Excellent store! I'll absolutely be back for the atmosphere if nothing else lol all kinds of great stuff you might need that usually you'd have to order online or something. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and sociable. I got a lot of great advice and had good conversation with them and other customers. They have a variety of items and currently a much wider variety of chicks than most other places.

I love this feed and tack store! Family owned, local, stellar feed and employees. I’ve gotten feed from them and tractor supply. And I can definitely tell a difference. Twin oaks feed is so fresh and prices are the same as TS. I have a huge appreciation for this supply store!!

This is one of the best family owned local businesses in the area. Their prices are in line with chain stores, so there is no reason to go anywhere else. Their customer service is far superior to TSC or most other retailers. What else can I say? Oh, the cat is pretty awesome too.

The people are nice but they have some HUGE issues with their credit card processing. When we bought feed there it charged us twice. They said one would drop off when the charge finally posts. Ok but that isn’t how things should work. You should only have one charge. Well when the one charge posted two days later we then received ANOTHER pending charge from them. This ties up our money. It doesn’t seem like they are concerned about fixing the issue. They told us they know it happens. If they know it’s an ongoing issue fix it or switch credit card processors.

Great staffs and great prices. Before I went to Agri Supply, but I found this place near my house and has been getting all my chicken feeds here since. Staffs are wonderful and always helped me load feeds in the car. They also have a super friendly cat “Earl” at the front door.

Everyone at Twin Oaks Feed is very polite and knowledgeable. They have the answers to all of your feed questions as well as great overall knowledge of most domestic animal and livestock. If they don't have what you need, the will order it for you or suggest where it may be found. Hay is always top quality too. (And the chicks are cute too... 🐔🐥🐓🐣)

I am the minority here, but I didn't find the staff knowledgeable about the hay. They couldn't tell me if it was first cut or second cut. I moved to the area and thought I'd give them a try. I bought ten bales to start off with and when I got home one bale did not look like Timothy, it was fine stemmed like Coastal and I as a Registered Veterinary Technician have seen too many colics from feeding this hay. I thought I could just exchange it next time I went back. Owner very condescendingly tells me it's not Coastal because she grows it and that it is Timothy mixed with Kentucky Blue Grass. Whatever it is I didn't want to feed it to my horses and she refused to exchange it. Tells me to just mix it in with the other hay. I didn't have any more hay and that is why I was there. I just left. I have never had this issue before and was taken aback by her total disregard for her mistake. I don't know many people who stand there and inspect each bale as it goes on their truck. I was really hoping to make this my new feed store. My horses won't touch it and I am back to driving further just to get hay from people who know what type of hay they are selling.
