions and use of many of the Products CBD, CBG, and Delta 8 etc. They Thoroughly Researched what they have, I am so happy how well they work from the Severe Aches and Pain to a mild headache. I have shopped at this store for CBD products a number of times in the past few months, and on each visit I've been impressed by the knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service. Melissa does not sell anything that she has not researched thoroughly, and when I buy something from her I know I am getting a quality product. In general, there's a warm and friendly vibe in this store. I feel really comfortable shopping here. Aside from CBD products, there's a nice selection of clothing items and other accessories as well.

I came in a week ago after not sleeping but 2 to 3 hours nightly for months. The young ladies were very knowledgeable about their products very helpful in assisting me with a product that would suit my needs. I am happily sleeping 6 to 7 hours now! Initially stopped into Coastal Hemp Company looking for a high dosage cbd product for my ailing mother. Not only did i find the highest dosage cbd product (full spectrum oil) in the surrounding area by far. I also found a lightweight bamboo t shirt, the lightest tee I have ever wore. Highly recommend a visit, the staff was very helpful and informative.

People, Products, Service 5/5 across the board.I cautiously forayed into gummies and varied topicals and have not looked back for coming up on two years. Deep skepticism was soon replaced with a sense of "wow" and deep gratitude. The nature of my work is demanding physically, mentally and combined with constant multi-time zone travel throws the sleep schedule into chaos, and seems a greater charge as age 50 looms. Since finding what works for me with respect to gummies and topicals (especially for my shoulders and skin), the OTC's have been collecting dust. My sleep is better, energy levels increased and overall "being" improved. The clothing is quite comfortable too, and durable, and my prime mask is also came off their shelves. That said about the products, the people are outstanding and knowledgable. I'm a phone in order guy since I live in Charlotte but I retain Coastal Hemp Company for not just the products. Melissa, Elicia, and Dale are welcoming and warm top notch people. We are looking forward to making their store part of our upcoming trip to Wilmington.
